The property is beautiful. You can spend your entire stay without venturing out much. The service is pretty sloppy. The building roof looked like it needed some repairs. The rooms are very spacious but comfort wise I've stayed in much more comfy rooms at a much better price. It is in the southernmost part of Goa, close to Palolim beach but at least a one hour drive from anything else interesting. We booked it thinking they have their own private beach and we won't have to go anywhere else but the beach was a disappointment.
