We have decided to pop on here with the name and fame that your hotel carries. With the same opinion, we have booked three rooms through MMT and checked-in on December 22nd. The stay at your hotel made us unhappy with your duty manager, Mr. Abhishek's attitude and unpleasant behaviour. He is quite adamant in his behaviour and raises his tone while asked for anything. He doesn't bother to respond to the calls and disconnects quite often. I want to question the management, is this the response and courtesy you show towards your guests? Despite our request, he did not bother to put an ear to our concern about not collect any payments from other guests who were with us. I am sorry to say that it is not just the ambiance, food, and other facilities you provide; your staff needs to work on their attitude with guests.
Surprisingly, when questioned about my concerns, Mr. Abhishek's high-pitched response says, "you can go and let anyone know that I haven't served you better according to your expectations. I am least bothered." To the straight point, it is nothing less than leaving your place with a disappointment with the kind of 'pitch' and 'attitude' that Mr. Abhishek had.
