Good place but the location was not that great......far from airport......and at the outskirts of goa......swimming pool was great.....but the beach was not that good(clean)......if u r looking for such an upscale resort.....then i would recommend park hyatt which has everything really awesome

Very nice place to stay with family but a little far from other places in Goa. If u want to spend time leisurely then this is the place to be.

The hotel was comfortable. Front office staff are courteous and polite. The spa was good. Had a most enjoyable stay.

The location of the resort is best the beach here is less crowded, the golf course and surroundings is well maintained.

Very good place to unwind and relax.have it's own beach. Rooms are very large with good view of garden or pool or Arabian sea...Breakfast is ok, not lavishly elaborate to a 5 star standard. Not many places nearby to roam around. Resort has got full 18 hole golf course and good sports centre with TT, squash, tennis and open badminton court..It even has kids area for younger kids. It is almost 70 km from Pani hence going to pani and returning is a pain...If u want to relax and unwind good, if you want to visit places pick up a hotel in North Goa..

Nice property by lalit , lush gardens nice scenery unfortunately swimming pool was not available when I visited otherwise a decent resort .

Divine place to be at, everything you find at one resort.
The property is huge, far away from crowd with a golf course, big pool, private beach, spa, fun and peace. This property is ideal for peace, romance and fun loving couples or even for a family too. Coming here with friends will add some spices.

Pad Taj is like in Thailand.

Nice property. Large rooms with everything you need in it. Well maintained. Only cons is costlier than its rivals in market.

Huge property. But way too overcrowded for my personal liking. Had been there for an official event with 30 odd colleagues. The Check In process took way too long. There was no coordination between the Reservation Desk and Check In counter. No personal service and care as expected from a Star Resort was given. There was a wedding party during the same weekend as our stay and it appeared that the entire attention was directed towards the same, this ignoring rests of the guests. Food wasn't great as well. The Check out process was also long winded. We were not given a copy of the bill on the same day on the pretext that it was a Sunday and Finance Department was closed. Horrible experience overall. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This hotel should not be counted in the hotels of goa, its so far from main town. If you dont have plans to travel anywhere else then this is the place to be but otherwise wont suggest

Nice place to be for birthday, wedding anniversaries or any other types of occassions as food is awesome and place with service is must visit for one time as after that I am sure you would like to visit again yourself

Loved this resort in Goa....this is in south goa and is disconnected from the crowded areas...but if you want to spend some quality peaceful time with ur family then this is the ideal place.

Let me begin with saying visit with mindset of being in 5star dharamshala(charity place to stay for free) at the cost of 5star hotel.
Everything inside room is very poor and cheap ,
Lighting television bed mattress pillow couch everything; so this is what happen in dhramshala right?
No CARPETS in room.
Food breakfast pool lobby and beach side is just average.
Please do not go there Its total waste of money and receive no pampering you wanna expect in five star resort.

By European standards, this is certainly not 5 *, but for India it is a hotel of a very high level. Decent breakfasts with a good selection of both local dishes and more familiar to Europeans. I would like a little more varieties of cheese, but otherwise everything is very good. A la carte prices in restaurants are very high, but there are buffet options.
Nice large pool and a great almost private beach. Gorgeous sand. The entrance to the sea is excellent. There really are not many sun loungers on the beach, but usually there were enough for everyone.
The rooms are a bit old, but everything works, and the air conditioning system is very successful, allowing you to sleep with the air conditioner on. No insects or other animals were seen.
The only problem with the hotel is the birds. There are really a lot of them and they create a lot of "garbage", and the local mentality is not conducive to cleaning everything and everyone at the same second.

Its a great resort with fair price. Greenery is what one can always find and right nest to beach. Beach is very clean n scenic. One wud not want to miss d sunset at beach.
Resort is very big and if u r a golf playing person then its d right place to be.
For kids there is Kids corner where ur kittle one can get occupied with someone to take care as well.
Swimming pool is quite good enough and paid activities too for ur kiddos.
Breakfast buffet has fair options but taste wise its just Ok. Certainly not a good Tea one wud want for a day.

Staff is very courteous. Rooms are pretty big and well made.

A beautiful place in South Goa. Though a bit far from the airport but that is taken care by the free pickup and drop by the hotel. Breakfast has a lavish spread and food quality is superb. Do enjoy a variety of adventure activities and off course...GOLF.

You can hire a cab from just outside the hotel and move around. Palolem beach is just a 15 minutes drive.

Its a nice and huge 5 star property with decent rooms which needs little repairs. Food is a compromise.. Limited breakfast spread, in-room dinning portions are very small, preparation and taste of food needs mark change..

A nice and peaceful place, offers a private beach away from the crowded north goa beaches. Property needs some renovation and regular maintenance. Competitors are far ahead in all aspects but looking at the price difference here you can compromise a bit.

Worst checkin n worst maintained rooms. But 5 star pricing on food items. 335rs for a cup of tea. So dig it.

Rooms are good. But Management's focus only on events (like cinema shooting, conference etc). Family will be isolated. Crowded place. Can't use the amenities. Peace of mind is a big question mark. Hotel staff also not so response. Few are very rude. Escalated the issue to higher authorities. No action. Since they get business from events, management has "don't care policy".

The rooms are nice and clean, the beach is extremely close. Not enough good restaurants in the vicinity though, will have to travel a bit.

dint give up as per expectations d buffet menu was too limited n directed towards veg menu drinks not included in buffet n desserts disappointing too

The most intriguing place with the unreal sense of peace. Great crew especially the chefs.

Terrible service, inhygienic bathrooms, indifferent staff, horrible food and limited variety. Same food recycled from breakfast to lunch to dinner. They only care for corporate events. Pls avoid if going with family.

My car was covered with bird droppings in Car parking area. No assistance for cleaning the car, Was told to go outside and get the car cleaned.

Had to carry my own luggage after checkout to car as no assistance given even after 30 minutes.

My wife was unwell, no doctors on call, no help to get medicine. Did not even get a call back. Had to go out and get medicines in the middle of night.

Canacona restaurant staff are very indifferent and had to follow up repeatedly for water, spoons, napkins etc.

Bathroom cleaning was not done properly and towels were smelling. Wasn t sure if they were fresh.

Too many corporate events have made them neglect families and individual customers.

Entire culture is rotten from front office staff, housekeeping, restaurant. They all feel it is fine to show their indifferent attitude to customer and people have no choice but to put up. This is complete management failure and sad to see such place getting five star tag.

Please avoid .. there are better places in Goa.

Do not care about their Brand....
They are not Guest friendly.....
Literally make guests feel that just farmatically doing the Well Come.....sometimes simply forgot to welcome the guest...
Does not care about Guest requirements....
No Check in and Check out management...

And the most .....
Lalit's transfer team is extremely rude in behaviour and giving impractical, unbelievable, silly and funny excuses for anything which they don't want to do.
The hotel is mainly remains for the Group parties, maraiges, receipting functions and not at all for the family and couple Guest.
