I love going to Lakewood Church when I'm in Houston. There is always an inspiring message for me.

The positive Christian messages from Rev. Joel Osteen have changed my life. I can't wait till we are allowed back to church so I can attend Lakewood for the first time. If you have not listened to his messages, just search YouTube. So inspirational and filled with hope. They will make you feel good through the power of Christ!

I attended the Sunday evening youth service. Although it's geared towards the college crowd, I certainly enjoy attending. I really loved the way they go hard on praise and worship!

Took my Mom to see Joel Olsteen. We both had a wonderful time! People were so friendly and helpful! Loved his preaching! We really enjoyed our time at Lakewood!

Today is my first time of going to the Lakewood church website. As I read the comments, I wonder the motive behind some of them. For over 5 years, I have tuned in and listened as Joel Osteen delivered inspirational messages of faith, obedience, power of prayer and love. I find it very sad but not entirely surprised that some of you are trying to use your over exaggerated and isolated experience to spoil the minds of others. Shame on you for allowing the devil to use you to do his dirty work. Rather, you should be praying for the Osteen family. Stop drinking so much haterade and spewing out hateful and one sided comments.

You know the saying You cannot please everyone all of the time . Well, If you could do better than the Osteen family, then God would have placed you on the pulpit. My advice is simply this, pray for the Osteen family and for yourself that God will give you peace and love in your heart!!

The reason that this ministry of Jesus is since the charisma and message given through this church. I merely visited the service a few times, but I am highly blessed and grateful to be able to attend the service for Easter Sunday. My life is so erratic that I cannot say where I will be from one moment to the next however I am 100% current that I will be in Houston at the Easter Sunday service. I have no place to stay when I leave the church, however I have this concept Set IN Stone. Bless you all!!

It's a good environment to worship and praise with the family.

I've watched Lakewood Church grow for over 40 years. I've heard various criticisms through the years and they sound the same... too shallow, too motivational, too modern, false teaching, etc., etc. One person even criticized Joel's hair! The truth is God has used Lakewood Church in such ways that it would boggle the human mind. Millions of people are touched worldwide. People are healed, families restored, people are delivered from addictions, and on and on it goes. Joel preaches simple and precisely. My wife responds to his preaching better than any preacher on earth... including myself!!! There is much more going on at Lakewood Church than just the service. I suggest that people join one of their ministries and help them serve the public. Your life will be changed!

Lake wood is amazing!!!! People express love from the parking lot to the sanctuary..

We attended services last Sunday with my brother and Mom. Pastor Olsteen could have asked what was on our minds and preached straight to us because that was how it felt. He gave us a word in due season. We needed to hear from God and we did. We are very excited to make Lakewood Church our home church. The congregation are the friendliest people I've met! They are so friendly and kind.

Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles?"

Too many Christians are complacent where they are; they are blinded by the "salepitch" and refused to believe a pastor they like can be so greedy and a fraud.

I strongly dislike people who compromises God's words, and cherry pick scriptures to gain an audience. I'm not talking about perfection; I am talking about people who continue to live in sin and don't repent.

God looks at the heart. Don't be fooled by a person's outer image.

My wife and I got a chance to meet Pastor Joel Osteen and it was the highlight of our year.

Joel Osteen and the Lakewood family rocks.

Joel Osteen is a preacher of the unbiblical Prosperity/Positive gospel . His unbiblical style of preaching is devoid of the conviction that leads to repentance. There s no mention of neither eternal damnation for the unsaved nor living a godly lifestyle, involving producing fruits in keeping with repentance (Matthew 3:8). Those who truly have Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior will obey His commands (Deuteronomy 11:1, John 14:23-24). No biblical preacher would be in the world and of it by living in a multi-million dollar mansion and the lavish lifestyle that comes with it. No biblical preacher will tell people what their itching ears want to hear , resulting in most speaking well of him like OT Israel spoke of the false prophets (Luke 6:22-26, 2 Timothy 4:3-4). Furthermore, this is just another worldly Laodicean-spirited lukewarm and apostate church that s full of spiritually poor, blind, and naked congregation members (Revelation 3:14-18). It s a sad fact that this congregation doesn t study their Bibles, choosing to be spoon-fed by this charlatan instead. If they knew Jesus and His Word the Bible, they d leave this Church of Satan in droves.

I took my girlfriend for Mother'sDay 2016, she loved it and we have been back almost every other week because it's an hour and a half from us.

We love going to Lakewood because:

1- they don't gouch you with money for parking donations or anything, you give if you want.

2- You can actually get good deals at the store.

3- His sermons are very down to earth, inspirational, they encourage us to do and be good.

4- Everybody is very cordial.

5- Their music and light show is like a great concert.

Beautiful I would like to go to know and listen to the preaching of Pastor Danilo and Gloriana Montero. it is beautiful it fills me with peace to listen to your preaching how can I communicate with some leader or pastpr bendocuones

I really enjoyed the service. I felt like I was home. The church is amazing. Hopefully I look as good as Joel at his age. If in Texas, and if your interested in the lord, or just lost and looking for some answers, I would definitely recommend stopping by. Its definitely a life changing experience.

I really enjoyed my experience at Lakewood. Everybody was so friendly, upbeat, engaging and encouraging. I felt that the members of Lakewood Church were genuinely happy to have us there and I also loved and valued the message. It is a really nice and inviting church with great messages that delve into personal everyday lives as well as our spiritual lives.

Service is free,parking its free i been going there for 2 months.

Above all, it is a place to worship the Lord and give thanks for life and for what he gives us day by day.

It is a place full of blessing, my life has been blessed in this church, my children are closer to God here, the guidance given to parents to perform at home every month is very enriching. The pastor of Sundays at 2 pm speaks Spanish and is the singer Danilo Montero! It's like being in a concert when everyone there is singing and the presence of God is in that place.

Joined Lakewood Church since 2000 and I ve been here ever since. I love it!!

Remember Lakewood is not about Joel or Victoria, is about God. The church does so much outside the walls of this place where I watched my first concert back in the Summit days.
Who it would thought I will be attending a concert for God.

I'm speechless! God gave double desires of my heart..I always wanted to go to Joel Osteen church and Ps Joseph Prince and you know what..Ps Joseph was sharing the sermon in Joel Osteen on 26th of October after 2 years!!!! Ih I can't explain the presence in words..it's like deep and extravagant!! I loved it.. I'm coming back soon Lakewood
