Why are so many triggered 5 year olds rating this place one star y all don t need to be so hostile with your reviews. -_- Personally I watched one of their services on YouTube and it s the best I ve ever experienced. I can really relate to the pastors words as well as the music lyrics. I really recommend giving this place a visit in real life or on YouTube.

There is something for everyone, Lakewood church always amazes me at every event I have attended with the way they get organized. All the staff always welcomes you with a smile and is very helpful. Praise and worship if of the highest quality as it should be. Parking is FREE and so is child care, and they have many free programs for all kinds of situations in your life as well as FREE events all year round.

I just luv Joel and what him and his family. God bless him

My favorite church Really beautiful. And musicians full of God's spirit if you are looking for a good church is one of the ideals in families for young people. Young people need more of God in our lives.

We planned a vacation in Houston so we can visit Lakewood Church on Saturday or Sunday service. It was just WONDERFUL and we can't wait to go back. Definitely worth the 16 hours car ride, even though next time we will take the plane. Lifetime experience for our family.

You can feel the spirit as soon as you come through the doors and the praise team is awesome ,the ushers has a welcoming spirit just an awesome experience will definitely be going bacj.

And many false prophets shall arise.....Osteen is a false prophet and a rich one at that. Jesus said do not be deceived. Jesus preached humbleness and said you cannot serve both God and Money. Osteen you need to repent. Shame on you and all the sheep you are leading astray. For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. 4 They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.

Church was very welcoming for the event. We had a little friction with one of the ushers, about her sitting us, but the no major worries. God is good.

Pastor John Gray has such an explosive word that always hits me right where I need to be touched.. I went w my kid and his mother Wednesday as the Rockets were beginning game two of their series with the Warriors.. if I had to choose between an appearance by Pastor Gray or an outing of any kind, Lakewood would definitely top the list..

It was a welcoming experience. Just don't be too late, this place gets packed early. Felt like family

Uplifting and friendly as soon as you arrive. Service times for all. Sat and Sun both. Encourage all to attend. They have lovely children's classes and focus on biblical thru play and song with young children.

Was ok. Church sanctuary was a bit cramped. And the worship music could have been a little bit louder.

Its a great place you really feel the presence of God.

I've been there twice and had a great time. I was seating in the visitor area. When I was leaving Joel saw me, came my way and said " Thank you for coming here today" . He was very sincere. He is a humble man. He has a heart for people which is something rare in churches today. I saw the Osteen family walking around the church saying "hi" and even praying for people. There is something special there that you will only experience if you go there. I am from Atlanta area where many pastors are arrogant and hide from people. Andy Stanley is the worst. Arrogant, selfish and makes fun of Joel Osteen all the time.

Better a day in your home than a thousand out of it

Its your spirit that leads you to hear and thanking God and be encouraged. I usually come to Saturday services at 700-ish pm, be prayed on your requests, listen to Joel's joke and then cheese salsa snack at single 4th floor loft and be filled with friendly people. By time you leave, other traffic has ceased. Sunday is packed and I tunein-radio app to listen other churches great preaching. Awesome.
