Beautiful church. Pastors are friendly and share wonderful words of God. Highly recommend to visit when you are in Houston.

All churches of all religions are important. Lakewood is my church of choice for four years plus now. Amazing pastors. There is often guest pastors. The music is phenomenal. Uplifting environment with lots of layers of security to feel safe to worship. Great work Team Family Faith!!!!!!

I enjoy attending Lakewood, there is so much positivity, high energy and love unlike any other church I have attended.

This man is a heretic and what they would have called in the old west a "Snake Oil Salesman". He is so wishy washy and doesn't stand on the truth of God's word because if he did his empire would collapse. My advice is to run as fast and as far from this man and his blatant twisting of God's word so that you can have your best life in heaven.

Isn't crazy how I was just on YouTube watching makeup videos and I came across this church. I've never been but something about this church is just Different. Speaks to My soul. Never would of thought a YouTube video would change my life Forever that was a year ago still to this day I watch every sermon online.

Beautiful inside. I visited for a Sunday 7pm worship service. I was amazed to see soo many young people on fire for the Lord attend the service. The members were very welcoming and I truly did feel "At Home" here! We also had the honor of writing on 1 of the 3 vision walls. Lakewood became one of the many reasons I LOVE Houston!

Joel speaks truth from God's word.
We moved to Texas 4 years ago. It's been so hard finding a church we could call home.

We traveled from Dallas Texas to experience Pastor Joel Osteen today! It was amazing, absolutely breathtaking! The music the special guest and of course hearing pastor Joel speak!

When I lived in houston, I really enjoyed coming here. Especially on the Saturday night service.

I recently became atheist, best decision of my life. I wasted 10 years of my life believing in woo woo. I now believe in science and feel better this way. I wasted so much time listening to Joel's podcast and went to see Lakewood Church. He just preaches on positivity, which is great. However, there was very little verses / information from the Bible. I am in a new chapter of my life. This is very much corporatizing religion in a megachurch. The building is huge.

The church always has a nice temperature however I bring a sweater just in case. I love after each service the book store sells a CD of the service. The praise team always sings the songs how they are played on the radio so they are easy to sing along with. The screen/video displays are clear and make it easy to see the speaker no matter where you sit. The greeters in the front always are ready to shake your hand and welcome you.

Alway enjoy seeing live!!! We're from small town Nebraska and when we're in town we stop in love to worship with people from every back ground love watching people come in groves.Walk away learning something new!!!

Because all races of people worship there in one spirit. It is like heaven, when all GOD 'S creation get together to worship Him.

I spent my birthday here. It was a great atmosphere and even though there are a lot of people God is still moving here. A great word and friendly people.

An Amazing experience!!! Truly Amazing!! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I just started coming to Lakewood. Its a 2 hour drive for me and Very much worth it !! I go every chance i get now. Anytime of the week. There is Always something going on there!!

Love my church! The most amazing down to earth kind pastors and amazing environment!

We went there on our weekend trip to Houston and it was a great service! What a breathtaking structure and really good environment and upbringing energy.

Parking can be a little tricky but once you find the location, you're good. You may wanna arrive early to be able to park closer, otherwise you may have to park on their garage locations a little more far and walk a couple blocks (we did that and it wasn't a bit deal, but still...)

There was a lady delivering little books to those who stood up and wished to receive it and she completely ignored me and some other people while being on a rush to finish her task... But she may just have been on a bad day and it's okay.
Hope to come back some more times!

Pastor is truly a humble person and it is a joy to be around him. The church is very big, but everyone seems very nice and welcoming. I look forward to coming back.

Update: I like that this church has a lot of resources for everyone! Counseling, marriage class, people dealing with depression/anxiety , anger management, seniors, young adults, bible study, choir, kids. Everything is Christ centered. There s something for everyone here no matter what you re going through, no matter where you re from or your age. Jesus is the center of everything. I like that the church is non-religious and is strictly Jesus / bible based. I WISH they would go more in-depth with the Holy Sprit and spontaneous worship though. Sometimes the worship team will be singing in the Holy Spirit but will stop and I m guessing it s because they don t want to scare the baby believers. But I believe the baby believers and non believers are looking for something real and the Christians who drank milk now want food. We are ready pastors and worship team! Please do not hesitate or be scared! The church is also very diverse. I love that. Everyone can feel welcomed here with the friendly volunteers. I think in order to get the value out of this church, you need to get involved . Going once on Sunday really won t help you grow as fast. You need to join a bible study for in depth understanding of the Bible and join a life group. It s a good church to go too when you re in a very rough season and need encouragement .

To worship God any Church is good. With Pastor Danilo Montero. Praise before the preaching, nursery and Sunday school for children. Visit it and hear the word of God.

I am a Christian. Joel and Victoria Osteen are awesome preachers who encourage others who go through storms or rough trials. During worship, you really do feel the Holy Spirit in you. John Gray is very hilarious along with great books and Joel's books are good too.

A beautiful place, because you feel the presence of God in everything and in all people, from those who receive you when you enter to Pastors Gloriana and Danilo Montero. Praise singers who look like angels. I hope I can be with them again, in the Lakewood church.

Each time I attend a Lakewood Church in Houston Texas. The anointing and the people are very friendly and warm and welcoming. Pastor Joel Osteen has such a warm Dynamic message for each and every individual to take with them throughout the week. If I were you and in our going through something please stop and visit Lakewood Church.

John Gray is an awesome man of God with the word that is so powerful and true. I love listening to him. I see DEVEN MOOR wrote a review about him that was awe full, you have to be fed in your own way. What's for you is for you and what's for someone else is just that , for someone else. But, Gray is by far a comedian looking for an audience and if you grew up in church you would know that most pastors have been through many storms before falling into their calling.

Great Praise & Worship. The Osteen's are doing an amazing job sharing their hearts and the Word of God.

Joel is good but should check his employees more carefully. A lot goes on behind the scenes but seriously, that goes on in almost every church and place of employment. I just had higher standards for Lakewood. His messages are really good and the music is top notch. They have a lot of classes here too for people of all ages.

It's all a joke, GREAT way to make money. He's correct though. GOD IS WATCHING US!

The church business seems to be pretty good, it kind of makes me want to be a pastor

I am a sinner. In various was I've broken every commandment. Never have I truly believed if asked would they be forgiven. I have not attended this church but the only reason I have cm radio now is because something made me change the channel one day when I was tired of every station. I switched to the Joel's station for a few minutes then back to channel 148. Well the next day I turned my radio on but had to turn back to Joel. I listened to the end of his sermon and he invited ( ME ) to ask Jesus into my heart to make him my personal savior. What? I listened to the next one he did it again. No way. The next one I asked I cried I believed. I still slip I still ask I still believe I still cry. I renewed my service Jan 01 2017 to make sure Joel keeps asking me to be forgiven and to hear those silly jokes at the beginning. I plan on a visit to April 5th service.

Positivity. Family. You feel so alive when worshipping here. Been going for almost 7 years. Always bring guest who come into town with me. Joel is a special person who touches many people's hearts. I wish they were more open with how they give back to the community. I know a lot of people who attend who are hurting and I know the church could make an impact where they are. Right here in Houston. Lots of hurting people, people losing their homes but who are faithful attendees. There should be some local initiatives for the local church to help those who attend and give regularly.

I used to went to his church, I feel something not right before I found the truth then BAM! Joel Osteen is turn out to be false preacher. Because he doesn't preach about Jesus Christ and God's word. He made up on his own word from his mind to motivating people's life in this fallen world. He did not preach about sins or from the bible. So wake up, it time to focus Jesus Christ and must deny yourself as the worldy (sinners) because we all sinners in this world. It time to let the world go and start focus on Jesus to go home in heaven. One of these day, the rapture will COME! Heaven is our home!

Monday night classes are great. Beautifully maintained church. Gift store is gorgeous.

I haven't yet been to Lakewood church but my body is in Iowa and my heart says Lakewood church. My destiny.

This pastor fails to preach the truth of what's to come. The temple will be rebuilt and during this time the rapture will take place. People open your eyes before it's too late.
