Not quite ready to deal yet. I just wanted to let you know that Shana Cheney, without a doubt is one of the most professional, knowledgeable sales people I have ever dealt with. Stopped in quite some time ago when we were in the market for a new vehicle. Salesman was without a doubt lazy and not interested in helping us. We left went to Zephyrhills and drove off the lot with a new vehicle. Shana is a very welcome change from what we experienced before.

The salesperson that we had an appointment with stood us up. Then we had to sit around for hours waiting on finance even though we were buying the car in cash. There was also miscommunication about when we could pick up the car after telling us they needed an initial down payment in order for us to take it home that evening. When we came back the next day the car wasn t ready when they said it would be so we had to wait more for someone to help us. We did negotiate a great price for the vehicle. Car dealers should figure out an express process. It always takes too long.

This dealership is click bait. We came in for an appointment at 12 and unfortunately Hercules had a family emergency which is completely understandable but didn t let anyone know that he had this appointment with us so after 30 minutes of waiting, we received a phone call from his assistant asking if we were going to come in for our appointment that we confirmed 3 separate times, even up to two hours prior to arrival. We live about an hour and a half away so before we came down we wanted to make sure that we could stay within our total budget out the door . He said of course and we could get something worked out. After the assistant figured out that Hercules was not at the dealership they stuck us with Crystal from Arkansas. A nice lady but she had no idea what she was talking about. She wanted to run a credit check after we told her we didn t need financing through the dealership because we had a draft from our credit union. She still didn t understand and said we would be looking at a upper 400 dollar payment a month for a 21,000 truck. We reminded her that our draft meant we already had a loan from the bank therefore would not need financing through them. We had 3 trucks we wanted to see and wrote down the stock numbers so they could pull them. (The whole point of making the appointment). Crystal walked around clueless looking for the keys and we ended up having to help her through the whole process of finding our desired truck. From locating it on the lot of the Toyota dealership next door and checking to make sure we could afford the truck according to the stock numbers we found on the website to explaining the expense sheet TO HER. She was very ignorant to the whole process. They started by undervaluing our trade in/pay off. After we clearly told them days prior that the balance would have to be paid off to make a deal. After having to figure out the expense sheet ourselves, A 21k truck became a 29k truck. (we understand tax,tag and title add to sticker price) but we were shocked with a $1200 detailing fee for THE TRADE VEHICLE that they would not waive. The finance manager Josh came over and very arrogantly started with telling us your car is worth more than what we put. We agreed and continued our active listening saying yes to what he was saying. He quickly cut us off after two sentences to us agreeing with him and said let me get a word in my man. He lost our business at that very moment. We had to remind him to give us our car keys back for our car so we could leave and our car was parked in a completely different parking lot. We have never experienced such unprofessional and lazy behavior from a car dealership before. We will tell people to stay far away from this dealership.

The buying experience was horrible. They didn t have a vehicle that we were looking for originally on the lot. We went with an option B after the run around of what they can get us and some imaginary lot that they had vehicles that we couldn t see. In closing out the deal the finance manager made a lot of promises that he couldn t keep. The final payment ended up higher then they quoted. They expressed insurance options and finance options that we were supposed to hear back from them to finalize the deal instead we got a phone call expressing we were late for a payment that they didn't even send us final verdict on or payment information. And no we were not given anything with paperwork. When we questioned it nobody had an answer. They called the finance manager who expressed his intent to call us but was to busy. Then our license was threatened by dmv because they never submitted the info to transfer ownership allowing us to register the vehicle. We had to argue to get this done thru the dealership after having the car with insurance for over a month. I wanna add this is the second time we went to buy a car. We were completely stupid for doing so because the first time we went we didn't buy because of the horrible experience with the sales team. But my wife wanted a jeep so bad. With in 2.5 months of having it the jeep left us stranded. I believe its a lemon but they continue to argue fixing over warranty and the service department is just as bad. Will never buy again and i wish the would take the jeep back and understand the multiple mistakes they made to create the worst customer experience possible.

Absolutely, hands down the best car buying experie...

Absolutely, hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. Lacey Palmer was responsive, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. She made the negotiation and purchase seamless and positive. Even with a special vehicle add-on completed on-site, it was the fastest car purchase we have ever made. Usually we end up spending 5-6 hours at a dealership but not this time! She even personally cleaned areas of the truck that the cleaning crew missed! She went above and beyond in making this purchase experience outstanding. And Frank Diaz had the paperwork ready and waiting for us once our deal was finalized, making our overall experience outstanding. We'll be back!

This was the easiest process I have ever been through to purchase a car mind you I live 2 hrs away. Chris Soto helped out with every aspect of the car purchase. He kept in contact with me to get me into the car I wanted for a great price. Also offered to meet me half way with my new purchase. So glad I choose Lakeland Dodge! I traded my 2013 dodge in on a 2015 honda accord. Really nice car but sales and finance suck. Three weeks later, the loan for the dart has not been paid and they are calling me wanting payment with late fees. A black mark on my credit. Last week the dart was brought back and parked in my yard and dealer had no idea why. I have other questions for them and when I call its let me get back to you. That has yet to happen. Maybe they can return a call to my attorney because I am done with Lakeland Dodge. I dont trust them and wont deal with them ever again....

This dealership is AWFUL, nobody there wants to do their job & they charge 3 times more than other places do on simple things like oil changes & tire rotation. If you want good service, go someplace else because you won't get it at Lakeland Dodge.

Horrible customer service. Does not stand behind advertised prices. Purchased splash guards online and received an email later that day that the price was wrong and they would need my credit card to process the order. Wanted to charge me double! No wonder they have an "F" with the BBB. Be wary of their price gouging practices. They were speedy with the refund, though. Hence the 1 star.

I had no problems with this dealer thanks to their helpful/professional staff. They weren't pushy or impatient. I would definitely recommend them, especially to a first time buyer.

I'd like to thank Richard Huggins for his help. He called me to remind me about deals (which ended up in me purchasing my car) and even went as far as to help me get a lower quote on my insurance.

There were a few communication issues at the beginning, but the reason we will return and refer friends and family are because of Ricardo and Mike P. Management needs to recognize their hard work and take note from the exceptional customer service that they provided to us. They were both customer service centered and for that, we are very thankful!

Got a 2016 Nissan Sentra from here, Wednesday 5/13. Was stuck from 11am until almost 7pm waiting to find out if we were going to get the car, only to find out two days later that the 13k$ vehicle had a broken driver's side door handle that is going to cost 235$ just for the part even though I paid 284$ the day I got the car for a $0 deductible platinum extended warranty that I now have to wait 30days to use that was only supposed to be 106$ up front. Brakes squealing day two... Nothing they can do, it all passed "safety inspection" ...
Just another dealership taking full advantage of someone who needs a car.

I have to say the detailing department went above ...

I have to say the detailing department went above and beyond. I took my car in for what I thought was rust in the paint. Let me just say my car was filthy. I wasnt not expe ting them to give me a full detail.
When I came to pick my car up the manager for the detail department was hand drying my vehicle. He was not leaving my side until he knew I was satisfied.
I've been a customer of Lakeland Chrystler Dodge for over 3 years now and I must say I havent been disappointed yet. Thank you to all the staff that work so hard to help each on of your customers on a personal name based level. That customer service is what keeps me coming back.

I have been a customer for quite some time. I have purchased 3 vehicles with no issue. This is the first time that I have had an issue with service. I brought my 09 challenger for an oil change. In addition my push button start no longer worked. So I had them replace the start button. Well after waiting 3 hours I was informed that the replacement button does not work and I will have to return on another date. That was easy for them to say since I only have Saturday for service. I will return to have the issue corrected as I was informed that this an 1 1/2 hour repair and understand that I will not wait another 3 hours.

Had a great experience at the dealership, they were able to get me exactly what I wanted. Salesman was very polite and laid back which made him easy to deal with, and the finance department made sure I new what I was getting and did it in a timely manner.

Lakeland Jeep did a great job of taking care of us...

Lakeland Jeep did a great job of taking care of us!
We had picked up a metal pole.in the road on I-4. We where 90 minutes from home and they where the local jeep dealer.
Shane stanek followed up with us everyday and when it took a little longer than expected to get the part, he offered to have the car delivered to our home at no cost.
The car had only 1100 miles on it and the the left rear axel was damaged. We thought we would need a new rear tire . I approved all the work and to my surprise the cost was way less than I expected. Not to mention he could if told me I needed a new tire and I would have paid for it, but instead he said the tire check out ok. My experience with other dealerships in the last was to sell you everything.
At Lakeland jeep Shane made us feel like it was all about us! I only wish they where located in orlando.
Kudos to Lakeland jeep and shane.
I will drive 90 miles to buy my next jeep from them.

Called ahead to confirm that 2 specific cars were in stock by VIN as advertised on their website. After receiving confirmation that cars were in stock, drove 2 hours to their location. Pure bait and switch. They couldn't find the cars on the lot. Salesman claimed that website isn't kept current. Made excuses about database not matching lot. Despicable behavior. Beware.

Again, Avoid! Just took our van in and was told a common electrical problem with our van is not covered by the warranty. Not even two years and more issues than I care to talk about.

Avoid! Five Months dealing with Gabriel in the finance department to get the car registration lined out. Even tried to do it through the DMV and they said it's on the dealership's end. Ridiculous!

Called in to get info about pricing and I gave the salesman all my info to get back to me on pricing . He did not want to give me his last name nor a number for me to reach him at. If you want to earn my business and do not want to give me your last name you should not be in sales . The way to build rapport is to engage with your customer giving all your information so I know who to get back to. Very unprofessional.

First Class Service.

First Class Service.
We broke down on the way to a wedding in Jacksonville on Friday evening. We were towed into the Lakeland Chrysler dealer. As the car could not be completed until Monday they gave us a courtesy car so we could get to Jacksonville. Everybody in the dealership were helpful, polite and friendly.
Our Service Adviser Scott was fantastic. We also dealt with Angel and Tony who were excellent.
We would highly recommend the service department of this dealership.

I called to make sure car was available right before I got there. I was told by Amy in Internet sales that the car was available. I drove 45 minutes. Get here and no car. Not happy and just shows me what the future would be if I actually did business here

Updated.... so your response to my review is another lie. When I called I gave you guys a stock number and Amy told me that that specific car was available. And I live 45 minutes away but I called when I was 20 mins away just to make sure it was still available. Which I was told that it was. Anyways I got there and no car.
I went to Thunder Chrysler after I left you guys and bought a car that was alot nicer anyways. So I am actually glad that you guys were deceitful.
I highly recommend going elsewhere and not to this location

This was a transaction which was conducted from across the country and I was pleased with the paper work and document handling. Rather than addressing concerns, lets block anyone with a bad experience so our page looks like nothing but good experiences. If you consider shopping here, I recommended reading reviews on Facebook first to find out why they can only manage a 2.1 out of 5 star rating.

Average ...neither good nor bad. Service department does bare minimum. Nothing to cause me to refer anyone to. Could be a great place, the facility is clean and nice...just the employees in service department front counter seem bored and uninterested in customer experience

I online scheduled an appointment for service dropping off the vehicle for the day.
I showed up 5 mins prior to my time slot and 30 minutes after arriving was still not inputted into the system.
I have meetings for work to attend and my ride for the day is growing inpatient so I leave them the keys and go.
Then 30 more mins later they call me with an attitude on why I m still not there as if waiting on a service advisor to input my oil change request is my life s duty.
So 1 hour just to simply drop off a vehicle for routine maintenance is unrealistic.
Your customers time should be more important than your service advisors.

He also took time to follow up on any outstanding issues after the deal was made. Unlike other dealers which whom I I have dealt, he made me feel like I was not another mere transaction.

At first communication wasn t great, but Lakeland Dodge corrected it and helped out a lot. Very grateful for being attentive to customer

Very easy to work with and everything was exactly as we agreed.
