I chose to stay until the work was done. The mechanic I had name was Carlos Ortiz, he's very kind, explains everything, gets the job done, lets me know approximately how long it's going to take, he comes out and lets me know if it's going to be longer. Mr.Ortiz is very soft spoken, patient & very honest. I never have to bring my vehicle back to get the same job done twice. Everybody is so helpful. Me being in a wheelchair, everybody was so helpful.

Let me say right up front, I'm not angry. I didn't get ripped off or anything. These are not mean people. I just had my time wasted

I found a 1 year old Hyundai Santa Fe Sport I was interested in, via a TrueCar listing. I sent in the TrueCar form saying I was interested. The dealership called me and asked if I had any questions about the car and would I like to test drive it. So 45 minutes after they called to invite me to their new dealership location for the test drive, I was there.
Not only was the car not ready for the test drive they knew I was coming to do (they did not appear to be very busy) they had to look for it for 10-15 minutes. They couldn't find it.
Seriously? YOU called me to come do a test drive. YOU KNEW EXACTLY which car I was coming to look at because I responded to YOUR online vehicle listing. And it wasn't there?!?
Wow! Just wow! - Of course they "have lots of other cars" and offered to have me look at something else. LOL!

I lost my FOB and I am about 8 hours from home. As you can imagine this was quite an intensely stressful situation. I have an after market extended warranty/insurance policy that I was told would cover the replacement of my FOB but was having a great deal of difficulty getting the warranty company to understand exactly what I needed and get them to honor the clause in the contract that covers the replacement FOB. I was also going to need to have my car towed to the dealership in order to have this done.

Then Melissa Jolley, a service advisor, at Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep saved the day. In my opinion she went beyond the call of duty, making several phone calls to my warranty company, conveying accurately my needs and what was in my contract and didn't give up until she was able to get my FOB replaced. She made so many calls and was genuinely in her concern and desire to help me that at one point when I thought it was hopeless, I had already decided she deserved a 5 star review even if she wasn't successful in getting my FOB replaced under the extended warranty I had bought. She deserved it because she cared enough to do her best to help me in a very stressful situation and not give up after the first no. In the end, not only was she successful in getting the extended warranty company to honor the contract and replace my FOB but the company also said that they'd help cover the cost of the tow, which I was unaware was also part of my contract in addition to taking care of a recall on my car's software of which I was completely unaware. I couldn't tell you the last time I received such amazing caring service. While I waited at Lakeland Chrysler's waiting room, which was very comfortable, Melissa, even came to give me periodic updates letting me know when they started the work on my car and again when it was almost ready etc. I honestly couldn't give her enough praise or thank her enough. I will return to Lakeland Chrysler if ever I am in the area and need service again and highly recommend their service department. Ask for Melissa. She gets the job done as painlessly as possible! Thanks, Melissa! You are a saint!

We were ready to leave because our sales person was not giving us what we were looking for. The Finance Manager, I believe his name was Kyle Durr came over and saved the day. He listened to us and gave us exactly what we were looking for. Thank you!

Mike did a great job handling the sale of my New Jeep Grand Cherokee. No pressure and very knowledgeable . Best of all I didn t feel pressured and he kept his promise on the OTD price which was great . I would strongly recommend Mike and Lakeland Dodge when considering buying a vehicle .

It took over 20 minutes for anyone to help or acknowledge I was there for service. They were very polite but not attentive as I saw several service employees standing around. I was there for an oil change and to have a tire looked at but waited over an hour and half. My car was parked and done for almost 30 min before anyone checked me out as well.

Worked with April in the service department. Great service! Got us in quick, straight forward with pricing and how long it was going to take. Excellent experience. Will definitely return for future service. (Update 2/20/18) Came back to trade in my Charger for a new car, the shopping experience was great until it came time to run the numbers. All the sudden, they want me to put a down payment equal to the payoff on my car (Never told me what they were offering me for it.), tell me my credit score is at least 50 points lower than my lowest score (monitor it regularly, with all the bureaus. Checked it right before. Bought cars before with lower and NO money down.) Very disappointed. Now they are calling saying they can work a deal, I should come back. It's only been a few days, nothing has changed but now they can work a deal? Looks like I'll be finding a new dealership for service and a new car.

Bought a Toyota Tacoma 2016 and came without Jack and wrench for the Jack. I call to make the observation and nobody guarantees that I am going to receive those necessary items. Please do something, so I can be completely satisfied. I was not told that they were missing, I supposed that that was part of the deal and not check. CARLOS ROJAS
