It was an amazing experience working with the Lakeland CJDR staff and ultimately buying the exact RAM I wanted, within my budget. Johnny and team were absolutely awesome to work with. I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle through them.

Our salesperson was excellent. No problems with him. He was helpful and not too pushy and listened to our concerns.

I will never buy anything from this dealership again, however, nor will we service our vehicles here ever again for the following reasons.

We bought a brand new Challenger R/T Shaker and the service department scraped the front end. We didn't realize until we got home. When we took it back the next day, they gave us the run around and made a million excuses why they couldn't fix their mistake. Okay, fine. We eat the cost. About $600 out of pocket for something we shouldn't have to fix in the first place.

We asked them to transfer a license plate for us. Instead, they cancelled the one we had and send us a brand new one costing us another $400 that we shouldn't have had to pay in the first place. When we mentioned this to the service department, they made it clear that they we could take a flying leap for all they cared.

Save yourself some grief and drive the extra distance to a different Dodge dealer if you must visit Dodge. I would not recommend this one for anyone.

I was looking for a used Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate. I went to the website and found just what I was looking for, at a great price. I jumped up and down and clicked my heels together and headed over there from Winter Haven. When I got there, I walked into the dealership and told the sales person that I wanted to look at this car. It was a 2018 one with only 7,000+ miles on it. She looked at her computer and said, "It's not here, it's at another dealership". She then invited me behind where she was sitting to take a look. Here was the picture of it, with "Lakeland Dodge" across the top of the picture. I then asked her where it was and she told me that the owner owned over 15 other dealerships in the South. After looking at some pictures, we found a pic of the back door and it had "Stone Mountain, Ga." This crazy thing is in Georgia!! I was so mad!! Why list a car on a site that is over 500 miles from where the actual car is located? Ridiculous!

We had a recall on a specific part of our Jeep. We contacted this dealership for service and they told us that we'd need to bring the car in so they could see what part they needed. With the model of the car that should be something pretty easy to figure out without us bringing it in. My husband took in my Jeep and they put him in the waiting area. 4 HOURS LATER he went to check on the status of them fixing it and they told him that they lost the paperwork, they didn't have the part and thanked him for letting them know he was STILL THERE!!!!!!! They told him that they would need to order the part and have us come back. We went back and they spent another hour and a half replacing the part, but came back with a list of items that were wrong with the Jeep. Nothing had been wrong with the Jeep prior to this visit and then within the week after leaving the battery was killed and the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. Doesn't make any sense and the service we received was abysmal. I'll drive to Bartow before I ever have to deal with them again. What a nightmare!

Jorge Flores was an outstanding sales consultant. I told him what I wanted he work hard to get it for me. It didn t take long for Mr. Flores to give me an awesome deal for two cars. I was there looking for a car and with 1hr we made a deal. Mr. Flores threw in some extra package in the car deal. All the workers there were awesome and kind. Mr. Flores and even gave me and my child a drink while we were waiting for our cars to be clean and ready to drive off the lot. I enjoyed my time there. If you want a good sales consultant who s going to try to meet your needs then Mr. Flores is your man.

This place blows they kept us there for 3 and a 1/2 hours made a deal and we shook on it I signed the papers and they they said last minute they needed more money down and a trade in. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I KNOW.

Jason Doherty and and Tyler Whitmoyer were true professionals to work with in purchasing my 2019 Rubicon. I drove three hours from Marco Island, FL to buy this new Jeep. The dealers in Southwest FL are a real joke to try and buy a vehicle from. I HIGHLY recommend Lakeland CDJ.

We would never go back there again. After speaking with Amy Lee at length about an SUV they had just received on trade and being assured that it had in fact been fully inspected, detailed and was 100% ready to go we decided to drive the 80 miles over there to meet up with her and check it out - with the intent to buy it if all was good! Upon our arrival, Amy didn't bother to come out and meet us; opting instead to assign Randy to be our salesman. Overall, Randy was very unprofessional, wreaked of cigarette smoke and was the most unmotivated, useless salesperson we've ever met - his ID said he's been employed there since 2001!?! On top of that, the car was very dirty inside, it had a big burn hole in the leather drivers seat and there were a few missing and damaged trim/molding pieces - none of which were mentioned in their online ad or in my prior phone call with Amy Lee - NOT cool. Salesman Randy seemed to care less and that was the end of that. I guess if you ever want a good chuckle, head on over there and count their salesmen walking around aimlessly with department store sizing stickers still attached to their black slacks (we counted two). Otherwise, I'd strongly recommend going somewhere else as it proved to be a complete waste of time for us. ~GB

A lot of times you often here or read bout dealerships and how great they are. Well, this one actually merits up to the hype. I was referred by my relative April Waters whim is an employee and I m glad she did! I came in and knew exactly what I wanted. The Salesman Tyler was very helpful and helped me with an amazing price. I was in and out in under two hours. I will be a repeat customer for years to come!!! I m very happy!

NEVER TRADE IN A CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE! they will not pay your loan on time like they told you so! keep calling and calling after 50 days of purchase and they still have not payed for the past loan on the vehicle I turned in. I still have no answers if it will be payed! MY CREDIT IS HURT AND MY BANK TOOK MONEY to pay the late fee on my car payment and money from my account.

Every time you call, different people answer but nobody solves or PAYS the loan on a car they already have!

I never make reviews but people should be aware of the scheme they are doing!

Make sure if you are looking to purchase a vehicle you ask for Lacey she is amazing to work with. She has great energy and she isn t pushy to show you what you don t want. We told her specifically what we were looking for she found it for us and made the deal work with no money down. She is a great asset. Had emailed her back and forth previously six months ago for myself and she was super helpful over email and I made sure to contact her when we were looking to get my husband something.

Stay away. I hate writing these negative reviews because it really does take a lot for me to it But these guys have done nothing but lie and try to get me to give up on them fixing the situation. They literally lied up front about the tow package on my car and have not taken care of it. All they do is pass you around from person to person and eventually stop contacting you hoping that you will give up. I basically have given up at this point because they are such shysters. Go somewhere else because you can find the same vehicles anywhere else. Find someone you trust because I guarantee it's not these guys

We went to a few different car dealerships cause I didn t know what I wanted, they are hands down best dealership in Lakeland. Easy to work with, not pushy at all and very nice. Definitely will recommend to everyone! Christian was the salesman that helped us and he was awesome.

Was greeted with negative attitudes at the front desk. They laughed when I said I was positive I had an appointment (which I did end up having). Spent 3 hours of my day in the dealership without a loaner, and the light still wasn t fixed. Had to get a friend to pick me up and had to call and leave messages wondering when my car would be ready. It s ready 6 hours later after bad customer service. They could at least be kind and apologetic, but they weren t at all.

Had an appt for today, set on Tuesday, to get oil change and recall on emission canister. After waiting 2 hours with a 9am appt time, they tell me they dont have the recall part. I had to pay someone to stay with my son so I could get my car in for this. Wouldn't think a dealership of this size would have such a failure with inventory and planning.

I wouldn't recommend this dealer ship to anyone. horrible place.aftergoing back and forth with what my husband wanted.kyle got loud and rude with my husband.then we get a voicemail saying the car will be there between 4:30& 5:00 ,we get there and sit ,no car.they say it will be here Wednesday and you can pick up friday.needless to say it wasn't.we were lied to over and over.waste of gas and time.was told the car lot in Orlando was vandilized and they believe ours was one of them.in the end we really didn't get what we wanted.they want to push what they want to give ya.they definitely need management classes. I truly don't recommend this dealership.

Dropped my Jeep off for recall nobody seemed to know about the recall at your facility, thankfully I brought the letter with me. I asked if they could please wear gloves when servicing my vehicle and told him there was a box in the Jeep, he said they have gloves back there and I replied very disturbing that your not wearing any then! Did not feel that you had measures in place to protect your clientele.

I had the unpleasant event of my "check engine" light coming on while driving. But I had the very pleasant experience of working with Jacob Chaparro. Being highly customer-focused, he was able to resolve my dilemma (engine defect), provide me with alternate transportation and solve my problem with very little interruption to my daily life. We are from MI on vacation and they wouldn't give him the time of day...really leave it for a couple days he says...we can't even check the tranny fluid because its a dealer thing. Asked for a manger today and was told thats not possible so I guess this dealer does not care about my family's. safety just won't to make money I guess I'll have to miss work a few hours to get anything done

I went to Lakeland because they had a Jeep Wrangler I was interested in. The whole experience was relaxed. Jared was great and attentive helped make the process as smooth as possible for me. I commuted all the way from Miami and will definitely recommend Lakeland to friends and family. Thank you Lakeland, for making my experience a great one.

Called about a car that I saw for sale on CarGurus. Good news, cars for sale... Little overpriced but reasonable. So I was gonna make the drive from Tampa but decided after reading some really bad reviews about all their "hidden fees", I thought I'd ask about it. Yup... 1000.00 DEALER FEE!!! ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?! That is one of the most unethical and slimy things I've ever heard from a dealership. AND to even make it worse, they add ANOTHER huge "reconditioning fee". Pathetic. Only reason they get 1 star is that at least the girl on the phone was honest about the fees. Unreal.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Victor Brewton from the Internet sales Dept. was extremely helpful, courteous and down to earth. He makes his job about helping you get what you want. I highly recommend Lakeland Dodge, great people, great selections new, or slightly used. I'll definitely return there for another car or truck when needed.

Purchased vehicle 7/13. Temporary tag expires 8/11. Still have not received registration, tag, or title as of 8/9. Very poor customer service. They do not return phone calls. Would recommend a different place if you value your time, and don't want to have to contact Dealer Compliance and the Polk County Tax Collector to get the tag and title transferred.

Update 8/14: Tag was mailed on 8/10 after Polk County Tax Collector contacted Dealer Compliance in Tampa, where I had to send Form 84901, which is a Complaint Affidavit for the Florida DMV. If anyone has a serious problem with this dealership (such as receiving the tag or title), you will need to fill out Form 84901, which is available on the internet, and fax it to the Florida DMV in Tampa, and then contact the Polk County Tax Collector. If you only have a minor complaint about service, etc, then just stick to the Google review.

Not the place I would recommend. Especially for military members when considering a big vehicle. My journey started with a casual visit. I then returned later with a trade for appraisal. (44miles each way). I called ahead and the sales manager Josh was aware of my arrival. I explained that i was on a unflexible schedule and needed to be exiting the dealership in 2 hours. Instead, i sat there for over an hour as he strolled pass me several times. After inquiring about my vehicles whereabouts I was informed that it was completed.

There was a major fault in communication. I was specially promised rebates and discounts that disappeared when it came to my final sale. I was told that my vehicle would arrive th next day, instead it was four days later while i was driving back and forth (44miles) for a status. I wasnt even aware that my trade in was accepted and informed of an offer until my phone pinged and it was a notification that my credit waa being ran. All the sales manager did was apologize.

Last. At the end, the general manager stepped on and told me that he has a vehicle. It arrived 1 1/2 day late and what do you know!!!!! Instead of having 11miles, it was 206 mikes because he failed in inform me when he kept saying that he was sendinc his drivers that my wrangler was being driven 3 1/2 hours. I felt used. After I expressed how upset I was, the general manager, Rich told me that he isnf doing anything besides offering me gas money for driving to the dealership. If my credit wasnt ran, i promise you i would have walked right out of the dealership. I was accompanied by my relatives from Canada and they were in utter shock of what they had noticed.

All in all, I wanted to give credit to my Jorge, the sales agent that tried his best to ensure that I was happy when i left. However, it wasnt the case.

Not the type of place of would recommend anyone to conduct business.

An unpleasant experience with this dealer, I went to buy a vehicle after almost a month of having it on my property, if I do not call to ask for the temporary tablet, I do not know that the credit had been denied. They lied in the information they presented to the bank about my income. Without wanting to continue doing business with them, they renegotiated the vehicle as long as I did not return it and because of the fear of damaging my credit, I stayed with it. A month ago almost and I still do not receive the hard board, it has not arrived nor a temporary one, the one that has the vehicle has expired. call the person who financed my car in the store and does not even answer the calls. I live in Orlando so the work schedules are complicated to drive an hour and when it is work of it send the tablet as one will pay for everything. Be very careful they are not honest, they just try to sell. An unpleasant experience to never return to this store.

Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff that did not push you or used any gimmicks to make a sale (as the guys at Regal Chevy) and were working with you on your trade-in and price (unlike Lakeland Automall). Great finance options and overall a smooth process. Overall not the best inventory variety for the specific make and models I was interested in, but the one I wanted was there at a much better value (price:quality) than anywhere else in Lakeland/Bartow area.

I love the excellent service I received today at Lakeland, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, beginning with Amy Lee who I spoke with a couple of days ago and today Mr. Bill Lawrence aka ( Boss Hog). Mr. Lawrence showed great customer service from the time I walked in the door. I was amazed and excited all at once, because I knew God put these wonderful people in my life who just made my day. I had been having a really rough week with all of the car trouble and trying to get back and forth to work and get my children to school. Mr. Lawrence showed me a different side. He also helped me to find an affordable and compatible vehicle for my family and I. If you are someone who doesn't take much time praying, try it just once and ask God to put someone in your life like Mr. Lawrence. He is just awesome. Thank you Mr. Lawrence and the company you work with.

I just bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from there and my experience was great! My sales person Josh helped me get to a comfortable payment plan. I requested to keep my tires on my previous jeep and they put them on for me and even gave me a tire cover for free! Debbie and Gary in service were super nice as well. I definitely suggest going to Lakeland dodge Chrysler Jeep for a new vehicle!

We went to have a diagnostic test done to see what s causing the oil to disappear from our car. It would ve been very helpful to know when making the appointment, that it was going to take 3 plus hours. And then to not even have the diagnostic test done, was just frustrating. They did not even bring our car around when finished, when they had brought every single persons car around when their car was finished. Beyond disappointed. We always seem to have problems with this establishment and it only gets worse every time we go. The only reason why we went back this time, was to get the diagnostic test done for Chrysler.

We had an appointment with Lacey Palmer to look at a Charger we saw online, and she had it pulled up and ready to look at when we arrived at LCDJ. The manager Tom and Lacey worked together to get the car at the monthly payment we wanted and the whole process was smooth and stressless. In less than 4 hours we were on the road. My wife is happy and I'm happy and thanks to Lacey and the team for a getting us in the car we wanted and keeping my family entertained and comfortable!

Very bad experience, the sales person Cristian was excellent but the service is terrible ... I had to install the cover in my truck, they told me to wait at the most an hour and a half, three hours later when I came to pick up my car the work had not yet begun ... it's been four hours and I'm still I'm waiting for my car... This is a disrespect to customers ...
I'm in my last week of pregnancy and I do not want to have all this stress, Dodge's service just does not care about their customers !!!

They have always been fine on repairs with me but have forgotten at least 3 times to adjust my tire pressures when rotating my tires. I can do my own but everyone else cannot. That's a quality control issue and an annoyance. Otherwise a 5 so far.

I took my new Jeep in for it s first oil change and it needed the hood checked. I left and two hours later called to check on it. The rep said they hadn t looked at it yet. Two hours later I got a call that someone backed into my new Jeep. This new dealership is not big enough for the volume of vehicles they have and service. They parked my car in the middle of the service lane when they were finished with the oil change. Probably because there were no parking spots available. Funny, not funny I was worried about it getting scratched when I left it because of the volume of vehicles parked haphazardly. The oil did get changed. They did not fix the hood and suggested I take it to their auto body shop to have it adjusted. The auto body shop is apparently in a different location and I need to first call for a look at it. Then I should be able to make another appointment for the hood.?!? This is going to be another full time job I don t have time for. On a lighter note they didn t charge me for the oil change...this time. Gee thanks.

Came to trade in my Charger for a new car, the shopping experience was great until it came time to run the numbers. All the sudden, they wanted me to put a down payment equal to the payoff on my car (Never told me what they were offering me for my trade.)and they tell me my credit score is at least 50 points lower than my lowest score (I monitor it regularly, with all the bureaus. Checked it right before. Bought cars before with lower and NO money down.) Very disappointed. Then they were calling saying they can work a deal, and I should come back only after a few days, nothing had changed but now they can work a deal? I was told I they were going to talk to the managers, and contact me back..... month later NOTHING! NOT a single word from them, plus I received a letter of approval for financing from a bank. Looks like I'll be finding a new dealership for service and a new car.
