A complete nightmare. I have take my vehicle to this Lake norman dealership twice in the last six months for an electrical problem and all they want to do is to continue charging me first 132.00 last july for a diagnostic, but admitted they could find nothing wrong! Now they have had my vehicle5 days now and want me to pay 203.00 for a new battery to replace THE SIX MONTH OLD BATTERY FOR 203.00! My brother is driiving here tomorrow to help me get yet another new battery. MY RATING IS ZERO STARS BUT HAD TO PUT IN JUST ONE STAR.
