This was the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever been a part of. Tony was so kind and knowledgeable, he made it so simple for me. I was buying without my husband and they didn t try and cheat me or try and add anything extra. I had done my research on the car and interest rates and they exceeded my expectations! I would recommend both Tony s (salesman and finance) to anyone that will listen!

I've been a customer of this dealership for about 15yrs, purchased one vehicle from them and had four vehicles serviced there - probably $40,000-$50,000 of business we've done there.

I went up in May 2019 as I was in the market for a new car and already had a check ready to write for a car.
The sales rep took awhile to find me in the system, walked me out on the lot to look at a few cars, we couldn't get inside any of them.

I spent the time driving up there, then providing the specific details of vehicle I was interested in, including make/model/mileage/features. It has been a month and I've been shopping elsewhere, but I haven't heard anything from Lake Norman regarding any of the vehicle specs I provided or even a follow-up. Surprising from the dealership where I have done the most business in this area.

Parks Chevrolet down the road has reached out to me twice in 5 wks to check in and confirm they are still keeping an eye out for vehicles to sell me. I haven't spent a dime with them yet - but they are earning my business...which may turn me away from being a Jeep owner for 25yrs.

Service is good at Lake Norman...always been informative and helpful and the reps remember me and my cars there once they look them up. This is the most expensive service garage I use - mostly for issues that can only be handled at the dealer. IE: My last expense was replacement of a radio/dvd/gps in the 2015 vehicle I purchased there that went bad - I think we paid about $800 for a refurbished one.
The car service getting you to and from the dealer during repairs there is great though! Polite, quick and accurate.

When we purchased our new 2015 vehicle, we did experience some pressure in the sales and a couple surprises that weren't mentioned until we were at the dealership for over 2hrs and back in the 'boiler room'. We were passed around between three different reps(sales/finance) where we had to catch them up on where we were in the process which wore us down. My wife had to walk away and return during some of the process.

Our 2015 is a quality vehicle, but not as happy driving away from the sales experience as we were with our 2003 Caravan from Expressway Dodge that we had replaced. I'll probably go back to look for deals since they are nearby...but always a little cautious because of the some experiences above.

Not the first time, I should have learned my lesson after having waited weeks for them to sort out the transmission problem on my new 2017 Ram 1500. However, I still purchased a 2019 Wrangler in March only to find it's a product of a recall. On calling on Aug. 22nd I was told they had not received the allocation of parts yet and to call back in a few weeks.
I called again on Oct. 1st only to be told the parts needed to be ordered and would likely take several weeks, it's now been 2 weeks and still no closer to getting the parts. In desperation I called Chrysler FCA dept they were about as much use as a chocolate teapot. They said the parts are ordered by VIN # and that they would call when available. It's over 6 weeks since my first call and no sign of when I'm likely to have this defect corrected. Time to change brand and the sooner the better.

Easiest car buying experience ever. My wife and I were looking for a car for her. We went in and met with Carey, he was very straight forward with us, listened to what we wanted and helped us find a car that she LOVES. It was a very easy process, not a lot of haggling over price and we left with a great new car. When it is time for me to get a car for me, I will definitely be back.

I was looking to trade in my 2005 Chrysler 300C with almost 200k miles on a 2011 pre-owned 300C. I really liked the new body style and I had been scouting for just the right one for weeks. I was headed to VA to buy one on Friday, but on Wednesday I just happened to see a low mileage 300C like I wanted had just been list by LNCJD and didnt even have any pictures up yet. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Mark Mosayebi and headed up that morning. When I got there I found out it didnt have some of the options I was looking for, mostly the interior color.

I told Mark thanks, but I drive 30k miles a year for work and I was very picky about what I wanted and I had pretty much found it in VA just trying to save the trip.

He quickly suggested I look at some of the new closeouts they have on special. I told him there was no way they could get close to where I needed to be with a brand new 300C! He said give me 10 minutes and let me try.

In 10 minutes he brought out a piece of paper with a number I could not believe. I was able to get a brand new 300C for within a fraction of what the 2011 used ones are going for. I went and checked it out and it was everything I wanted from top to bottom.

From that point on Mark made the buying process a breeze. Of all the care dealers I have ever dealt with, Mark and the whole staff at LNCJD made it easy to buy my new ride.

I am a glad to be a member of the family now!

I bought JEEP in this dealer last week. Maggie Crarrian and Christian Bartolotta gave me a lot of help. They are so nice and very helpful. I called them later for other questions and they are very panient.
The envioronment of the sale center is so good.

Just returned from buying our second car in a week...

Just returned from buying our second car in a week from this dealership. Our first purchase last week was a Jeep Wrangler, something we had been researching and deciding on for months. We decided to take the leap last week. I spent about 4 days exchanging emails and then phone calls with Mark Mosayebi to arrive at a price. We went into the dealership last Saturday and were done with everything in less than an hour. Mark had the car and most paperwork ready and it was the best experience we've had at a dealership in 20+ years of buying cars.

it went so well that we decided to trade in a leased Honda Pilot that was in an equity position. We had also been thinking about this, but weren't in any rush. We had actually visited Hendrick Honda in Concord to look at options since we thought that might be a better deal. In the end, we had such a bad Sales experience, we decided to drop that idea and went back to Mark. We had also been considering a Grand Cherokee and decided to see what could be done. Within 2 hours we were done and out the door.

In the end, it's buying a car, and you're never going to feel like you got quite the deal you wished, but I will say for both vehicles the end result was reasonable and within the range we felt was comfortable and acceptable. I never felt like Mark was being deceptive, or trying to squeeze us for $10 more dollars a month. Unfortunately that was not the case with the Honda dealer. After more than 20 years of buying Hondas, we just became a Jeep family and are very happy with our choice.

Thanks to Mark and the finance team for a quick and respectful experience. When the time comes again, we'll be back for sure.

Update 3: 12/16/19 Service Director reached out to us, I am working with them to get issues resolved. Went out of his way to help me out and was very apologetic. Got my front end issues fixed. Thanks for v reaching it to far resolved

Update 2: 12/12/19 business lost forever. We've periodically gone here for oil changes, we even bought a 2nd car from them. However, when it was time for a factory recall work to be done, we chose them because they were close to work.

We had the recall done, we had Factory OEM tires installed, a front end alignment and electrical "work" done. We got a loaner vehicle because of the recall work.

They had it roughly 2 days, and when I went to pick it up, we got charged $70 for "electrical inspection and repair" we were being done a favor, because it normally is $140.

I didn't actually inspect it as I didn't expect a reputable dealership to be fraudulent, but shame on me. They used a table screw to help the negative battery post tight down more. - the screen is between the post and the battery terminal tie down.

If things couldn't get worse, our front end alignment was screwed up. Going straight the steering wheel is turned about 15-20 degrees to the left, and on full right turn the tire rubs.

I called that day or the next, and their next appointment that week didn't work for me. I asked if I had to call back in a certain time and they said no, they would fix it whenever.

Work and holidays get in the way, and I finally find some time. I call to get in, I need to blindly drop the vehicle off for them to see if it's even needed to be re aligned.i ask for a loaner vehicle, because I can't do that, and they are fixing their screw up after all. I get told they need to talk to the supervisor and they will call me back. When I get back on the phone with them, they won't work with me on a loaner, when I express my frustrations politely and I get told "I'm getting my supervisor and get placed on hold" not a offer, but a demand.

The supervisor gives me the same run around, I get annoyed but stay polite and simply ask my wife if she just wants to go else where. My wife takes the phone to talk to the Supervisor and she just talks over her over and over. They won't give us any time frame for how long they would have it. Eventually she tells her that we are being charged, that as soon as we drive off the lot it's no longer warrantied. "We don't know if you hit a pot hole and screwed it up"

So Good Job Lake Norman Chrysler Doge Jeep Ram, you lost a 2 time car buyers family.

Update: we've had the jeep 2 years now and still loving it!!

Me and my wife delt with Jay Tarlowe. Excellent sales men, very friendly and helpful. Even after the sale.

Owned our 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sahara for 2 months. Runs great, so much fun! Will come here again.

If I could give a zero star, I would. This is one of the worst dealership's I've ever experienced. I made the mistake of buying here and hopeful you won't. If you are considering, don't buy their warranty service. The service department is horrible and then you will discover your warranty did cover what you signed up for. This place is a total scam! This dealership won't help you out with claims, respond to emails or calls, they'll make you deal with the warranty company. I HIGHLY encourage to NEVER buy here!

I've bought and visited many different dealerships...

I've bought and visited many different dealerships over the years. Have been looking on and off for a while this time around and am so happy that we checked out this place! I bought my car from Tim Lewis a few weeks ago, and the process was perfect. No one was pushy in the slightest. I never felt like I was only money to anyone here. They worked to get me the deal I wanted and the car I wanted. They were honest about the differences in options, why some were priced higher, if that would be value to me, etc.
I am at the dealership now as I write this, in their waiting area with my toddler while they do a few small tweaks we talked about at the time of purchase since the car I bought is used. The waiting area is great, keeping my little on occupied, everyone I come into contact with seems happy to be here - employees and customers! They have a nice snack area, wifi is great, restrooms are clean.

Overall, I felt obligated to write a review - not by them but because when someone really does something good, it should be acknowledged. I went to another mega dealership last year and at first I thought it was great but when it came time to deal it was a mess. Nothing was as "promised". I saw a vehicle that fit my wants on their lot again and skipped right over it, I didn't want that headache again.

This place has the feel of a family, and I am as welcome as I am at family's houses, and just as comfortable. They are a good size dealership, but with the options, amenities, and service they offer, they seem to be the perfect size.

I have definitely found a dealership I will come back to when the need arises again.

Had to come back to change my review as things have changed since last posted. I would not recommend buying from this dealership. They make the buying process very easy conveniently enough. Besides that everything else is 1 star quality. Customer service is practically non existent. You'll be able to contact the front desk but none of the people that you'll actually need to talk to. If they say they'll call you back I wouldn't get your hopes up. Just be ready to call again the next day where you'll still not be able to get through to the person you need to talk to. If you call and they ask you to leave a voicemail don't waste your time because you wont be receiving a call back. Very disappointing with everything after the buying process. If you decide to buy from here good luck I hope you don't run into any problems where you need to talk to someone.

I purchased a used truck and the sales staff was fair and reasonable. After my vehicle was due for a service, I noticed a NAPA brand oil filter was on the vehicle. I called the service department and explained my findings. I was informed that the used vehicle department uses other filters instead of MOPAR GENUINE PARTS. Then they called me back and wanted to service my vehicle for Free.. My assumption is that the technician DID NOT change the filter because it is hard to get to it. I will never step foot on the grounds of the service department, but I will purchase more vehicles from the sales department for now. A COMPANY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE EMPLOYEES!!!

So I bought a vehicle from them about 3 weeks ago. Not only was I bounced around to different sales reps but after 3 weeks of having the vehicle my BCM went ou . The BCM is under warranty however, I was only given one key with the vehicle (need two to program a new BCM). I called for days attempting to reach a manager and finally got a Terry, I think. After explaining my dilemma I was greeted with "we're not paying for a new key, we did nothing wrong" and then he hung up on me. Its sickening that a big dealership like them can't even cough up a couple hundred dollars to assist in fixing a car that I just bought from them!

Let me start by saying that before going to Lake Norman Jeep/Dodge....I would rather poke my eyes out then shop for cars at a dealership. Now after coming here...... Absolute best car shopping/buying experience I have ever been part of.

Paul Presta was our sales guy and he was amazing. Got us the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted with no sales pitch or all the back and forth. Easy transaction with friendly smiles and caring employees. Even the receptionist came over to thank us for buying a Jeep! Who else does that?!? No one!!!!

If you are looking for a good car shopping experience and a great price on a car, make sure to stop by and see Paul... he will take great care of you!

We tend to shy away from dealerships because of their pushy sales techniques but Mark did not pressure us at all and just felt like a friend helping us pick the right vehicle for our exact needs. Went to the "express" service lane where you know they promote fast service well that's not what I got actually the oil change took almost 2 hours! I would have been better off scheduling an appointment and leaving the car. Other than that they "washed" the car but it was just wet and dirty not even clean. Customer service was ok. If I'm going to the dealership and spending all this money I expect better.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT HAVE TONY REID TAKE CARE YOU OR HELP SELL YOU A CAR!!!! My husband had just recently got a car from them a month ago but in the process we told Mr. Tony to not recheck our credit being that we already had Capital One give us all the info to give to them and he said no problem. Then he asked what was my ssn and I asked why would you need that for and he stated it was just to have in the system and to make sure everything match that we gave capital on but not to check any of our credit so we said ok. Next thing I know he goes to the back and check both me and my husband credit and I started getting all types of emails and he stated he wanted to get us a lower apr but we told him to NOT CHECK AND WE WAS GOING WITH CAPITAL ONE!!! So the next 3days we call trying to get dispute letters because now this is a HARD INQUIRY ON OUR CREDIT and they stated they won't being that we signed and we gave them the right. That snake lied to us about what he was doing and regardless we was getting a car from there but its no need to mess up our credit for you to get a bonus. Now we have to wait two years for it to come off NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I love my Ram and had a great experience while purchasing. We also had a great experience dealing with the service dept until my last. So much so that we would gladly drive over 1 1/2 hrs to deal with them because of their customer service. Unfortunately, our last experience was our last. The service rep who took our call patronized us while saying the same thing over and over, which made me realize an extended warranty is a joke. We are now looking for new vehicles, and before our last experience we probably would have purchased with them, but now we will never go near this dealership again.

He explained the difference in features of each and ultimately helped me make a decision of which was the best fit for me. I was in and out hassle free. I appreciate the excellent customer service this dealership has provided twice now (I bought my first Jeep from here in 2016). Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.
The lifetime program is a sham.
Have to jump thru hoops to get approval for something advisors say you need.
I had to arrange for my father and i to get a set of new tires from their "tires for life" program. We were told then that the price would be around $210-$220 for both cars. Mind you, these are the same brand and size tires for each vehicle. My father received his new tires last week for $228. I thought ok that's the amount i will be paying as well. Today, I received my new set and went to pay for them and was charged a different pay of $377.64. Almost $400. This service associate the one of told me that I will be paying around $210-228, started talking about how my tires cost more than my father's and we really have a allowance of $600. I have to pay for the overage, along with balance of tires. I'm so pissed. Had to pay for them but will never give them my business ever again. Their rating in my book is a negative 10(-10). Terrible company.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! We took a Jeep there for a Service Bulliton , and the Call center called requesting a Transmission flush ???? The Vehicle stalled while driving at speed Huge Class Action lawsuit on this same issue , and THIS Dealer wont even look at it! Im Taking this Jeep to Hendrick Jeep in Concord another 30 minutes futher, But like last time the Have it sceduled for the requested service ,Familiar with the problem and will be serviced accordingly .... BUYER BEWARE of this Shop HORRIBLE !!!

I love my Jeep and I love Lake Norman Chrysler and their service center! Andrew, especially, he has helped me on several occasions, he must work a lot as he always seems to be there when I visit the service center. My recent visit was not just for an oil change, but to have a tire replaced due to a nail puncture. I dropped it off and picked it up just a little while later and they washed my jeep without me having to ask. :)

Andrew really goes over and beyond in making sure the customers are satisfied and leave with a smile on their face. I feel he genuinely cares and the dealership is lucky to have such a positive representative for their service department.

Made a 10 AM appointment to have my sunroof looked...

Made a 10 AM appointment to have my sunroof looked at. At 2:45 (after I called twice) I finally received word that my issue couldn't be fixed. I was told it would be 4K to replace and that was my only option. $165 and a wasted Saturday to get nowhere with the "dealer" service center.
Also, the level of service is cold and unprofessional. They treat you like a number, not a person.

As posted by several other reviewers, this place is nothing but a run around. My son and I stopped in on 2/16/19 and ended up working with Mike. The only reason I gave LKN CJDR two stars and not one is because Mike really was a good guy and a pleasure to work with. After the test drive, we sat down with Mike and his sales manager. They had taken my trade vehicle for a ride as we were on our test drive so the sales manager had the figures in hand when he came over. The trade came in at $16,000 in writing. Unfortunately, the Jeep we looked at came in a little more than I wanted to spend, so we parted company and went on our way. Two days later I start getting a borage of emails about other Wranglers they have available so the process starts all over again, but this time, when the numbers start rolling, they say my trade is only worth $15,000...and now we have a new salesman too. I repeatedly try to correct this with him but he refuses to listen or ask the others that were involved in our initial visit. Fine. So I asked the new salesman to send me a breakdown of the numbers on the new vehicle with taxes, tag, prep, etc. with the trade and the number comes back with an extra nearly $500 on it from his breakdown and the trade worth $1,000 less than a week ago. Yes, I have all of this via email in writing. Bottom line, it doesn t matter. They won t honor or stand behind their figures.

I was in the market for a Kia SUV, I had looked at previous places, but couldn t find anything quite right. When I was introduced to Donnie, I told him exactly what I was looking for: color, price range, and must haves and he found me the perfect black Kia Sportage! The process was easy, fast, and with the last touches added by Tim, I was able to drive off in my new car! Their customer service was fantastic, And their willingness to work with my needs was great! I ve been thinking about getting a Jeep Wrangler for a few years. Time came to get one and we checked out a few other dealers but got our 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara JL at Lake Norman Dodge / Jeep. It s actually the fourth vehicle we got there.

Jim and I went to 20 plus Jeep dealerships in the last 4 weeks.. Jim found this dealership 3.5 hours from our house.. I got on the phone and spoke with Eric Peters and let me tell you he was the best salesman to work with.. Eric took the time to listen and help us.. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone and I m sure the other guys and gals are great to but Eric is awesome.. I just can t say enough about Eric and Josh. Josh was awesome too.. We were in and out in no time.. The drive is well worth dealing with such wonderful people and the prices are so much better.. Eric and Josh thank you both so much for all the help, A lifetime customer..

Just the best service anywhere I've ever been. Nice employees. It was a painful wait as a working mom to ever get anything done on any of my cars before we started coming here for all of our service. Prices are as good as their service. Now car maintenance is a pleasant experience.

I had been looking for a Ram 1500 for several week...

I had been looking for a Ram 1500 for several weeks in and around my home in Columbia, SC. I usually hate the car buying experience and my local dealerships definitely didn't disappoint. They provided me with the same level of price gouging, condescension, silly sales tactics, and general tomfoolery that i had come to expect. I'd like to think that I don't look especially dumb, but apparently I transform as soon as i cross the threshold of a dealership's doors. After several weeks of therapy, ten cases of beer, and few hundred milligrams of Thorazine, I was able to put the frustration and disappointment of trying to drive away in a sweet piece of 395hp American engineering behind me. Seriously, you would rather tap dance with the devil on a bed of hot coals in hell than try to buy a Ram product in the Columbia metro area. Tragedy however, was to be averted. I asked my mom if she would look around some of her local NC dealerships for a place where where the staff enjoyed selling trucks more than they did watching a customer's soul die. She found Mark Mosayebi at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Before i'd even spoken to this guy he had offered exactly what i wanted for my 2011 Explorer and set up a righteous deal on a 2014 Ram 1500 Longhorn 4x4... Whaaaaaat?...When I show up at the dealership to do the deal, I'm still a little apprehensive. I walk inside and this dealership looks like some kind of automotive pleasure palace. Dude...They have a cafe inside of the dealership. I was a smoking hot barista away from a massive coronary. Mark was great in person and despite the fact that he had waited an hour for me to get there after he had already gotten off of work, he took the time to go over all of the trucks features in detail. He also informed me that as long as I have my vehicle serviced by their dealerships, they will keep tires on my vehicle and provide me with roadside assistance and courtesy vehicles for the life of my truck. I'm not sure, but he might actually BE the saint that bears his name. I also have to give props to the finance manager, Cory James. No lie, this is the first time that i haven't secretly wanted to scoop slam the finance guy...I even bought an extended warranty. This was truly a day of firsts. I may even name my next child after these guys...Markory has a nice ring to it. Assuming that my Ram isn't a lemon, I will definitely go back to these guys for my next truck. If you just bought a Ram at another dealership, you screwed up. If you are planning to buy one and don't check these guys out, you may need a psych eval.

My experience at Lake Norman CJD was very smooth and I drove a new car home! The staff was very friendly; they helped in every way they could to lower my monthly payment to what I wanted it to be. They were much nicer to deal with than any of the local dealerships, if I need a new car I'm the future, I'm probably going to make the 3 hour drive to Charlotte just to work with them again.

The van I purchased could have been better. There was decal adhesive left on the vehicle from the previous owner's advertising. The parking brake was non functional. There were attempts to pressure me into an extended warranty. Overall the experience was not bad but could have been better with minimal effort.

Not at all happy with my experience. Brought my truck in this morning for a recall repair. My appointment was at 10:30am, truck was taken back around 11am. it s now 2pm and I found out that my truck was only taken to be worked on 30 minutes ago, so I m having to miss work because of an appointment that was supposed to be at 10:30. Beyond annoyed with this.

Super smooth, easy, buying experience! Nate York handled my affairs and he was an excellent professional to deal with. All the people at this dealership I interacted with were just great. I bought a Jeep Wrangler Hard Rock and ordered it new. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy everything went and Nate had the best attitude in the world. He was super knowledgeable about Jeeps (being a Jeep owner himself) and steered me the right way in the ordering process. I can't thank him enough for my experience.

Due to the Covid-19 I did not want to drive an hour to look at
a vehicle that I only had interest for fun. The size of the interior was
a deal breaker. So I contacted a local dealer and ask if they would
bring one to my office. We had a discussion regarding color etc. and
it did not work out. Later in the morning Stephanie Diaz did a follow up call
and I shared my concern with the size of the interior. She took the time
to make me a personal video. I immediately headed to Lake Norman
Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and bought a fun car a new Wrangler Sport.
Great job Stephanie you hit a home run.

We Have bought 2 new vehicles from Lake Norman Chrysler and we absolutely love this dealership! Our first was a new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the second was a 2013 Dodge Dart. Our first experience was with Randy Lorelike and he was fabulous! He took the time to go over everything on our Jeep. Then, I had a friend who was looking for a new Compass and we was there having service that's when we meet Craig Shane in the showroom. I told him what my friend was looking for and he found what she was looking for on the lot brought it up front let me take pictures of the jeep and when I sent them to her she come the next day and bought it. When we decided to buy another vehicle we were actually looking for a used car that would be good on gas. We went to see Craig Shane and we test drove a used accord, but then we asked about a used dart on the lot, and he recommended we look at a new one so we would get all the benefits. We test drove one and we loved it and bought it. The staff at this dealership is fabulous. They remember their customers and they take care of their customers before, during, and after the sale. This is why we drive so far (1 1/2 hrs.) and will never go anywhere else again. We really are customers for life. We Love Lake Norman Chrysler! Go see Craig Shane Or Randy Lorelike! You will be a customer for life too!

We drove over 2 1/2 hours and purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango. The purchase was easy and nice, but less than a month (obviously the 500 miles were up from distance we live), the front headlight went out and the back light bar went out. Took it to my local dealer since it was supposed to be under the "Certified Preowned Warranty" and supposedly had the "Certified Preowned Inspection". My service tech found the light to be a fire hazard with a burnt out light connector and the back light had water in it and sealant put on to show where they tried to cover up the fact of the light leaking and tried to deny the claim for both the headlight and back light through the warranty. My local dealership that ended up fixing my Durango gave me the front headlight due to Chrysler refusing to warranty it. They tried to deny the warranty claim afterwards due to the back light having a water leak. I even had to pay a deductible on a vehicle before the 1st payment was ever due. The trim had been broke and super glued back and some of the pegs to hold the back trim when the tech at my dealership went to fix it. I was standing there to witness that it came off broke from where I bought the car from Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I will NEVER buy another vehicle there due to how I was treated and tricked on this vehicle. Now I have a vehicle with broke trim that was glued in the beginning and them not being honest about any of it.

I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Lake Norman CDJR and not only do I absolutely love, love, love my Jeep I really enjoyed purchasing a vehicle from them. We actually started the purchase process from out of state as they had the vehicle we wanted. Willie Brown was our sales person and he had the vehicle pulled upfront, clean and ready to go. Everyone we dealt with was warm and friendly, just great people. The purchase was exactly as we had negotiated and Tony in finance did a great job going over our options and got us a great finance rate. I will absolutely purchase another vehicle from this dealership!

If I could give this dealership negative stars I w...

If I could give this dealership negative stars I would. I have had a couple negative encounters with them over the last year. This last one really did it for me. The false advertisement and the false information I received by text from a salesman at the dealership only to call and text for several days like I was instructed to do with no return call not a single time. I also made a trip down there 30 + miles between the time I was instructed to by the salesman to find out once I was there that the person I needed to speak with was not there (reminder I was told he would be there). Also I was informed that he would call me the following day (Guess what never happened). To this day no one has followed up with me which has now been 2 weeks. All I asked for was for someone to respond. I also called and asked to speak with a manager of course I was sent to a voicemail. So I left a message and guess what NO RETURN CALL. Obviously they do not care about their customers.
