Just returned from buying our second car in a week...

Just returned from buying our second car in a week from this dealership. Our first purchase last week was a Jeep Wrangler, something we had been researching and deciding on for months. We decided to take the leap last week. I spent about 4 days exchanging emails and then phone calls with Mark Mosayebi to arrive at a price. We went into the dealership last Saturday and were done with everything in less than an hour. Mark had the car and most paperwork ready and it was the best experience we've had at a dealership in 20+ years of buying cars.

it went so well that we decided to trade in a leased Honda Pilot that was in an equity position. We had also been thinking about this, but weren't in any rush. We had actually visited Hendrick Honda in Concord to look at options since we thought that might be a better deal. In the end, we had such a bad Sales experience, we decided to drop that idea and went back to Mark. We had also been considering a Grand Cherokee and decided to see what could be done. Within 2 hours we were done and out the door.

In the end, it's buying a car, and you're never going to feel like you got quite the deal you wished, but I will say for both vehicles the end result was reasonable and within the range we felt was comfortable and acceptable. I never felt like Mark was being deceptive, or trying to squeeze us for $10 more dollars a month. Unfortunately that was not the case with the Honda dealer. After more than 20 years of buying Hondas, we just became a Jeep family and are very happy with our choice.

Thanks to Mark and the finance team for a quick and respectful experience. When the time comes again, we'll be back for sure.
