So I bought a vehicle from them about 3 weeks ago. Not only was I bounced around to different sales reps but after 3 weeks of having the vehicle my BCM went ou . The BCM is under warranty however, I was only given one key with the vehicle (need two to program a new BCM). I called for days attempting to reach a manager and finally got a Terry, I think. After explaining my dilemma I was greeted with "we're not paying for a new key, we did nothing wrong" and then he hung up on me. Its sickening that a big dealership like them can't even cough up a couple hundred dollars to assist in fixing a car that I just bought from them!
