When I initially signed up for storage at Beyond Storage I thought it would be a slightly less than pleasant experience because moving is never fun. Then I met Michelle. Michelle is one of the nicest, most efficient, loveliest people I have ever met. She immediately went out of her way to help me and provide me a full array of options to suit my needs. Her work was impeccable, she anticipated my needs and she made my life so much easier. Not only this, but she was so sweet and helpful with my movers and the realtors I was working with. Beyond Storage went from a place that I never wanted to visit to a place I felt at home and supported. She is the best employee I have encountered in any industry, she goes above and beyond in every situation no matter how small and y'all are so so lucky to have her. Words simply cannot do her justice! I will recommend Beyond Storage to everyone I know because of Michelle.
