The process of renting two units was fast and organized. The facility is clean and well managed. Their communication and friendliness is refreshing. They go above and beyond to help renters with their needs. For example, I forgot the keys to my lock and had a crew helping me move. Rather than spend an hour driving back home to retrieve the keys and paying my help for the delay, Michelle cut the lock off and 15 minutes later was loading in the unit. I would highly recommend this Beyond Self Storage for storage needs, I have been nothign but impressed by the exceptional staff.
