Some of the friendlier staff I met throughout my 53 skiing years in Europe or North America. Can't tell who staffs are and who is owner?! Slopes & Snow making managed properly - Alpine racing events throughout the season. No, not the Rockies but for what you can get around here it reminds me of the atmosphere of days long gone!

Easy mountain, very fun, great for beginners. There's wonderful instructors and their renting is good too boards are in good condition not sure about skis though. But over all a great mountain!

They have great lessons for beginners! The instructors are very helpful and patience. I definitely improve my snowboarding skills after the class. We came at the right time right after the snow storm. The snow was powdery enough that it didn't hurt as much when I fall.

This is the local mountain that our school ski club goes to, and I really love it for what it is. They have a great variety of types of trails, from winding, longer trails, to straighter steeper trails, to a full terrain park. Sometimes spots aren't the best maintained, but it's understandable with how bad the weather can be in upstate NY. The staff is really friendly and great, and overall it's a very homey mountain. The slightly more commercial brother to Song mountain, in my opinion.

Best hill around with Tog coming in a close second. Park needs to be up as soon as they can in the season and not be thought of as last thing to get going. Wilson Family did a great job and we will see if Peter can keep it up.

I've always enjoyed this mountain. Well groomed slopes. Friendly staff. But today was just by far the best skiing I've had all season. In many seasons actually. The slope conditions were perfect. Weather was great. Just absolutely so very satisfied with today's trip. Thanks LAB! You're the best

The trails were great and well groomed, despite the unexpected warm February weather. Staff was friendly and the lodge was warm and clean. The signage, however, was awful. The trails were not marked. The difficulty of trails shown on the map did not coordinate with the difficulty of the trail shown on what little signage was present.

Generally good skiing and trails, but false advertising on the website regarding how many chair lifts/trails were currently open, and which ones. Before my family and I came to ski/snowboard, I checked the ski report daily for a few days prior, including the night before, on the website, which indicated 2 chair lifts and 2 black diamond trails were open. When we arrived, only one chair lift was open, and only one diamond trail (Jacopi) was actually open. The other trail showed no signs at all of maintenance, despite the fact that the website indicated the trail was open each day starting several days earlier. Setting aside the misleading ski report on the website, the skiing and snowboarding itself were decent at this mountain.

Great family oriented mountain. They try hard to work with what the Northeast mother nature provides them. Good effort and our family always has fun here. The Kids Towne and ski instruction programs are affordable and well organized. The adult learn and ski program is less than the cost of a lift ticket, including equipment!

Not a particularly larger mountain. The prices seem high for the area. I've been going to this mountain my whole life and not much has changed here. The main Lodge has been updated a little. It's decent. The last run bar has a pretty good selection of beers on tap. Stop in for your last run or before!

Bought a seasons pass for 2018-19. Two mountains for the price of one but they seem to have staff for one mountain since some lifts never operate. I would rather just a fully operating Lab.

A small inviting Ski Lodge with easy to moderately difficult ski runs with two chair lifts. The T Bar lifts were not in service. The dining room includes A well-stocked bar many local beers and mixed drinks as well as vegan and vegetarian options on the menus.

A small mountain but its proximity to Syracuse makes it super convenient. Learned to ski here when I was little and have been going back every year since. The lodge is comfortable and the now that you can get a ski ticket for $25 if you are under the age of 25 the price is totally worth it. This is my favorite of the 3 mountains in this area due to the variety of trails and lifts.

Small local ski area. Caters mostly to skiers and to ski racers. Terrain park is low on the priorities here. The terrain is the most challenging of Togg, Song or Lab however, and I ride here mainly.

Small Mountain that's very family friendly, and is also quiet compared to many resorts so you don't have to experience overkill lines. Plus has the best restaurant at a mountain I've eaten at. They smoke all there meats and have a unique kind of menu with daily specials

Great mountain for families and beginner and intermediate skiers. Staff are friendly, and accommodating. The kids town instructors are great with the kids. My two kids loves this place. They always have so much fun. No lines and not crowded.

The owner Peter Harris is extremely rude and in need of some customer service review classes. Mr. Harris owns both Song and Labrador mountains. As advertised on website there is skiing on Friday nights. We arrived at Song for Friday night skiing to be told they were closed but we could go to Labrador. We drove the extra 15 minutes to Lab. I am a member of Onondaga Ski Club. I left my membership card at home but was able to provide him my card electronically off my phone. Then he asked for ID. He knew who I was as my family were members there for years. I did not have my license but I had credit card with my name on it the same name on my ski pass. He still denied my discount. But my credit card was good enough ID to purchase full price tickets. Not only denied it but was incredibly rude. I don't necessarily have a problem being denied the discount, but his rude behavior was ridiculous. Looks like Bristol is our ski hill from now on.

Great place to ski, and work. (i worked as a lift attendant) Boss works with you on hours and needs. The skiing is very good with long trails and plenty of varying terrain to experience - i would say someone that can ski blues and up will enjoy, as for greens theres only 1 real green hill. Always good snow to be found at Lab, all my buddies said this is the place to ski, and they are not wrong. Only thing i must warn is that the owner considers the rope tow (bunny hill) as a lift. If it says 3/3 lifts operating, that DOES NOT mean Ptarmagin lift is running unless it says that

I have snowboarded here on and off for 20 years. This place is nothing how I remember it being. Trails are not well maintained any. Ski report stated "machine groomed" but that must have been last week maybe. We were there early and it wasnt until our 6th run that we found anything that was groomed. The "jumps" are not cared for, marked or even placed appropriately, the landing are all garbage. I miss what lab used to be.

Only 7 trails were open and one ski lift and they charged the full $55 lift ticket the day after Christmas. Not impressed at all. Only reason I skied here was because my sister had a season pass. Will not come back. Gladly will take my business to Greek Peak.
