I sent in a motor and esc for warranty service. It took a month to get the new ones, and they sent back the connector I had on the esc completely ruined. Never buying anything from them again. Should have listened to the people who told me they were shady.

Sent 2 motors and 2 speed controls to them under warranty NOVEMBER 2017!! I keep getting the run around we will call you back I only got back a sensored motor and I sent them an unsensored motor. They said they mailed the other items but I never received any of it. I did as they asked and filed a claim with the post office and made a police report. I have been told countless times that they will send me the items when they come in. They have been on back order for over a year apparently. Which I don t believe At all. I have been waiting to long for my stuff! My son wants to play with his RC s! All I get is we will look into it when??? I have to call you back each and every time and you act like you have no idea what I m talking about, yet we ve been talking about this for over a year...get it together, fix your customer service and either send me the items I need or ship all of my items back ASAP or I m filing a claim! BBB too
