I went on 12/17 and there was a queue of 50 people...

I went on 12/17 and there was a queue of 50 people in the street to enter and no one to organize or notify how many people were going to attend before closing. While I was waiting I went to ask the reception and they basically fired me. From outside I have called by phone and after a short while a person has come out to organize. The nurse who gave me the pcr was very rude, appealing that it was the end of the day. The point is that it is the end of the day for everyone and not just for her.
