Fatal, queues without any control, unfriendly receptionists, they do not distinguish between whether you have bought a service previously or are going to take the test on the spot, full rooms and there is no possibility of an appointment.
I also had a purchased voucher and they wanted to charge me again !!
Disastrous, not recommended.
