I'm not happy at all! I did the analysis and after paying they tell me they need a Spanish phone. I told them that my phone is Austrian and they do not accept foreign phone numbers. They didn't tell me that I could collect the result myself. They asked me for a nr. Spanish phone number. I gave him a telephone contact and when I got home I sent them a message that I don't want them to send the result (or some information to obtain the result). What happened? Well, I will send it to a friend without permission. I told them that I do NOT agree and they have done it anyway. They have caused me a lot of trouble by submitting very intimate personal data. Paying 130 Euros, I think it includes an SMS to a European phone or at least by email. I am very desperate for your service. They do not respect my needs and send the data to a third person. 0 points. I want you to explain how you happen to send something so personal to a third person even though I said no! I have everything written by mail. It is unacceptable. Explain it to me! Thank you. My lawyer will speak to you shortly.
