Beautiful and relaxing vacation. Great amenities and time are large. Location is close to Legoland plus not too far from San Diego.

I have not been here for myself but I have picked plenty of people up here that really have like the stay no one has ever said anything negative about the Omni Resort which gives me the ability to recommend it to others

Service and staff are hands down the best. One of our favorite family spots to vacation at.

We usually go there to watch tennis or to play golf, but they have a great steak house, Bob's. High quality service make Bob's and the La Costa Resort a great place to visit in the spring.

Went to the spa for my bday to get a couple's massage with my husband. The massage therapist was great and the amenities were nice, but compared to other spas I've been to (which is quite a few) it was WAY over priced...like about double what a normal massage costs. It really is a beautiful spa and hotel if money is not a factor, but I have trouble getting past the price when there are other wonderful spas in SD and the surrounding areas.

The service at the Vue restaurant was fantastic. We especially appreciated the enthusiasm and friendliness of our morning server Oscar.

I was trying to share the Kate Stanton Inn--great location--over the top service and amazing food!! They are there to make everything perfect for your stay--better than any B&B I have ever been too, and thats saying a lot!

This is a great old Hotel with a wonderful staff and beautiful grounds. However, my girlfriend and I are mold sensitive. All the old buildings have a mold problem. Really avoid the 700 building rooms. Common mold symptoms are headaches, throat problems, swallowing issues, runny nose, disorientation and general forgetfulness. The lobby, main building and dinning areas have NO mold. Not so in the rooms.
The owners need to start demolishing the old buildings and build new ones. Pretty sure they can afford this update. The only buildings with no mold are the newer condos that you can buy or rent. Those are pretty far away from the main hotel area and they are expensive, but worth the price if available. Avoid flat roof construction. Good luck

Great location, family and adult pools plus multiple restaurants and bars make it a go to for me. The gym has almost everything you need for complete workouts. There are no barbells and racks. One negative is condition of the rooms. They could really use updates to the villa kitchens and baths. Everything works. Just showing age.

Room was a bit out of date. Loved the pool area and slides.

Got a massage here with the girlfriend. It was absolutely amazing. Everyone was incredibly nice.

Ever since omni bought the resort, quality has gone downhill. The showers are disgusting, the toiletpaper is single ply. The entire resort reeks of cost cutting employed by corporate chains.

I heard the Chopra Center is leaving the Omni La Costa. So sad.

A little dated but still nice. The golf course wasn't as good as I'd hoped but with the rain they've had it wasn't surprising.

Number one wellness spa in the nation. World class golf and tennis, special events. Really beautiful property, fun water slide, shopping, Chopra center...all tops!

It's nice place!. If you have kids they will really enjoy it here.they have game room, pool, water slides... It's as a village!

Beautiful grounds. superb food and wine along with 2 great golf courses, tennis courts and a spa!

After this company bought the la costa resort. It went down hill. I live directly behind this golf course and it s now a ghost town there

First Class Resort in all aspects. The amenities are perfect for us; from tennis, running, golf and Cabana at pool, where we watched March Madness. Peace on Earth is found at Omni

Played golf. Course was in good condition, rental clubs were nice. Friendly staff.

Amazing resort with amazing staff and amenities. We had an issue with our room that required them to fix it and they completed the task quickly, quietly and with almost no interruption to our evening. The valet were great to help an out-of-towner with sights, parking at our destinations and best beaches. Loved the stay and experiences, highly recommended!

Las Costa is a beautiful getaway with nany places to walk and enjoy. Architecture is Spanish Colonial and landscaping is well maintained. Perfect for couples, families, or golf. Only negative is parking which is a long walk and unpaved.

Very nice and large resort in Carlsbad, CA. Lots to do, great views, several pools to cater all ages (there's a 21 and over pool as well). The rooms are massively large, very comfortable for a family of 5

Beautiful property. Customer service from Luca, the Valet, Emily the fitness instructor, Nelson in the restaurant, and the entire ballroom dining staff was amazing. The fitness center was the best I have been too. Loved the gym!!! Food in ballroom was not the best, property food was great and the customer service was fantastic!!! Gorgeous property!!! Bathroom in the room was amazing! Loved my stay!!!

Great hotel! 5 pools to choose from, good event space, beautiful venue.

There are beautiful humming birds all over the property (see pic with flowers). Rooms are clean and spacious. Resort is huge with several pools, pool slides, spa, kids zone, kid's pools, golf, tennis, a restaurant, a marketplace, the Chopra center yoga studio, and some retail. I'm taking off a star because the walls are paper thin. I can hear every conversation of guests below, next door and even across the hall. It's hard to sleep because of this. My room has a balcony with a lovely court yard view and while it's a large property, nothing seems too far to get to.

Beautiful. Clean and friendly, you can't go wrong staying here!

Venue itself was beautiful, but a few minor annoyances. Zero trash cans inside the building, so trash was piling up on trays by the doors. Also, the building we were in was a complete dead zone.

Stunning resort with wonderful amenities. Great pool areas including full family or adults only. As with any resort, food is very expensive even for a basic meal.

What a friendly and amazing place. It is quite large, and there were people everywhere showing us around. The fix is delicious and the landscaping is breathtaking.

This is a amazing place to stay I remember when I was a child my mother used to watch a TV show don't remember the name but they had what they call La cienda this is how it feel here OMG the food it is excellent and customer server is perfect

My wife and I visited the Omni LA Costa for our anniversary couples massage. We enjoyed it alot.

Never stayed at a 4.5 star resort, so not sure if this is normal, but I was surprised and disappointed everything was so expensive and nothing was included. You want Wi-Fi? Only included if you sign up for their rewards membership. Parking? 20 bucks per day. You want to drop the kid off at the babysitting area they advertise the heck out of? For only 120 bucks for 4 hours, how can you pass that up? One of the main reasons we stayed there was for the water park for my kid. Even though he can swim fine, they have a strict height rule which he was not tall enough. This is not listed anywhere on their website or we definitely would have chose differently. He couldn't even go on the big slides or the big pool, so we were restricted as an entire family to the baby pool. The baby pool has a slide that he loved, except they shut it down at 5 pm. With such a late check-in, we got checked in, unpacked, got to the pool area and within about a half hour they shut the slide down. They also turn the splash pad off at the same time. Didn't see a point to that. Wish the website listed this info more clearly as we probably wouldn't have stayed there if it had.

Enjoyed a relaxing day at the spa. Grounds are beautiful. Lunch is delicious.
