Great experience for a Daytime Spa treat and relaxing poolside visit.

The resort is beautiful but not the most modern. The room was very clean, gorgeous bathroom with bath tub and shower and a very sweet vanity desk for makeup. The entire crew in this resort is the most helpful and kind. I have never met such dedicated people, so great job to the hiring manager. The gym was also pretty decent with a beautiful view of the golf course. Only downfall I found is that they do not have complimentary water and the in room catering menu is laking variety. Overall a very beautiful vacation!

The property is gorgeous with lots of well kept flowers and trees. Rooms are large and comfortable. I thought the pillows and mattress in my room were the perfect level of softness. The Edge adult pool has some great hot tubs with a beautiful view over the golf course.

My only negative was around the food. I was visiting for an event with catering, which was excellent. On nights that were not catered, I found the room service to be lacking in vegetarian options. Also, the marketplace quick bites were a little pricey for the amount of food they offered.

Felt that the hotel, the rooms and the hotel grounds are a little old and dated. But we LOVE the main adult pool and the hot tubs, as well as the excellent service!

Not what it used to be, played the Legends course. Greens were probably about a 6 on the stimpmeter. More of a nice family vacation place but just not a "Golf Resort" as in the past.

Very nice resort, but not like the "old day" La Costa. Detailed service is missing.

Luxoiuious retreat center with restaurants, top notch resort golf course, Chopra Spiritual Center and world class spa!

The resort is nice but it needs to be updated. The bathroom especially l did not get as much information about the hotel activities. I did not get information on select guest or any other information . They were some unexpected charges on my credit card which could have been nice if someone would had informed me . The agent that checked me in was friendly.

We dined at Bob's Steakhouse and the head chef and manager both came by to talk to us. These were prime cuts of meat and one of the best steaks I've ever had! Excellent meal.

Probably the best hotel we've ever stayed out. Hotel rooms are beautiful. Food was great. People are very nice. They have eight pools. The place is nicely spread out. You just want to soak it all in.

5 stars until right before check out. I stayed at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad CA Oct 17-19th, upon waking up Friday morning at 4am noticed a string of bug bites along my arm and bed bugs in the bed!!! I immediately told the front desk and showed a photo of the bed bugs and my arm at check out at 4:30am (had an early flight). Upon request, I left my number at the front desk for the manager to call me. After not hearing back, I called them the next day, Sat morning, only to be told that their inspectors did not find any sign of bed bugs and the room was back in service. I suggested to reconsider, and emailed the Asst Front Office Manager several of the attached photos. I was assured they would open a second investigation and get back to me. Again after not hearing back (2 days later), I emailed the Asst Front Desk Manager and receive their out of office. I then posted my experience on Twitter and Facebook, and within several hours received an email from the Customer Relations Manager telling me their 2nd inspection also came back negative. Specifically stating "they (third party specialist) confirmed with us this afternoon that their findings were negative for any presence of bed bugs". Which is remarkable since I shared with them photos of bugs, on the bed, in room 101, of their hotel, as well as the bites covering my arm & body. Apparently photographic evidence of bugs on their beds + bites on my body is somehow not evidence of the "presence of bed bugs". Long story short, I cannot recommend you stay here seeing as this room is still in service. It is incredibly unfortunate that they have bed bugs. It is a terrible situation to which all parties suffer. Neither myself or the hotel brought the bugs. Unfortunately my take-away is their management is not keenly interested in treating the situation seriously, thoroughly, or with dignity to embrace full responsibility to preclude this ever happens to any future guest. Instead, they've twice assured themselves that things are fine as is.

The staff was friendly and the resort was beautiful. The cuisine for our event was ok. Unfortunately my room was an ice box for the night being it felt like the heater never came on.

I m not an unreasonable man. But I ve been a member for over five years and asked for a little more salad with my burger, and they decided to charge me seven dollars for a small cup of salad. The waiter refused to take it off my bill. Extremely upset with this behavior especially because we spend thousands of dollars to keep our membership here. Be aware of their rationing portions of food. The waiter was white and had his ears pierced.

Breakfast at the VUE was delicious. My first real Avocado Toast. Service very attentive. Most enjoyable experience. Too bad I won't be able to come back because the golf was pedestrian.

The grounds/facilities were absolutely beautiful but the staff, food and service mediocre.

I Had an opportunity to play glf and come to a seminar here. The course was pretty dry and still looks a bit dry. From a large resort perspective you would expect the course would be kept better. Thencourse itself was gorgeous as well as the resort. I cannot comment on the resort rooms because I did not stay. Food and drink services were good and tasty.

Excellent service all around. Friendly staff and beautiful facility. Will go back whenever possible.

This review is for the spa: had a facial and massage. Esthetician and therapist were great. Beautiful courtyard. My favorite was the roman baths. Had the turkey panini at the spa cafe. The conditioner in the showers is to die for. Great pampering day. Great staff.

It was my first time there and my experience was amazing. The food was delicious!

This resorts is amazingly! The grounds are beautiful, the customer service and hospitality from every staff member is amazing and the place was so kid friendly! The kids pools are awesome with one having a beach are and a huge pool that is no more than 3 and a half feet deep. It s perfect for letting your little ones play safely while you get to relax on a chair with a drink in hand and monitor. They also have a small water slide for little, a big water slide for big kids and a splash pad! They also have Kidstopia play are we here you can drop them off for a few hours while you get to have some adult time on property ( use the spa, workout, golf, tennis, dinner, bar, shop, etc..) The spa is great! I had amp amazing massage with Amalia and then hung out in the spa (jacuzzi, steam room, sauna) and just relaxed. It was my birthday weekend but I think my who,e family (husband and son) felt like it was there s too because this place was such a treat! Also went to Legoland which was 15 min away. What a perfect trip! We are looking forward to making our trip to this resort an annual one.

Incredible Service and Golf Experience! I took my father in law to play golf here for his 60th B day. All the staff was extremely friendly, and we received top notch service across campus. The conditions of the golf course were phenomenal as well. I would come back here in a heartbeat!!!

Nice and big resort, it is a mini city with good services.

Being 9 months pregnant, this size of the grounds were daunting, the staff didn't blink an eye at carting me around from my room to the ballroom and restaurant. The staff was amazing.

Dinner and drinks at Vue with friends. We sat outside. I had the Baja salmon, it was excellent.

Love this place. The pools are awesome. The grounds are beautiful.

Not what we expected for a resort course. Amenities getting tired. Driving range very poor, golf course good.

Decent enough resort. Customer service is stellar. Noise levels aren't great due to poor insulation. Then there's the issue of the giant cockroach I found in the bathroom.

It's a fun place for kids. My son enjoyed the both slides very much. But I gave only 1star because they double charged us for valet parking and when my husband asked about it as we checked out, they just took it out from our bill without any apology or explanation. So this people charge thing randomly and if customers dont notice, just charge them??? Also the beverage coupons they gave us didnt work. The receptionist said we can get a drink at the shop right next to the reception which opens 24h but when we went there after dinner time, the staff has no idea about it. Made us look cheap or something...
Huge spider web at the balcony plus if i wanted to sit down on the chair,I had to climb over the chair, no space at all there not even one step!
House keeping kept knocking on the door 3times since 8:45a.m until 10:45 a.m we got out of the roomeven though we said we are checking out today..
Bunch of dead cockroaches on one of the pool. Miscommunication between life guard and waiters when we tried to order food at the pool, had to wait so long..
I hardly leave reviews but I never understood why people leave such a long negative review until this resort..horrible experience!

PFC is an absolutely incredible program!!! The staff all the way from sales to admin to the chefs and the trainers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable across the whole spectrum of their domain.

The program is hard work, but so worthwhile in every way. You leave with a true understanding of health and fitness and mindset that you probably can't find anywhere else in the world.

Each and every trainer gets to know you personally and helps you achieve your goals. They are high energy, positive, and motivating throughout all aspects of the program.

The environment with the other campers is also so positive and friendly you not only feel great going thorough it with them, but you really make great friends.

If you are considering a program like this, stop looking and do PFC, you won't regret it!

Stayed at the resort when we were attending a wedding. Loved the spacious rooms, facilities are very clean. Lots of pools on the resort, and restaurants were good although pricey. The kids loved the slides and arcade.

Love their pools! Haven't stayed there, but we go to the pools with friends.

Beautiful place, very nice and comfortable - needs better pillows

We stayed for a few nights for a conference and could have given better reviews except for two things. When we were at one of the pools with our kids another guest told us not to go to another pool because it was contaminated and there was no sign to warn guests. And our bathroom door came off it s slider and it took two days to get it fixed even though we called a few times. We were sent strawberries and cookies when they came to fix it which was really nice, and we were asked at checkout if there was anything else they could do, but at that point we were leaving. It was a very busy time and I m sure our experience would be different if we revisited, but these were a few things that made our stay a little less than ideal.

World class tennis facility. Go see the Aviators. A fun experience with pro team tennis

This is a very large and nice resort. It's located next to road so some of the rooms are unfortunately situated near that noise. We requested a crib prior to checking in, however it wasn't in the room and it took a couple of hours for it to arrive after we were in the room. Overall, the service was great with the exception of the crib delay. The villas are a great size and layout!

Room wasn't ready when I arrived. They took my phone number and said they'd call when it was ready. An hour later no call, I go to the desk and lo and behold it has been ready.

Woke up today with no hot water. Nice luxury resort here. Not. There are far better resorts.

Gorgeous and well-kept property that's inviting visually. The grounds are vast and difficult to navigate, but the staff puts a lot of effort into posting signage to help you get around especially for special events.

Very disappointed with the service. No help. They ran out of comforters they brought me blankets with hold in them. Dirty pillow. Very very disappointed. Would never recommend this property to anyone.
Oh and they room? No bed. Pullout couch. Be aware of this.

Best place for unwinding ad relaxing. Many differnts things to do and great landscape... pool area is perfect.

One of the best resorts I've been to, and I've been to lots globally. It's also the most spread out resort without a mini bar or bottled water in the room.

Quick visit. Rooms are nice staff were friendly very helpful.

The location was incredibly beautiful and relaxing. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was a little difficult and a bit of a walk but other than that had a great time.

Such an amazing place. Like your own private Spanish Town. The golf courses are beautiful and rather open. The tennis courts are maintained. The kids really enjoyed the pools and especially the water slides. Highly recommend!
