We went on honeymoon in mid-March to this sumptuous resort. After a fairly long journey from Paris
We were very well received by the whole team as well as by our buttler shifaz * a wonderful person both professionally and humanly * we stayed in an ocean pool villa ie a villa on stilts with private pool what can I say except that it is an absolute dream to wake up and have direct access to the lagoon in order to dive and discover all kinds of fish.

Nothing to say also food question the chef Karim of a kindness and a speed in term of service. We were served flavors from lunch to dinner
Room service was also perfect fast clean efficient.
Perfect hotel in any point, small flat bikes to refresh.

We visited Ayada in April '15, and this is easily the best resort in the Maldives that we have ever been to.
Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and an amazing sunset ocean suite.
Many thanks to the dive centre staff, and Mr Tuncay in particular, for personalising our diving trips, and making it all very convenient and enjoyable!

No one should die without visiting this paradise. Incredible resort. The smallest villa 101 m2 .... Restoration in the hands of the Chef, Sebastien ..., almost star Michelin ... Prices more than interesting ... Do not hesitate, ask your agency for AYADA MALDIVES. ..

I worked at Ayada for 3 months as a performer and it was totally a wonderful place to work and have a vacation at the same time. It's like we were getting paid to stay there. Ofcourse we perform for our guests but after that, it was vacation of a lifetime. I recommend to all my friends and guests who I met from all over the world to check this resort. Even for me as an 3rd party employee, it was totally an amazing experience. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Absolutely Amazing ! There are no words to describe the resort, the people, the service, the food, accommodation, everything excellent. I have been, stayed and departed and still cannot believe a place like this exists in the world !

Three stars and no more, everything needs repair, 80 percent of Chinese, menus and signs in Chinese and only a few in English, the staff is lazy, the number of towels and shampoos in the hotel is three stars, restaurants are scarce both in serving tables and in the choice of dishes and etc ....

We went for our honeymoon and everything was beautiful and amazing. The staff was especially incredible in their treatment from arrival to departure, they made us feel very welcomed. We stayed for 3 nights in the beach villa and 3 nights in the ocean villa and both were beautiful. The ocean villa is something else completely. The only draw back is the price. Everything is really expensive but worth it!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND AYADA

Amazing hospitality and truly an amazing place to stay. Something that my family and I will never forget. The staff are especially wonderful as well, but make sure you have you travel to and from the island organised.

It's really a very good place for Relaxing and Honeymoon as well the restaurant also very good for it too... I'm loving it to stay for a month..

Best vacation we have had. Pricey, sure. But it was worth it.

This trip was different from all the other trips we have taken, for one it was our honeymoon, which means we were there to relax, enjoy, be pampered. No taking tours to see ruins or ancient sites.



We stayed at the Ocean Villa, which provided us with our private pool and just a few steps from the ocean and the coral reef to snorkel in. This really was an amazing stay. The views. The sunsets. The clouds. Everything looks like a painting, a dream, paradise.

Our Villa was attended to every single time we left the room by Raheem, I hope I'm remembering his name correctly. Fresh towels, clean quarters, every time we came back to the room. We were pampered throughout our stay.

We were also received with a bottle of Cava in the room, which we had maybe a couple of days later. We didn't really drink during our stay. What we did do, was to have a bottle of wine with a cheese and bread platter, excitedly put together by Mahafuz, which just made us enjoy it even more.

We did a 2hr spa session *amazing*. Snorkeled with sea turtles by an uninhabited island. Sailed side by side with dozens of dolphins. Rana was our lead explorer and all around great guy. Enjoyed the sun, the sand, the water.

It was a truly great experience. Even though we would see the 50 or so guests during their night events, during the day, we'd be on the beach or roaming around the island, and we would feel like we were the ONLY people on it. It was nice. Everyone was nice and it felt genuine. It's hard to see that when you travel places. You'll be daydreaming about this place often.

All credit to my wife for planning this. Now that I am back home, I've been looking at other resorts, shows, documentaries, of the Maldives, and Ayada really looks like it was the best choice for our stay. Location, value, facilities.

Everything was excellent and reception staff and the cleanliness of the rooms as well as food quality and diversity between grilled , sea and Turkish ..

But the timing of the trip was off-season , we were unable to go out for fishing where is storms and rain .. the fact it's like being in paradise ..

Ayada completely blew us away. The service was absolutely amazing and all the staff were so friendly. The location is out of this world! Crystal blue water. Cant wait to go back again

A truly magical place! Exceptional house reef with several black tip sharks and turtles. Delicious breakfast and dinner buffets. Top-notch service and staying in an ocean villa with a private pool, hammock and steps into the ocean is a must.

Phenomenal experience. Luxury overwater villas, impeccable service, private and serene. House reef is brimming with abundant, colorful sea life, a mere kick away from your private ocean entry ladder.

This is first time in Maldives. I would like to share my experience in the resort, it's the most perfect resort i have visited in world of Islands and the staff very friendly, and every room has personal butler for assistance during your stay 24 hours. At the end, don't miss it.

Very expensive great service have problems with room service took us a longtime to have food but it was cold. Room condition can be improved

Here you will find paradisiacal scenery and excellent service. It is a long journey because after arriving at the international airport you will have to face connecting flights plus a long boat trip to the island. when it arrives it is well received by a friendly group of attendants who will do their utmost to make your stay very pleasant. I recommend talking to your butler to find sightseeing and entertainment options.

We've just completed 7 majical nights at the Ayada staying in a beach villa. Everything about the Ayada is simply perfect. This is a true 5 star experience from the moment you land in Male to the time they return you to the airport. Ayada is a domestic flight and a decent boat ride away from male but the long transfer is well worth it. Having stayed at 2 other 5 star resorts in the Maldives I can hands down say the Ayada is something special.
The beach villa with its private pool was perfect for myself, my wife and my 6 year old son. We loved the beach front and the snorkeling was brilliant just out our door. Staff are all so lovely including our personal butler who took care of anything we required. We made some lovely connections with staff and other guests during our stay. My son had his 6th birthday whilst we were there and these guys went the extra mile to make the day so special for him and it's all about the little touches. It truly was a majical time and it was so difficult leaving Ayada. We will certainly be retuning.

Ayada Maldives was truly a magical experience, the weather even in the summer is super bearable, the scenery is gorgeous. We arrived at the island after an hour of boating from the nearby domestic airport of Kaadedhdhoo Airport and roughly 2 hours of a domestic flight from Male International Airport, to be introduced to a tune of drums and claps at the dock from the staff waiting to welcome you to the heavens of the earth. Once you do get out, you immediately look at the infinitely stretched horizon of the ocean; the water is also crystal clear with the most cyan tint ever, truly indescribable. Your attention gets dragged away to your new butler who will first guide you to the wonderfully designed reception area, all open no air conditioning but extremely relaxing with the help of the locally grown coconuts, from the island, that they serve you chilled. You do the check in procedure, then the butler tours you around the island and if you're lucky you might just see coconuts farmed right in front of your eyes, from the moment the man climbs the tree, with no equipment mind you, to the time that he starts to toss them down for another person to catch them. You do eventually reach to your room whether it's a villa on the sea, coast, beach or inland. I assure you that the best ones are the villas on the sea for numerous reasons such as; you have your private hammock, and under the hammock it's the sea, your private pool with those bubbly things/pressure things, you go swim in the maximum "High Tide" of 1.8 - 2m deep reef with corals and fish's homes under yours, and if you're brave you can swim outwards to the deep ocean, and you could find big corals with many fish, or if you like to plan you can just see the dark spots in the reef which is either a big coral or a deep part of the reef which for safety reasons you should stay away from. You have many activities to do in your villa and outside just ask your butler. I could go on and on, but you would probably get bored of reading and or jealous. So in summary Ayada Maldives is Truly a Magical and Inconceivable experience to put into words, I say you go for it find deals from websites like Hotel Trivago or holiday agencies, trust me it's worth it.

Magical place to be! The service, accomodations, island, reef, food and drinks were all amazing.

I wish I could give AYADA 5 million stars!!!!! I just got back to America from spending several days and nights there. My parents and I had been in India for a couple of weeks prior to staying here so it was quite easy getting to the resort for us. We flew from Bangalore to Male... In Male we were greeted by AYADA staff and taken to a lounge to enjoy some small snacks and beverages before we boarded a small plane to another airport(50 min plane ride) where we caught a boat to AYADA (45 min boat ride). All along the the way we had AYADA staff helping us. When we arrived (during the night) the staff were waiting to greet us with clapping and singing. We got off the boat and were immediately greeted by our butler (Mihad) who basically did every thing for us for the next several days. Mihad (I hope I am spelling it right) was AMAZING!!!!! He was so joyful and cheerful and you just couldn't help but smile when talking to him! When we first sat down we had coconut drinks given to us and pretty handcrafted floral necklaces!
*Our Villa* We(my parents and I, I'm 27 and crashed their romantic vacation LOL) stayed in the Royal Villa and let me tell you it was BREATHTAKING!!!!! The Royal Villa is perfect for multiple guests, families, or multiple couples. The villa was decorated impeccably! When we opened the doors, there was champagne, fruit, and cheese waiting for us. We were given a tour and explained how everything worked.
*The Staff*
The staff were amazing!!! They were so gracious and kind to everyone! By the end of the trip, they felt like family! They would do anything and everything to help you. If you needed anything at all, they were there almost instantaneously to help you! Each and every staff member greeted you. It was so nice!! As I previously stated, Mihad was our personal attendant and he was perfect! We can not say enough good things about him.
*The Food*
The breakfast buffet was awesome! It included food for any taste. They had omlette stations, fresh juice stations...and basically any breakfast food you can imagine! We tried a couple of the other restaurants as well. They were all fairly good! Our favorite was the BBQ on the beach, I am not sure which days it is offered on but if it is offered when you go, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT!!! It was the best! The food was great and they had a fire show! The fire show was one of the highlights of my trip there. I had never seen anything like it.
*The Spa*
The spa itself is beautiful and serene. I had the Stress Reducer package or something along those lines. It was a 2 hour package. Unfortunately, I was sun burned so some parts of the treatment I had to skip. The treatment itself was good and the lady providing it was very nice and professional. You can go up to an hour before your treatment to relax in the spa area and have fresh drinks and just enjoy the calm environment. After my treatment I got to lay down by the reflecting pools and was brought water and coconut icecream to enjoy while I winded down. It was perfect!!!
*The Resort*
The resort is BEAUTIFUL!! Absolutely stunning! It offers a lot to do ,from fishing, snorkeling, boat rides, jet ski rides, a gym, a kids club, game nights, performances, etc. You definitely will not be bored! While I was there I saw a mix of couples, families with older children, families with young children etc. The resort itself is the best I have ever stayed at...and I've travelled to over 50+ countries and stayed at some beautiful places. Getting there may seem like a stretch (plane ride and boat ride) but do not let deter you from choosing this resort! It may be further out but it just makes it that much more beautiful and peaceful!

Maldives islands are a very fascinating place the weather is absolutely fantastic. Almost every place we have been seemed so pleasing.

A perfect place for unwinding with your beloved good location very good service, good variety of restaurants and multiple choice of activities. You can spend an evening with your favourite drink and hukka along with good music to shake your legs. Along with all this almost all rooms have their privacy intact. So hurry plan your next occassion here have fun.

Best island in the whole world with the friendliest staff ever.

One of the most beautiful resorts that gives you the most beautiful services, tranquility and privacy ,, its only drawback is the distance from the airport

simply its a heaven on the earth.. everything was excellent Stuff ,food and the stay was amazing and there no chance for even one single negative comment.. it is one of the best luxurious resorts in Maldives. it was my honeymoon and we have stayed 5 nights at swimming pool water villa .. they have water sports center and creation area occupied with Play station ,water chess and Billiards
.The place is full with entertainments and will never feel bored staying there .. thanks for all the stuff and resort management and wish to see all of them again soon .

Best place for vacation I would highly recommend this place for someone who is planning for a vacation. Service and ambiance were very good they had an agent at every point of the journey to take care of us. Journey to island might take around 2 hours from Maldives. 1 hr in domestic flight and 1 hr speed boat but you will forget that journey once you reach the island.

Ayada is a real heaven on earth ! Everything was just perfect ! They make your stay so comfortable so prefect . All the little details just everything made for you to feel like in paradise. The place is absolutely beautiful , the service, the food, the place , the room oh it was awesome. After two weeks of staying in Ayada I felt absolutely recover and ready for New Year ;)

The food was super good. Everyday was different buffet . The breakfast was fabulous . Fresh jus bar that they make in from of you with anything you want. And there was beautiful parrots who was coming to have breakfast with us. So cute.
And of cause one of unforgettable experience we had in Ayada was surfing . Omg this is the best surfing we ever had . We had two very professional and adorable guides . Laura King and Jeekko. They made this surfing absolutely magical .
The two last days of surfing was unforgettable. We surfed with dolphins . They just came to surf with us. They were so close and jumping on the waves. Oh that s is a memory for life and the next day there was a rainbow. So beautiful .

Let's start with the arrival.
Once you arrive on male airport the Ayada staff picks you up and you are accompanied to the domestic Flight area und the Lounge where you can relax an wait for the connection flight to the south atoll. They take care of everything and you can just lean back. After the flight there is a one hour speed boat trip to the Island itself.

The resort itself is just perfect. The suites are amazing and the service too. The only thing to complain about, is that you can see by marks of usage that the hotel is not build 1 year ago. But the maintenance is good and the service you get is perfect.

We stayed in an Ocean sunset suite no 9. If you want full privacy don't take a lower number. As your Private pool can be seen from the beach then ;) The size and standard of the suite was perfect. As well as the housekeeping. I need to mention Farhud our housekeeper who did a brilliant Job. He did everything to serve our needs! Thanks Farhud!

The Island itself has a wonderful setup. Lots of restaurants for a great variety of food, nice beaches, big water sport center, fitness enter etc. Even if you stay two weeks on the Island you never get bored. There is a great variety of activities too.

Concerning the surf the area has a few really nice surfspots just around the corner by speedboat. Five Islands, love charms, blue bowl and tiger stripes. You always find a spot for a really good surf. Thanks to Mahsud / Fish our surfguide on the Island. He knows the area like his pocket and he is the man to ask to find the best spot!. If you are out with him you can feel absolutely safe! The one day one of our fellows ended up on the reef and fish literally walked hundred meters over the reef to get him out safe! Great job. Thanks Mahsud for your great guiding!!! Also many thanks to Laura from the watersport center who was with us a few times and helped me a lot the day I got my first cut. Thanks Laura!

All in all it was a great trip and I would definitely go there again. What made the stay so unforgettable is not only the Island, the surf, the nature it was the people. The staff was just friendly and helpful. Therefore I like to mention our captain Labeeth, the staff from the restaurants Mahafuzur, Faizal, Samah, Michaela, Kabir and all the others! Also our Butlers Madina and Nattu who did a great job.

All together a great place to surf and chill if you suffer a non reefsurfing girlfriend ;P

It is the earthly paradise, here God came and he stayed to live, nothing more beautiful than that place, spectacular food, spectacular service, spectacular cabins, everything is spectacular

Ayada is one of the most southern islands in the Maldives and it does take some time to reach there after initially landing at Male Airport. Our flight from Dubai to Male took around 4 hours, upon arrival at Male, we were greeted by an Ayada representative, who took our luggage and escorted us to a comfortable lounge where we were provided with breakfast, wifi and shower facilities while we waited for our domestic flight. We landed in Male around 8am and the domestic flight was due to depart 3 hours later, at 11am.

The domestic flight took around 2 hours to reach Kaadedhdhoo Airport, which included a short stop to another island on the way. Upon arrival, we were greeted by another Ayada representative who took us to a buggy to wait while he dealt with all the luggage of all the Ayada guests. We then boarded the speedboat to Ayada, which took around 45 minutes. The whole journey was quite tiring, but that was all forgotten once we arrived at Ayada! We were warmly greeted by staff as we disembarked the boat and then taken via buggy to our room by our personal butler (Nattu).

We were pleased to know that we had been upgraded to an 'Sunset Ocean Villa'. The room was absolutely amazing, easily the best room I've ever stayed in, very spacious and the view from the room was just stunning! We were given complimentary bikes to ride around the resort, a floating breakfast delivered to our villa, snorkeling equipment and other nice little gestures.

We opted for the crystal package which is full board. Breakfast is served at Ocean Breeze which is probably one the most beautiful places that you'll ever have breakfast. They have a good selection of food and fresh juices to keep everyone happy, every morning we were also given a bread basket with doughnuts, crossiants etc.

Lunch is served in Zero Degree Restaurant and Bar which has it's own infinity pool and is right next to the beach. We loved eating at the tables which were in the water, it's a nice experience to have your feet in the water while enjoying lunch. The lunch menu is vast and we tried different things everyday, the quality and the taste of everything we had was excellent. It was also nice to have the wild parrots come over to your table and join you for lunch!

For dinner we had two choices included in our package, Kai Restaurant and Ocean Breeze. The Ocean Breeze dinner menu is a Mediterranean one and we dined there once. The dinner menu is quite limited but the food was still very good. We really recommend trying the Mango and Coconut Panna Cotta for dessert which my wife and I loved, so much so that we went back the next day just for dessert. We absolutely loved Kai restaurant, which serves Asian cuisine, the food there was delicious and we dined there 3 out of 4 times that we had dinner. The are a lot more options when compared to Ocean Breeze. We loved everything we had and we highly recommend the prawn tempura, which we had to order every time!

It would have been nice if the buffet restaurant 'Magu' was open as we had heard great things about it, but I think it wasn't allowed to be opened due to government guidelines regarding buffet restaurants at the time(Covid).

We would also highly recommend the fish feeding, which takes place daily from 6-630pm. We got to feed plenty of baby sharks and a stingray too, which was a great experience. We also saw many fish swimming around next to our villa.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish and we would recommend Ayada to absolutely anybody planning on going to the Maldives! As soon as we landed at Male airport we knew we were in good hands, they even helped us with our luggage and check-in when we departing from Male Airport.

Absolutely amazing place, this is the best hotel I ve ever been to in my life and the experience here has been phenomenal. Food is amazing, staff is friendly, the water is incredible. Everything is just perfect!!!!!
