Pleasant, welcoming, the factory takes into account environment, and quality for the customer

We watched the production, smelled different smells of perfumes, we had a short excursion in French and presented with small creams, in general a good impression

The shop allows you to buy all the products of the group, at a preferential rate. But the interest is also in the visit of the factory. Free, but by reservation, it allows you to go through the entire production chain, from receipt of raw materials, manufacturing, packaging. Very interesting (but photos prohibited ...). A very informative dive into the heart of the world famous brand.

Everything is perfect. Competent and pleasant staff. Very nice range of cosmetics. Do not hesitate.

Beautiful business with naturally pure products. Lots of choice and good advice.

We thought that a factory store would have better prices, since it's a huge cut in their supply chain. It is not. Prices are the same as in other countries, some items even a tad bit more expensive. The store and garden in front of it are beautiful though!

Remember to register early in high season to enjoy the interesting tred visit of the factory. To do if you are on manosque!

A museum and a shop very nice and informative. Sales staff always very nice. This is really the particularity of the Occitane stores (even in Germany or Russia)

Very interesting visit but too short. The shop is very nice and what a joy to see all these products and to try them. By cons, I have not seen a price difference between the factory shop and the one where I usually go. Pity.

Don't expect much of the tour. Most of these tours will lead to product sales;)
However, it was great to be able to meet many kinds of L'Occitane products.

If you pass the southern part of Manosque, Aix-en-Provence, it's worth stopping by, but I don't think you need to stop by to visit here.

The store has plenty of good quality products and the museum offers a pretty good tour. The garden is gorgeous.

Difficult to find the products you are looking for. High quality products, therefore very expensive. Friendly staff.

We started by visiting the factory with all the manufacturing steps of the brand products that I would like to point out does not do any test on animals and uses human volunteering prices remain high but less than in shops at to visit is very interesting

Pleasant place be careful if you have animals the parking is not shaded and the visit of the factory is forbidden to animals

Make an appointment by phone. Visit the factory. The small museum. You will understand the politics of Occitan. The site is located towards the highway of Manosque.

The experience we had was great. We had the museum tour and learned a little bit about L'occitane's history, we enjoyed a very nice garden where we found a lot of the plants used to make their products. Obviously, we spent a couple of hours testing the products. I think they had all the products in their portfolio, so you'll probably find everything you want. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, despite the crowded place. The prices are just a little bit better than elsewhere, and this is the reason for the missing star in my review. When we left we took a few lavander flowers, available in a box at the exit door. I thought that was nice :)

Home smiling, charming shop, there is even a small break room with a coffee machine. Remember to make an appointment for the visit of the museum. I recommend ++

I signed up for a guided tour in French to visit the factory. Fortunately, the tour guide can also speak Chinese and is a kind Chinese sister.
