Factory-museum which offers vintage and international beauty products on a production basis in 24 hours. Certain products accessible to people on a modest budget.

A must in the region, with its factory outlet with a thousand scents, its exhibition museum (free) and dozens of outdoor plantations which show you a rather incredible bio diversity ... not to be missed.

Very nicely landscaped front yard. The prices are about 10% below the normal retail. Small "museum" next door is not particularly enlightening. The shop itself is great and makes you want the products.

Visit the factory to do! A guided tour, explanation of the entire production line, testing of several products, a small gift at the end. And all that free! 10% bonus on the shop!

Wonderful place to visit while travelling in Provence! Tours in to the production area are free and very well organized! They do have tours in English on certain days. At the end of the tour you will be given free sample of the famous cream:) Great variety of Loccitane products in the shop, price is moderate. Informative and positive venue to stop by.

If you are interested in LOCCITANE, we missed the museum

We were made to feel very welcome and guided for a site visit on Wednesday 22/11 afternoon. Interesting visit.

The products are of good quality a little excessive a little in price the reception becomes too touristy

A little disappointed because the "museum" is not very interesting and visits to the factory are only on RV. The shop is pretty and the employees friendly.

Really nice factory store as we dream to find more! The choice is complete, all collections and range are present. A delight for the eyes. Impeccable service with a big smile, top-notch friendliness and a really good service and advice.
We regret just the prices, alas we may be at the factory store we can not find a second choice packaging or offer particularly interesting price. Although there is some box in promo offer all the same. Always remember their discount offer if you bring back these 3 empty packages.

Nice to see the Mother's Day posters and not to have planned any space suitable for children. A table of linen is 5 euros ...
For the rest, same prices as in Paris, no interest.

Interesting for the museum and the possibility of visiting but not going there for the factory outlet, imagining that there are attractive prices, the prices are the same as those in the shops of your city. The store is part of the Route des Saveurs et Senteurs and the sellers do not seem to know what it is. Pity.

I gave 3 points because it has nothing innovative. It has a simple system to mix the products and some packaging lines. Some with personal tapa every single bottle !!!. As a strength, excellent organization and hospitality. Not recommended for those who are not lovers of the brand.

A responsible, ethical, fair and committed company, very inspiring. Interesting and interactive free visit. After that, you must go through the shop. Too bad it's not at factory prices ...

The visit to the brand factory, which must be booked by phone or e-mail at the contact details on the site, is free and lasts an hour. The external Mediterranean garden is very beautiful, while in the small museum, concepts already expressed during the visit are repeated. I do not give five stars because I expected, in the shop, to find greater discounts and products at slightly lower prices compared to single-brand stores. Recommended only for brand lovers.
