Favorite store clothes are comfortable and not too expensive. By cons the store is large and not much help clerks.

Very large selection. Fairly polite and very helpful sellers. Could be a little better organized. Many products very piled up, it is often difficult to take a piece without dropping the whole pile or impossible to put back.

2 Floors: street level floor for women clothes and the lower floor for men clothes. The shop has a big collection that you can try and buy. However, it is more useful for you to be through their website as they have some insane sales.

Finally realistic sizes! Many sizes available for all items. Quality and comfortable clothes. The price is correct!

I had an issue with the a store manager I came in grabbed something fast and I guess the cashier forgot to remove all the tags so the device by the door start screaming I did turn back give it to the manager to do her job then she start attacking me with a filthy mouth condescending attitude racist remarks, moreover when I showed her the receipt no apologies just " oh I guess that's yours" and throw it a cross the cash table. Never again

I love shopping at Aerie for my lingerie and sleepwear. Their products are made with real women in mind: underwear that is actually comfortable and cute. A rarity these days- as most underwear brands seem to be strangely targeted at women who apparently want to wear undergarments made out of cheap, scratchy fabric and garish colours. Aerie undergarments are actually comfy!
In addition, there is excellent customer service at this location. Everyone in the Aerie section especially is friendly and helpful. In addition, the Aerie change rooms are comforting, as they are furnished in soft colours and gently lit. I also appreciate the marketing campaign, which strives to depict a variety of body types and has a no-photoshopping rule.

Trendy and good quality clothes at reasonable prices.

Friendly staff and good-looking clothes! A bit pricy but this is the only store where I can find clothes that fit me just fine.

This AE store is nice and well organized, the displays allow to browse and find anything you need. Personally, I prefer browsing the men's section, it is more organized and spacious. However, an extremely negative aspect about this store is that they do not carry any sizes over 12-14. Anyone over this size must order their clothes online. When asked about this, the manager simply said it was a space issue. But they could at least carry a few of each size to show willingness to accomodate bigger sized women.

Their jeans are the best! I love their styles, colours, and price ranges. They have so many sizes too, not just for the waist but for the leg length as well!

However, that's pretty much the only thing I buy here. I find their regular clothing ill fitting for my body type and just a tad bit too expensive for what it looks and feels like,

I've had clothing items from here before and they just don't withstand the test of time (fashion, durability).

4 stars for the jeans, 2 stars for the rest.

Selection is limited not as good as the one at Fairview Pointe-Claire.

I give it 3 stars. As friendly as the staff seems, I do find it annoying when I just want to shop in peace but am stopped by around 4 salespeople every two minutes asking if I need any help, what are you looking for etc. There s a fine line between being helpful and annoying. Especially when you get approached by another salesperson when you just answered no I m good.

Great choices for teens. My daughter loves merchandise. Bit pricey so best wait for sales. Appreciate that products are available for all sizes BUT I personally hate going to Aerie. Been to 2 different stores in the past month and the service is horrible (no commission). Don't expect any assistance whatsoever from the staff.

They always have very cute lacey undergarments, and they often ahve promotions going on which is very cool!

I'm a fan! The employees were so sweet and AWESOME going to great lengths to help me get my must-have jeans!! They called up the back store they matched the price and they were so friendly. Good job!! Plus for short people like me, the fact that they make pants in short, regular and tall? Amazing.

Very good customer service, if you need help or advice the employees are there for you, they care a lot about their customers and the quality versus the price is really worth it a new favorite and we find of all for all sizes and sizes !!

hello you have a very big problem with the zipper of all your jeans every time it is the same thing all alone I bought 15 jeans this year but there was still the same problem and you do nothing at all to solve the problem and you answer I m never a blogger and I m going to share this story with my fans so that I don t buy American eagle anymore

Very large shop on 3 floors.

On the ground floor have found the section for women, upstairs is the underwear for women and the basement is for men.

The variety of clothes was good considering the season.

The staff were helpful and knew their products very well.

Best underwear for women, quality, size and diversity.

If you are a "big girl" like me and you are searching for jeans.. This is your place. The staff is nice and friendly, they have a lot of sizes and they usually run a lot of sales like buy one jean and get the other one half price!

Introverts be weary, the staff will treat you like a vip and make conversation with you in terms of what you want to buy

WOW WOW WOW AND STILL WOW! I'm from the south shore, and I was in Montreal today, and already the store is BEAUTIFUL, the service is just as much IMPECCABL E. During my visit, I got help from Vincent who knew me guide to perfection through all the beautiful products, extremely nice this little boy !! I recommend!
