Each little plate was better than the one before. The service was French in all the best ways. You have to wrap your head around spending this much money to eat at the bar, but once you do, you won't regret it.

Absolutely insanely good food and drinks. The atmosphere is sophisticated and the service fantastic. If you're looking for a restaurant for a special occasion or just want to see one of the best restaurants london has to offer then this is a great place to start.
Really fantastic food and service. My friend Roger gave it 8.6 as they served Merlot (included in menu) which he is not keen on, otherwise it was definitely a 9/10
I loved the experience. Food tasted amazing. Service was great. My only dig is the after care when a menu was requested so we could have a keep sake was told to go online.
This may have been a personal experience but we had a relatively disappointing dinner. The staff were friendly enough but the food was a touch pedestrian. For the money charged you could have 3 phenomenal meals in London of higher quality at non-Michelin starred restaurants. Also there was a brush hair in my dessert which we told the staff about - with very little response!
This was hands down the best meal we had in London. Service and food was top notch. Excellent service by the staff, compliments to Sebastian, he noticed my wife is pregnant and offered alternatives to the menu for us. We had the 3 course lunch set menu. Each dish was delicately plated and well seasoned. My personal favorite is the stuffed quail, though my wife s favorite is the cod. Kudos to the whole team. We absolutely enjoyed our experience.
The free amuse bouche was incredible and the rest of the food divine. Excellent tables being able to watch the chefs at work, too. Utterly fantastic, if not a little on the pricey side.
Invited by my children. This is not the traditional gastromic restaurant with white linen, more a trendy place to sample very good examples (small plates) of French gastronomy around the large bar with direct view of the kitchen. There is however two menus, one 5 and one 7-course. We had the 5-course menu which was delicious, although I was full before dessert and the cook may have loved butter a bit too much for my taste. Service was fine but not up to the standards of a French gastronomy restaurant, looked more like well-meaning trainees and the hostess was barely welcoming. Expect a steep bill, which can easily expand with drinks. All in all, a quite pleasant experience and memory.
Booked this place on my sons recommendation. We wanted somewhere special to celebrate he s birthday. We weren t disappointed. The whole experience from the greeting we received to the presentation of the food and the outstanding service we got more than justifies the high end status this restaurant is known for.
Awful service and average food at a high price. We sat at the "chef's table" and we were crammed in the bar. People towards the end of the table couldn't actually be waited on i.e. passing down drinks and plates along the table. Amateur
The food and service are very good, with knowledgeable and courteous staff and modern (but a touch too dark) surroundings. It's always busy, so be sure to book ahead.
The food is very good quality. The bar layout makes operation easy and because there is enough staff around, the fact that you think of something is often enough. I warning the price is significant
Good food, not something mind blowing, however the service is horrendous and I wouldn't recommend it just because the service experience has been so bad that I didn't really care about the food. I was waiting for 30 mins to get my reserved More
We had such an amazing business lunch at L'Atelier De Joel Robuchon. In my honest opinion, it was the five star dining experience I won t forget so easily, it will take something spectacular to beat this meal. You couldn t find any faults if you tried.
Not as good as before. Also not better than HK. A big disappointed tonight. Service also very compromised, no sugar comes with coffee, ice cream deserts changed to shbert but it may be Christmas period lacking of manpower. Wash room smells. Won't come again.
Awful service on Valentine's day, food was slow and unimpressive. We were led through the slightly dingey back rooms to a bar upstairs as our table wasn't ready for 30 mins. Spoiled the experience.
Previously I would have given this restaurant 5 stars. But my last visit was poor in comparison. Our waiter pretty much showed us contempt. Nobody explained the wines and the food was below par for the huge amount of money spent. Complained and nothing was done.
Poor service and uninspiring food. The chef now seems inflexible to modify some dishes for allergies. Service staff also seem scared to ask the chef for alternatives. It has lost its edge and now is completely overpriced for such an average experience.
This place was totally great! I found my taste here! The place are very attractive, the way of setting of the table, the comfort room, the customer service, the staff etc. all are very overwhelming. Plus their menu, promise all is good, except for one that is not good my tummy Can absorb all the food I want, that s the reason I ll always come back here because I want to taste all their menus. So nice!
This was the only one star michelin I've actually managed to get seats for two without booking in advance. I did not want to make plans as I have to catch a flight later that day - thankfully they have seats for two! Though I would say to make a reservation to be safe!
Food: Unfortunately they ran out of milk fed lamb when we tried to order. We did not have the lunch set - apparently you need to reserve in advance. To save the trouble we just had items from the alacarte menu instead. Foie gras, lobster dumplings, cold cuts, steak, fluffiest souffle everrrr (takes 20 minutes to prep, order earlier). Nothing to fault at all.
We sat at the bar counter (good thing we arrived early at 12pm!) and enjoyed our lunch - food were all good, hospitality was wonderful, really nothing to fault at all. Service was alright for a one star michelin - there is constant interaction which I find it to be a plus point.
Amazing food. Never knew that french food could taste this good outside France. Our waiters were amazing and very helpful. Every recommendation they made starting with the wine and ending with dessert was beyond excellent. Recommend taking a date there. She will be very impressed.
one of the most famous Michelin restaurant, the interesting decorations inside the restaurant and hiding in a small street in covent garden increase the mystery of it, the food is very delicate and delicious but is a bit over seasoning, and for the price as usual its quite high class price but they also offer a pre theater menu that is good value and you also can try the the skill from the chef.
8 course tasting menu was very average and very expensive.1 amuse Boucher which was poor.no pairing wines either!??atmosphere zero. I was really looking forward to it and needless to say I was hugely dissapointed
Top notch restaurant! The most amazing service and super nice staff. The food was heavenly and prepared with love. The best meat pieces I have had in ages. Definately worth coming
Of the French restaurants very famous and delicious frankly, the restaurant is large almost three floors and the only French restaurant in London has a Michelin star, but pay attention to the restaurant is very expensive Worth a visit again Snap: alsulaiti80
The food was ok, although not as good as at the Paris branches. Service could be better too. The worst was the food/oil smell, the ventilation seems to be broken. Unfortunatly not as good as the Paris role model.
Pricey but worth going for Sommelier pairing with your courses if you are not knowledgeable about wine that is. Otherwise great open place upstairs no view but good for smoking
Quite mediocre service; the vegan options in a Michelin star restaurant is really supposed to be better. Or waiter had to be reminded of our orders every single time. Much better options available, especially for the price.
Three hatted restaurant that was brilliant. I would recommend this for special occasions. The decor and fitout was very cool for a basement location in Central London. The food was beautifully arranged and enjoyed whilst watching the kitchen in action. I highly recommend the desserts, just incredible.

This place is just wow... The combination of flavours, the presentation of dishes, the services... Enjoyed every moment since I entered into this restaurant...
Great food but limite portion size, service is too fast, we had to ask to slow down. HongKong branch is much better. The mash potatoes is just amazing.
We were at a business dinner (45 pounds per person) that included 5 servings and a glass of champagne. All the dishes were beautiful and delicious (the really, really tasty!) The wait staff is courteous and proficient. My only review? The restaurant is one of the ugliest I've been in, but really ugly
Phenomenal food and unbelievable service. My girlfriend and I was seated at the center of the bar and the experience was great! We were able to witness the action back in the kitchen while properly serviced from the entire staff. Shoutout to Murphy for walking us through the whole process and offering us espresso/drink bar at the top floor after our meal! Definitely would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting London.
Skip Vegas outpost etc. This establishment is worth all of the superlatives. Obviously it's not cheap but 1) it's London 2) it's always innovative. The fireplace bar is a fun way to start and it always gets even better from there.
Went there in Xmas eve. Was very disappointed to the food. Nothing special and average taste. The service and presentation is good. But I personally wouldn't go there again.
Nice interior and friendly staff. The food is nicely presented but I was dissatisfied with the taste. I ordered 3 courses. One was superior. One was too salty. And one was simply ordinary. Overall the whole experience is average nothing really special or outstanding. Give it a miss you will not lose anything.
Highly recommend to gourmet visitors. Warm and friendly welcome for the big names in the kitchen. Congratulations to all. Warm and friendly welcome. Professional equipment. Highly qualified staff. Easy parking. Many of us have loved this great restaurant
