Unworthy of a 5 star, cold and carefree staff even welcome greeting you feel they did it because they are obligated, 20 minutes for check-in, and no one to carry luggage, only advantage it is the location, and the breakfast a more than average egg

Friendly staff, great facilities & location. Starting to be a bit dated but upgrades appear to underway.

The staff is kind, the hotel is good, there is a rental of mopeds, not far, there is a currency exchange office in seventy meters, there are excellent restaurants next to the road, the only negative is the Internet, if you come here to rest and work, the Internet can let you down

Near the beach of Kuta, shopping center ... the rooms are spacious. Nice swimming pool ... all the way to the hotel byk culinary shop n souvenir

Great location, friendly staff. I am not happy with their no. 1 breakfast buffet, they have plenty of food, but not much food interested me, the dessert is very boring. I am a meat lover, maybe it is perfect for vegetarian but not me. The room is old and the wifi is very week. I have to go out to get wifi somewhere else.

The location is convenient and close to many restaurants and bars. The staff is friendly and helpful. The best part of my stay were the breakfast buffets. The atmosphere and the presentation of the buffet was excellent. The quality was also quite satisfactory.

The hotel is a little bit on the older side but it felt comfortable. The biggest complain I have were the mosquitos in the reception area. They were vicious.

Located in the center of Kuta, the staff is friendly and attentive, the breakfast is excellent, the vegetables and fruits are diversified, and different local traditional dishes are eaten every day. It is not recommended to go to the beach to play with water... although it is very close. The wifi in the room is very unstable.

Great location, friendly staff and the rooms with king size bed and balcony facing Kuta beach are excellent. Breakfast with different varieties in the morning. Definitely be back again.

Only the hotel name is 5 star... But the staff service and room quality is poor, rooms need a lot of maintenance and staff behaviour is less friendly.
Receptionist are also not co-operative when we complained about that no one helped with our luggage.

We just checked in. It took us 2 hours to get our room. We were promised an up grade which didn't happen. Also disappointed to find out the beach is not attached to the hotel. Need to get out of the hotel to get there. Honestly so far I'm disappointed.

They advertise this hotel as a 5 star.. but there is no way in the universe that I would consider this place top of the line. When we were checking in they gave us a cocktail and a cold cloth to clean ourselves up, which was a nice touch. The girl at the desk said she had an amazing upgrade for us that walked straight out to the pool. Obviously we got excited and accepted the new room.
When we got there it was quite literally in the back corner of the dark basement, in the bowels of the hotel. (Room 056) The walls were crumbling and the room was very dark, dirty and dingy. It's a room that I would think is the very last resort if they overbooked the hotel. There was black mold on the ceiling and growing on the mirror.
We immediately switched rooms (Room 302) and were very pleased to see the difference. It's a nice comfortable room. King size bed, couch, desk, tv, the bathroom is quite nice. Not 5 star quality, but it works for a night or two. The sheets were very soft and the air conditioning works great.
Security here is high.. there is a metal detector to enter the hotel, so that gives some sense of safety.
I will say, the WiFi is terrible. You have to forget the network and reconnect every few minutes.
We can hear the ocean, but there is no view of it.
The pools are gorgeous and there are nice lounge chairs with cushions. It sounds like they organize pool games everyday, so that could be fun.
Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from with several different cuisines.
We can't wait to explore Kuta! This hotel is very close to all the action.

Very nice and friendly staff, excellent service, nice pool and great food. Convenient location to reach many attractions. Specially the child care service and child play area and the staff their were excellent and its very helpful service.... Thanks for making our holiday an great experience more than what we expected..

Very disappointed with my stay there. Old hotel that need major renovation. Lots of problem such as sound proofing is so poor that you can hear everything from hallway and people talking next door. My room had problems with the sliding door to balcony and entrance door didn't close properly until I slam it. Bed was old spring bed. I can feel the spring pressing my ribs

Bed Bugs!!! Run down and and lots of maintenance issues. Too many bad experiences here to recount!

Will not be staying at this hotel or recommending to anyone.

Checkin is very stalled and slow. Didn't get into our room til 4pm.
Wifi is mostly unusable.
We are covered in bed bug bites and welts.
Maintenance issues include toilet breaking 3 times. Bedroom Doors not latching properly. Only 1 set of drawers in room and they were broken. Mice in room scattering around during the night.
Reception Staff are unwelcoming and Unhelpful.
Pool area very shady so Not enough sun and also not enough sun lounges.
Sand in front of pool access rooms is very annoying.
Donot stay here.

The hotel room gives a very nice view to the beach.

The hotel breakfast is quite varied, and lots of options available for every kind of eater.

Also, it is located in the heart of Denpasar. a very lively surrounding, with a fun, bustling vibe. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Loved the Stay. Just in the midst of happening area of Bali. Two minutes walk to beach. Variety of restaurants Continental, Indian you name it and is there just out side the hotel, with love music and dance. Plenty of spas with reasonable prices around to relax at the end of the day.

The hotel can be long, but the quality is maintained. The room is spacious, the lobby is spacious, the location is strategic, breakfast is okay, other facilities don't try.

Nice location but an old hotel that is in need of upgrades. The WiFi is unusable in the room and the TV is tiny. The shower water temperature cannot be adjusted and is often far too hot. The hotel is in a nice but very busy area so the rooms can also be quite loud at night. The A/C isn't that strong and only two bottles of water per day are included with the room. Personally I do not believe this hotel should have a 5 star rating... Maybe a 4, but a 3.5 would be more accurate.
The hotel pool is quite nice though and good for children.

- Screen employees, and the speed of their response and fulfillment of special requests
Breakfast is a large and varied buffet
We were welcomed with Fresh Juice and gave us a bowling coupon
Transportation to and from the airport is free of charge. They met us at the airport
- Rooms are good and spacious with balcony
The presence of a bidet in the bathroom
- Cleanliness is ok in the rooms

Hotel disadvantages:
- It is located in a vital area, which causes inconvenience from loud music to about 12 nights (the hotel in general is not quiet and noisy in all places) is not suitable for relaxation, but suitable for those who love noise and night life
- The hotel is old and dilapidated. Its construction was in the 1990s, and the furniture is very old and needs to be changed
The presence of some insects inside the rooms
There is no direct passage to Kuta Beach
- The presence of some dirt in the brushes (needs attention to hygiene more)
- Wi-Fi is very slow and weak
- The price is a little high

In general, the hotel is four stars, and it is beautiful and it is possible to experience living in it, due to its beautiful location and great services

Old hotel but clean and comfortable, location close to culinary shopping center

The biggest downside is this place is an old building. But everything inside the room is great. The breakfast is extraordinary, there are so many choices here. It's also located near kuta beach, only 3 minutes of walking, and you'll be in kuta beach. Final words: it's pleasant and comfortable to stay in this place.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel offers services such as travel and tour arrangements, foreign exchange, free WiFi, free shuttle service to and from the airport. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. The hotel needs a general maintenance and "look" upgrade.

Kuta Paradiso is a fairly well-known hotel with friendly and friendly employees.
The location is close to the airport and the beautiful beach tourism area of Kutanya with a friendly environment too.
Make sure you stay at this hotel, because the guarantee of price and quality is the main goal. Bravo kph.

Stayed hear many times now. Fantastic location, professional friendly staff, great food and beautiful rooms. The buffet breakfast is delicious and the waiting staff are brilliant, nothing and i mean nothing is too much trouble. The pool is beautiful, offering various pools to suit families with small children, teenagers and adults. Love the swim up bar and outstanding service from all staff. The rooms are everything you could want, clean, fresh, lovely views, air conditioned and some are very romantic. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance, great shopping in the mall or markets. The beach is just behind the Hotel. Can organise your tours, transportation and guides from the hotel. This place really has it all. Will continue to stay hear everytime we visit Kuta. If you find this review helpful please hit the thumbs up/like button

Awesome place. Very nice rooms and staff are very welcoming

We only needed a hotel for the day and wanted to make sure we chose a good one. Since we stayed at the Heritage Hotel not far from this hotel and the ratings were similar we booked it. BIG, BIG,BIG mistake!!! What should have been an easy 8h stay for about 120$USD ended up being a nightmare.
Air conditioning didn't work and we were given the run around... we were offered fans and they showed up with 1 for the last 3h of our 8h stay!!!
Then the free shuttle to the airport was not available although we called and asked the day before. The room was dirty and the washroom needs a lot of work. Checking in and out takes FOREVER!!! The problem is that at the other three hotels we stayed at while in Bali it took no time at all to check-in! So much hassle here by waiting in line for over 30min for check-in. Anyways, it could be because we were only booked for a night they couldn't care less about our experience but a major disappointment and waste of money. I honestly recommend the Heritage Hotel which is not far, in a much better location and their staff is amazing!!!

We got an upgraded room.. Hotel location was superb. Staff was very polite, friendly and welcoming. Very nice breakfast buffet. Pleasant stay. Good for families and couples.

Romantic suit room. It is a very old hotel and not generally stylish, but the rooms are clean and tidy. It was nice to decorate the room lovelyly and the rose deco was pretty. There are two terraces, one on one side. Hotel pool is relatively well.
