It was a beautiful hotel.
There is no problem with the water pressure in the shower. Water can not be collected from the floor of the shower room because drainage can not catch up.
We can eat breakfast well and are recommended.

Hotel airport shuttle bus, be sure to book, otherwise there will be no place. One wing has been refurbished, the other side is still, wifi replacement equipment, unstable, corridor pendant line, dark at night to be careful. Every day, the room is clean and tidy, the air is not cool, and the sleep will be hot and sweaty. The hose water is hot and hot, and it takes a while to get the frozen water out. There are not enough lights everywhere, the lobby is big, the swimming pool is more forced, you can play the ball, the water is very small, you can't get through. There are health rooms and children's areas. There is no access to the beach in the hotel and it is inconvenient to pass through the hotel lobby. The restaurant outside the restaurant is not cheap, the hotel group-style operation, it is recommended to go one more street, the price is relatively flat. Breakfast is rich, there is a food in different countries every day, stayed for five days, no difference. The hotel has a motorcycle rental, 100K yuan / day, 50K yuan / a cylinder, the quality is bad, bad lights, not worth it. 10K yuan / 1 outside, 3 full. To enter and exit the hotel, you must take a safe inspection and take care of the bottom of the car. The service fee is high. . . .

Friendly stuff, but rooms need to be improved. Rag furnitures in rooms, some rooms have bad smells, great breakfast but I don't like the smell of the oil or butter used for frying eggs. Good place and near to the beach.
Do not get your travel agents cheat you if they refer this to you as a 5 star hotel. It's not more than 2 stars. By that I mean no central AC. Leaking roof etc. service is good. Breakfast spread is nice. It's on beach. Free bicycle available to go to the beach.

Check in time pass the promised time given, room smells very bad like onion or something, dirty floor, dirty glasses, hairs on the bed. And yeah, like others review the security just stiff, u wont feel welcomed like any other hotel. Seriously the room smells bad even after i opened the window for a while it just keep coming back.
Great hotel with very friendly staff and a very relaxing pool area. Plenty of space for large families to have a swim or sit by the pool and take it all in. Comfortable rooms with a few small repairs that could be done but only minor. Delicious breakfast and meals as well as waiter staff always walking around the pool collecting dishes, collecting orders all with a smile on their face. Highly recommend for anyone planning on staying in Kuta. Also Pablo is great entertainment for pool activities...

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to the beach and in the heart of Kuta.
In an effort to save money we thought we d try this hotel based on its high ratings on multiple websites. After a week at a rocking hotel around the corner our expectations were reasonable as we knew we were downgrading to save money.
Upon arrival check in took 30 minutes in a non- air conditioned foyer. We were served by 3 staff members before we got our room keys, a simple process was very lengthy as one of our rooms wasn t ready due to a faulty door. No issue we went out for the day, upon our return the room was ready.
We then get to our rooms which were disappointing, our toilet didn t flush, front door didn t lock, the room smelt like mould and bathroom tiles had mould stains including in the bathtub.
Then comes bedtime.... the mattress was saggy and lumpy, if you sit on the edge of the bed you literally rolled in, it was almost funny how far in the dip dropped. As morning came, we woke to streams of light beaming through the shredded curtains.
Still trying to be positive, I go to make a coffee and open the tea box to find opened tea bags from previous guests as well as expired milk creamer from 2017!
I took the box to reception and they just simply said well tell housekeeping to be more clean next time .
Moving on to the kids club... which is nothing like the photos, it s old and outdated and desperately needs revamping, it smelt like wet mouldy carpet & toys were old and broken, but worst of all my 3 year old son found a broken metal pipe (I m thinking a kids chair leg) in the toy tub, it was sharp and rusty.
I complained to the hotel staff who said they ll get maintenance to check it out . No apologies no concern for the kids safety they didn t seem concerned at all which made it worse.
Positives: Great location, the best part of the hotel.
Also the pool was nice & clean with great food service & afternoon games like bingo.
Breakfast was average but had most items to cater for all nationals from aussies to Chinese etc which was good.
Overall this hotel is in desperate need of a full refurbishment, new decor, new bedding and improvement on staff service. This hotel is a 1-2 star with misleading photos on the internet. Ok for a basic cheap stay - don t expect a 4 star hotel as you ll be greatly disappointed when you get there!

The hotel is old enough but very strategic. Near kuta beach and famous place in Bali. The view is kuta beach. Love the swimming pool.
Stayed here for two weeks and the stay was average. Not up to standards for a five star hotel and the money we paid for the hotel also. We requested a pool view room but got a room on the opposite side next to loud construction noises. So we asked to be moved, which the hotel staff were very good and gave us a pool view and a nice room. They are smaller then I thought though and could be better updated more but was better then our last room. We also requested a late check out but that too we couldn't get as apparently they need us out by midday for other guests and our flight wasn't until 10:40pm at night. The buffet breakfast was not as good as I thought it was. We got given food vouchers at the start of our stay and asked if it could be used for the breakfast and they said yes but when we got there we couldn't. Could find a better breakfast place down the road. We also ordered room service food one night and the lady never gave us back our change. Overall, the staff are nice and the rooms are ok. Wouldn't pay the money we did for it though. Pool area is good also.
For the family room, it's really nice ... especially the swimming pool. Really good, you know, keep going where you want to go. Because it's located near the mole, the beach, where to eat ... it's just that the place is rather dimly lit ...
Ok if your happy to shower in salt water didnt realize as you use bottled water all the time. We couldn't under stand why our soaP would not lather. The music till midnight is not a problem and it's well located just the same. Breakie was great. Huge choice.

Strategic location on a side street but not noisy until the room, near the mall dicovery, there is a translucent road to the beach through the art market which is quite close to walking distance. The room is spacious and clean, the deluxe type has a bathtub. I like the pool the most. There is a kids club for kids
The hotel is old, yes, there are some things that look worn out. But it's clean. The service is also okay. When I was there, the room I ordered, was placed with someone. But immediately replaced with a nicer room, at no extra cost. Only breakfast is less variation.
Nice hotel in the center of Kuta just in the main road surrounding by all of tourist facilities even a shopping mall. The breakfast is excellent beside they have two restaurant and bar on the road side. Very recommends for family it s very comfortable for children and senior citizens

Very old hotel but still has a certain level, behind is kuta beach, less than 3 minutes walk
4 rooms in 7 days. All had shabby damaged furnishing. Poorly maintained. Very upset and our holiday ruined. Never a 5 star hotel more like a 2 star. Needs full refurbishment and money spending on new furniture and decorations. Staff where excellent and helped us in making the rest of our stay pleasant.I would like to say to the owners of this hotel they should be ashamed allowing guests to put up with the shabby badly maintained rooms,. Spend some money and give your customers the standards they expect from a 5 star hotel. I wish i could have contacted you direct but no one would give me your company name or owners address. Will not never visit this hotel again its terrible the state of the rooms. If you read this review please don't dismiss it like some of the reviews i read I give it the benefit of the doubt. But i am telling you if you read this try somewhere else. I will be looking to see if this review is posted. To the owners listen to your guests complaints as they true. Believe me only that I had paid in advance i would have been out this hotel in a flash. Much better hotels cheaper than this one and far better. Try the Fabris...

Hotel is dated and rooms are in bad need of an upgrade on almost all accounts. If you want wifi or internet at all, DO NOT stay here... Breakfast/location are good but nothing better than what you can find at any of the surrounding hotels or resorts.
Centrally placed with access to restaurants and shopping in the vicinity. Great breakfast. Was in for 4 nights. All room fittings work but rooms can do with a facelift if it is to feel like a four star property. Furniture chipped and room lighting is dim. Still, a pretty comfortable stay.
I m quite disappointed to this hotel. Because Of the UNFRIENDLY & DISRESPECTFUL STAFF in the breakfast restaurant. Maybe they should ask if the customer are finished eating not just pick up the plate without permission. Please Kuta Paradiso, hope the management respon this and improved their service and attitude to a customer.
