the rooms are quite clean, the location is very strategic, the price is quite cheap

Strategic location, even though the hotel has also been able to enjoy a holiday. Suitable for family vacations and also for office meetings. Good service, OK

The staff is friendly,
Airport pick-up, medical clinic (very little emergency medicine) and breakfast service were satisfactory. Especially good restaurants and shopping around the hotel.

Kuta Paradiso is a great place to stay. The downside is the breakfast which needs to be improved. Rooms were clean, staff friendly.

The hotel is decent in appearance and may need some renovation. However, the service is phenomenal. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Room is comfortable and spacious. Breakfast buffet is diverse and great. Location is near lots of restaurants, souvenir shops and the Kuta Beach.

It's old. It is very different from the picture. But in the center of Kuta, it is very convenient to walk to shopping, dining and water park.

I love the place as because of its quiet, relaxing and old vibe except for those people who banged their doors or pushed their furniture at a very wee hours in the morning that made me awake. Also, the breakfast buffet is quite good, I enjoyed it. I enjoyed the pool as well although it's not really that big. One thing that I think needs to be done with the place is to upgrade and do maintenance with some of their fail though especially the heater in the toilet and the toilet bowl itself as it stinks, I think maybe it's already quite old.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay there, the staff were very accommodating and helpful and the hotel's location is really fantastic! It's really close to the airport, to the beach and lots of restaurants around. You can just walk around and it's safe!

A good economy hotel with many amenties inside ,very near to famous Kuta beach,Legian Street,Hard rock Cafe,Watersports park .

Strategic place near the beach, near the culinary center, near the mall, near the center of different children, clean rooms, good food, just to check in we have to be patient because it is quite long, I check in from 1 o'clock can enter the room until 3 o'clock ..

5 star loby 1 star hotel. Old and dingy first time staying here and definitely last time staying here . Would not recommend to anyone

Stayed at the Paradiso for 9 nights, room was clean & comfortable pool was awesome, huge buffet breakfast with a great choice of food.The staff were fantastic & always there to help. Great location & lots of places to eat, walking distance to shopping centre & waterbomb park. I can't fault the Paradiso Hotel & we will definitely be back.

Not much messy and too old hotel. I don't want furniture again.

There is no way this is a 5 Star hotel, it s not even a 4 Star! The hotel could do with a total refurbishment. It looks very tired.
All the staff were lovely & very helpful. Our room was cleaned every day and I think the bed sheets were changed everyday too. Breakfast was nice. Hotel provides free transport to and from the airport which is a plus. The gym and Spa facilities are very good.

I have no idea about this Hotel but what i like is they have a office for Garuda Indonesia,so you don't have to go far to complain something good job GARUDA INDONESIA but the customer service at this time a bit slower than nomal day overall good.

I stayed for 3 nights.
The buffet breakfast was excellent with pancake and fresh vegetables and fruits were at ease. We also had traditional Balinese food!
The room is also clean and clean properly every day, and the feeling of customer service was very good
Room had shower and bathtub & shower and was convenient. It was common to use mineral water for brushing teeth, etc. because the water quality was not very good, but it was comfortable because two bottles of mineral water were given each day.
As pool was beautiful and was able to enjoy, it is five stars
I got along with the hotel's own taxi driver and had you show the sights for two days, and it was a great satisfaction GW!

For 5 stars hotel, you could find a lot of better choices in Bali.

Great location, clean room but needs a makeover. Beautiful breakfast but they are renovating pool area at the moment and the noise was terrible. Drilling and banging all day. And if you lose your room card they charge you 150k

We truly loved staying at this hotel. We book through Traveloka with a pool-view Delux room, the hotel send to pick-up us from the airport.
Staff are very friendly and smiling. Pool area is very magnificent. Breakfast is awesome with many varieties and so much to choose from. Location is perfect and near the Kuta beach.

Overall good hotel and good hygene but the building is rather old. The worst is the wifi, it disconnects randomly many times every few minutes and keep asking for relogin and it such a big down for the whole hotel experience.

Paradiso Kuta hotel is very strategic everywhere ... near Pasar Seni ... near the mall ... near places to eat and don't forget to also close to Kuta Beach

Stayed a total of 6 nights - staff were great, rooms were very out dated. Music was played in the lobby extremely loud from 6.30am till 11pm - staff were unable to lower the volume even after being asked. Great central location.

The service of the officer is very good, the rooms are comfortable, the food is lacking (maybe adjusting to the tongue of foreign tourists), the hotel is quite spooky at night

Great location and might i say a fabulous breakfast

The staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful, after our booking agents middle person cancelled our booking, instead of changing it.
We ended up staying at the hotel, and paying cash. Recouping our money from the booking agent later. The staff couldn't do enough for us, on so many levels.
Wouldn't hesitate in staying at the hotel again, but will never use the booking agent again.

In the middle of city: near airport, market, Indian restaurant and beach. However, it is so close to everything it's difficult to move here in taxi because there is too much traffic.

Hotel was nice but they get you on extras. They wanted 500,000 (50 aud) per day for a hideaway bed.
