Pros: spacious rooms, good facilities, near shopping malls, beach.
Cons: dated rooms, breakfast were so so.

Cozy hotel at a reasonable price. In Europe it would have one less star. Very good location, close to all the main Kuta trade. About 10 minutes from the international airport. Booking through the net (Booking type) is cheaper than direct with the hotel and on certain occasions the difference is significant. Good breakfast.

Hotel is very old never been upgraded, not a 5 star hotel more 3 star still good hotel but they charge like 5 star

Old-fashioned hotel ... nice (including servicing) and clean but lacking maintenance (door paint, rusty shower hinges, windows, korridor), the towels are a bit runny still being used n many electrical appliances lack function, good food but standard for 4 star hotels

hotel tua namun masih sangat bagus. kamarnya luas ada balkon. but the indonesian food for breakfast was not really good for indonesian. the taste was just so so. i really like this hotel. there is a grave behind this hotel

Love the lagoon style, swim up bar, poolside activities, great selection for buffet breakfast. Few issues with toilets but was happily and quickly rectified. Quick walk to dept shops, food outlets, marjets and beach directly at back of hotel.

The rooms are good, although it looks like an old building ... the food is super delicious ... close to Kuta beach and Kuta art market

I don't recommend it for any one .. unprofessional staff and not cleaned room.. I was very disappointed.

As a firm entrance of security, we received a welcome drink, sweets in front. The fourth floor has stayed on the 5th floor of the hotel that does not exist. Neat little room, bath, shower, toilet and small veranda was comfortable. Shower is weakened a little, tight doors and windows to the bathroom was a bad little inconvenient. Had better hotels in Bali. Staff is not very friendly and the entire hotel appears old, the walls and rooms look like they'd need some renovation work done. Also the place is very noisy. Pool area is nice though, therefore two stars and not only one.

We had a Great stay in Kuta Paradiso from 8th to 10th Oct 2018..The comfort and help extended by the friendly staff made our stay in Bali a Wonderful Experience...The staff of Merry travels were equally friendly & they provided us with a lady driver Novi, without us even asking for one..
The breakfast buffet was Amazing & the room was Great..If I ever go to Bali again I'll stay only at the Kuta Paradiso.

The facilities are ok, the service is decent, the rooms are quite comfortable and there is balcon cleanliness ok

I left $600 in my hotel room and the staff were unhelpful with giving it back so I assume the cleaners took it for themself and I ve had no help at all in any of this and now lost $600

The hotel was large but outdated. It has once been brilliant and quite concise. In the center of Kuta. Service staff is smiling and smiling. Breakfast is rich.

The shower outlet in the bath is clogged up.

Breakfast is on the first floor from 7am.
The taste and type are normal.
The best recommendation is papaya (laughs)

1. I really like the swimming pool. Because the view is very interesting.
2. The food and drinks here are delicious and varied.
3. The location is very close to the beautiful Kuta Beach.

Nice breakfast ,they change almost all menu everyday , I stayed at room 225 its noisy because there is life music from cafe next to hotel, so do not choose this room if you need good rest

Really enjoyed this hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms large and clean. Only downside was no power point in bathroom or next to beds so had to do hair and charge phones at the desk in the room. Pools were awesome. Breakfast buffet had a great range and was delicious. Staff were very accommodating and location was very central. Would stay here again.

Good place.It is centrally located.Breakfast menu doesnt cater to indians.Rooms need to b refurnished as curtains were too old & torn.Friendly n helpful staff.

for a 5 star breakfast it's not good, the waitress and receptionist swear ugly this is a beautiful hotel.

The rooms are so outdated, smelt of sewage at times, dirty, towels and bed linen stained.
Some staff were friendly and could speak English.
Will never stay here again especially for the price.

Good hotel at bargain rates at the center of kuta. They offer free airport transfers and day tours at affordable prices. Very near to water boom Bali and offer discount tickets as well in hotel. The hotel room and construction is old, but like any beach resort, it's maintained well.

The breakfast is good, If you prebook they can offer Indian breakfast as well.

This is my choice of hotels. Its older however very reliable and great staff, all the way from chef, waiter, manager, servers, grounds, security. This is my choice every time. Type Only4you for better discounts. This is a great place.

Hotel need some upgrades, it s a five star hotel years ago not today. In general it was a lovely stay
