Hotel very old and tired needs updating paint peeling, linen not very clean, gap in patio door letting in mosquitoes, wifi non existent, mattress very dirty, staff great

An offer for a slightly more expensive room.
Front above kitchen restaurants, smelly and noise.

Look forward to have better experiences of the hotel's service on my next visit.

Nazif bsh Shoui Old Abashrk Yabnono building Yid and large and when I lived, the hotel has received a full role Yasson has a comprehensive update means after a year with a lot Tkkloo God and have a reservation and have a very beautiful and close to the sea and the market and everything

Perfect in every way from check in to room ,breakfast is fantastic and the pool out of this world big thumbs up from me

Fun place in the ballroom suitable for wedding meetings and so on

Nice hotel. Rooms are comfortable, pool area is relaxing and the breakfast buffet is really good. It is starting to look a little dated though and could use a bit of a renovation but overall a good hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms on the internet are new and clean-looking. This is not what we got and the manager did not care as we has paid already.

Very well organised, Friendly staff and always willing to assist with trips around Bali. Down side is that the Local Beer (Bintang) is too expensive for my liking and the staff dose not fully understand English. But futher on it is well worth a 5 star!

5-star hotel that has never changed in the standard of service to customers since it first visited 10 years ago ... friendly service from arrival to return ... complete airline / airlines offices are available to be able to do city check-in abundant with good taste with cleanliness and tidiness in the presentation ... has a door to go directly to the beach, access to food sales places on Jl Kartika ...

A 5 * hotel 20 years ago. Poor Wi-Fi, light switches with many stories on it ... Urge to renovate rooms.

The hall is beautiful and is in the center of Kits, great if it is to stay and not move from the area.

Worst hotel experience of my life. The resort is nowhere as good as the pictures. Very busy kuta location, no sense of security at all despite the airport security-like gate at the entrance, dirty outdated room, bad smell coming from the toilet, we had a bug flying in our room during the night. Breakfast is absolutely terrible, no fresh food, I don t know who makes their pastries but they are not good at all. This is not a five star hotel, not even a 2 star. Please be aware of this.

An old hotel, the room should have been ready for 2pm. It was ready at 3:30pm. The personnel is kind.

Good location, delicious breakfast, rich toiletries, fair price, the only thing that is afraid of noisy, choose the quiet side, we are okay, it s okay, it s quite satisfactory, the hotel looks at the year, the hardware needs to do something.

Traffic locations that are not very crowded are not noisy, make the atmosphere comfortable ..

Considering it is a 5 star hotel I am only giving it a 4-star for its overall look, feel and facilities.

Everything is good ,staff was helping , room was good pools and everything was really nice. Except one thing.. we stayed there for 4 days and have breakfast included. For the four days the menu for the breakfast was same and that is something unsatisfied.

the hallway to his room was dark. the fitness center is quite complete, the swimming pool is nice

Big hotel with nice pool. The hotel is big and very well managed. They do not have beach front but have direct access to the public beach.

Pool with volleyball set up is great fun. Cocktails reasonably priced and very close to shopping malls and restaurants.

I went to the Garuda office which is located inside the hotel building. I saw that all the fish in your pond was starving. It looks like you have not fed the fish properly during the corona crisis. Please look after the fish better...

this place just could not get any better.. my second visit and still loving it... wait for the third one...

Breakfast quality and varied, the room well decorated, spacious, clean, and the hotel itself there is nothing wrong. Beautiful quality of service, with the reception that should still review its methods from customers who are average and wacky (turn our room before we leave). The staff in the morning is smiling, helpful; Around the pool, in the lobby, the security agents are top and always in a good mood ... Regarding the neighborhood, it is alive, a lot of restaurants, shops .. the beach is 3 minutes walk. You have to like to walk, you can discover a lot of nice and varied places. After the rest there would be too much to say and not that positive and soft like this hotel My mother was there a few years ago and had painted me an idyllic picture of the neighborhood, population, country .. but as head destination fashionable with mass tourism and good quality and honest people are scarce. So just a small recommendation: do not change your money in all the small booths that offer attractive exchange rates saying no commission .. they have a storefront, seem honest but proceed illegally and try to steal you. Vigilance with me it did not work because I saw the carousel .. You have to go a little further in those that look like banks, with wicket and received at the end, they offer real rates, certainly not inflated but you will have the reality and no need to recount 3 times Aahh and Zen, walk around the corner vs will be solicited by the so-called masseuses and honked by taxis at least a good twenty times ...

Good breakfast and super location. Nice fitness room. Very noisy from night spots at night, so you can't choose this hotel if you have sleep problems. Perfectly decent pool and spa. Just a restaurant but many eateries close to the hotel.

Service was amazing with free airport pickup and drop off, free breakfast and complimentary spa. Needs bit more TLC to the property and it requires some maintenance... nothing major but you can see the property starting to show its age... located just about 10-15 minutes from airport

Stayed here for 8 nights with a huge group 30 people all up including children. The staff were nice especially at the pool but the prices are a joke for alcohol we just snuck it in and enjoyed ourselves got told of a few times but for the money we payed to stay I didn t listen and kept drinking. It s a little outdated but in a great position. The breakfast was nice but always the same but that was free so no complaints
Overall we enjoyed it and will probably stay again
