Security don't have attitude! Very bad attitude! please be nice if guest come to this hotel.

Really disappointed in our stay, the only thing going for this hotel is the location. The staff are mostly trainees and if not they are rude. Never stay in Room 501, you have lift noise, it stinks of mould, the air conditioning is smelly and noisy also every night a pump comes on above your room on the roof at 9.30 for 15 minutes and it is so noisy. The bed is really grotty and most of the lounges around the hotel are the same. The breakfast is very repetitive and always cold, except for the egg station. The hotel food was well priced and lovely, but the beer is never cold. We had staff enter our room at 9.45 at night with no knocking just barged in, then called security and was told he had the wrong room, when questioned why he still didn't knock they could not give us an answer. Was woken at 7.00am by staff phoning, they had the wrong room, our room was never cleaned until 3.00pm each day and the hotel was lucky to be at 10% capacity. NOT HAPPY would not recommend.

Rubbish place not 5 star. The only people who have rated this place highly must be their own staff. Believe me much better places to stay.

Breakfast is not varied for the size of a five star hotel, the food served is almost no protein and tends to be the same every day. The first and second days we were still trying to eat, the next day we were looking for a meal outside by eating tofu eggplant egg tempe every day. I was asked to review it was the same as a waiter, and the answer was because occupancy was low and the variety of food was reduced (we pay it in full, don't use the disc, so there is no reason). Every day I eat eggplant and egg tempeh in a five-star hotel), staying here makes me think again to take this hotel for the future.

Very quiet at the moment but an impressive hotel all the same.

So nicely place, really suitable stay here not far from the beach, the location is convenient and strategic, the view was champions

5-star hotel with full service, good breakfast, close to Kuta beach, crowded nights so it's nice to take a vacation ..

Only downside is having 2 rooms side by side that dont interconnect :( could be very concerning if you have young children. Pool is beautiful. Staff are friendly. Amazing food.

Looks like a big convention hotel in Las Vegas. A tired version. Peeling paint, old sinks, clean but a faded glory. The staff is friendly.

Probably one of the most beautiful hotels in Kuta. Staff are friendly and smiling, efficient and patient with guests. One of the best in Asia.

The hotel has a couple of bad rooms in basement and usually those rooms no body like has no view so be careful

Strategic place ... near where. Where. Only hotels need rejuvenation, whether it's paint or something so it doesn't look old-fashioned and spooky. Don't lose to new hotels around it.

5 star hotel, have an access to the beach, there are alot of airlines office, travel agents, taxi services in the hotel lobby.

I haven't stayed. I rented only a room until the departure of the plane. There is a Garuda Indonesia Airlines counter and you can check in your plane. Hotel class is a business hotel class in Japan. It looks like an old hotel. The location is nice. There is a beach nearby and there are many restaurants, so the location is good for sightseeing. There is wifi, but the radio wave is weak and there is no security.

Also used for a time break to the plane. This time I stayed after upgrading my room. Because the location is good, shops and beaches to shop around are also close. Because the airport is near, it is safe.

The place is good. Make the holiday the same as family. Comfortable.
If and when the crowd arrives again, forget to stay in Kuta Paradiso hotel

Really grand hotel located in the main area
As soon as you enter the lobby you welcomed with a massive water fall, really refreshing
They offered us a welcome drink which was amazing
Cool keys they have got, they are old school but they are unique
Really liked the room and bathroom was amazing
All the furniture and electronics was a bit old fashioned but absolutely nothing wrong with them
Everything is up to quality of a 5 star
Breakfast was a bit on the average side but they had a lot of varieties to choose from..
I found it to be on the slow side with the service for eggs and stuff, they could do with a bit of improvement
But our overall stay was amazing
Wouldn t mind staying there again as it was fairly priced

This hotel is very strategically located on Kuta beach on the side and front of the hotel where there are many eating places. Indeed there is no direct access to the beach, but this fairly old hotel has clean and well-maintained rooms especially the breakfast which is so complete, as well as a swimming pool, you can also relax while listening to music at night.

Nice place..Classy and comfortable. They service is also very good. from the first i come alone was immediately served welcome drink and 1 piece of cold towel to provide relaxation because of exposure to the sun. And u know what..??the pool is also cool..lots of categories. just recomended for u all guys to find the hotel and holidat at Bali

This hotel is a SCAM!
It doesn't deserve 5 stars!

Staff cold and not smiling, no staff to carry the luggage! We have to fend for ourselves.

In addition, around the pool the staff only sell the bar drinks with 15% tax!

Swimming pool in the shade, currently there is construction so a lot of noise.

Finally no access to the beach!
Only positive point is the breakfast.

It's very comfortable staying here so close to the beach. Close to dining and culinary bajyak once bali and bars around the hotel

The facilities are old, dark and rooms are uncomfortable to me. The robby is big and clean, but that is all. And the location is not good enough too.

The lighting in the room was bad (not bright enough) but the breakfast was great...!!!

We stayed at the Kota Paradiso Hotel for about 7 days. The hotel is very old and it needs to be renovated. The strategic location of the hotel has good access to the beach and market, and Waterbom (Park Blue). But according to other hotels we have visited in other countries, this 5-star hotel can not be booked. Breakfast is medium to high and covers all tastes. Thank you for the friendly and respectful treatment of the hotel staff

Hotel is old and does not renovate. Price wise it's very cheap and very good location in the center of Kuta. Walking distance to popular tourist location.

Lovely Hotel,friendly staff, food was good could not complain about anything. would go back again. thank you for a lovely time it was 10 years since we last went to Bali.
