Unfortunately, so many people were allowed in that despite Corona, you were totally on your feet!
The park was so full that you had to queue for over an hour to get something to eat or drink and that in the blazing sun ... Parasols would be more than appropriate here!
The bird of prey show was canceled, the tourist train too and the tour in the back of the birds was blocked, the feed machines to feed the animals were off, the attractions could not be driven because they were up to the food truck at the lake.
We wouldn't go there again.
All of this made our Sunday a total failure !!!

We were there with three children. 5.7 and 9 years old.
All three were delighted.
The two toboggan runs and the large chain carousel were the sensation.
But also the playgrounds and the giant slides were pure fun.
The children also found the animal enclosure interesting.

A very beautiful park with several small attractions (giant slides, cable car, summer toboggan run, ..) a huge playground for all ages and animals. Pleasant: if you go the big round, it will also be much quieter on visiting days when you are away from the attractions.
Many trees provide valuable shade. In my opinion, best for children from 3 to 14 years.

Absolute insider tip with great fun factor, especially for the kids. Attentive staff and the corona rules are friendly but definitely respected. Also disinfect the rides after each one! Usage is great

Were there today. In winter, pretty bleak. Wildlife Park disappointing.
Every regional wildlife park without entry is more exciting. Probably only a method with almost zero effort in winter still relatively much to collect admission, probably good profit margin. Forest walk is also free elsewhere.

Very child-friendly and lots of shade. Especially perfect in the heat.
I was there for the first time today with my family. At first I was irritated by the bad comments here. But from my point of view the park is worth it.
I look forward to the next time.

A beautiful park, very suitable for children. The entrance fees are also reasonable, many interesting attractions. Particularly noteworthy is the birds of prey show.
However, there is a star deduction for the rabbit cage. The keeping of the animals is miserable, it smells terribly of feces. No wonder when you look into the cages and the animals have to sit in their own droppings, which litter the entire floor of the cage. Here you should urgently clean much more often and more thoroughly!

We were there on Wednesday, August 5th, 2020 around 11 a.m., almost all 3 parking spaces were full and you stood across the parking lot to queue at the cash register. The admission took less than 30 minutes, however, less than we expected after the first look at the queue.

The park is really beautiful, in good condition and tidy.

It offers many varied attractions for the kids. Whether slides, summer toboggan run, pedal boats, clowns or puppet theater. But you have to queue for up to 1 hour everywhere because there were just too many people in the park.

The playground is absolutely beautiful and really offers something for the little ones.

BUT it is no longer a wildlife park at least at the moment. Because we didn't see any animals and you couldn't buy food either.

Here is the list:

- Bunnies
- Raccoons: nocturnal so not visible
- Valley of the fallow deer completely empty no animals to be seen, not even in the forest
- Birds of prey: There is no air show and neither are birds to be seen
- Wild boars
- Wolves: no feeding and the wolves were very far from the fence, the kids did not see them
- Lynx
- Valley of the black and white deer completely empty no animals to be seen, not even in the forest
-Water game: no ducks or swans, the pond was empty except for the koi
- Ibex enclosure completely empty no animals to be seen, not even in the forest
- Donkey
- Sheep and goat (not at the entrance) completely empty no animals to be seen, not even in the forest
- Deer enclosure completely empty no animals to be seen, not even in the forest

The fact is we walked ALL paths comfortably but saw absolutely no wildlife.

There is a lot on offer, but everything involves long waiting times and for 40 euros it was a very expensive walk with a visit to the playground.

The Kurpfalz Park is exactly the right park to spend a nice cozy family day in nature. Nice circular routes to go for a walk. Enough space to have a nice picnic. A bobsled run. A super great big children's playground (where we adults had fun too: D) BUT I only give two stars because the keeping of the animals leaves something to be desired :( If beautiful animals in captivity then please at least species-appropriate. We were all day in the park and you haven't even seen a zoo keeper anywhere.
The enclosure of the Luxe is nicely laid out but MUCH too small. The enclosures for the donkeys and ponies were totally dirty and the fur of the animals didn't look any better, totally dirty and sticky. At the raccoon enclosure I was totally shocked :( The enclosure is of course much too small and totally dirty. In the water there were rotten frogs, paper, plastic, money and so on ... The raccoon huts were neither with straw nor laid out with anything else.
Some of the animals have great, large and clean enclosures (the wolves, for example) the other part of the animals is so poorly kept. Unfortunately, I cannot and will not understand that. The park offers enough space to provide a large enclosure for each animal. In my opinion, the animals should be better looked after. That's it from my side too

Very nice park

Very nice park
Good area
Ideal for children
Corona fearful rabbits are welcome to stay at home

We were there on Monday and were more than disappointed. We had over an hour's drive behind us, unfortunately the way was in vain. According to the Internet, everything in the park would have been open (attractions), but unfortunately that was not the case. Only the playground was open, there was a huge crowd of people, of course we didn't want to go there with the children, there was hardly any distance in the entire park. The disappointment was really great .. Too bad! At least that could have been announced on the homepage .. :-(

Nice park, great well-kept playgrounds with a few "rides" in between, for us a good mix and enough, plus the game enclosures and everything in the Palatinate Forest. There are many picnic opportunities, not as commercialized as other parks, we really like that here. In addition, rest in front of the cell phone

Great park in the middle of the forest. Barbecue huts for rent. Bird of prey show. Puppet theater.

Per:
+ great location in the middle of the forest
+ no exotic ones!
+ large parking lot
+ cheap admission
+ beautiful attractions such as summer toboggan run, giant slide, pedal boat, cable car, bumper boat, climbing playgrounds
+ clean facility
+ Kiosk prices okay, the quality of the food is good
+ great animal enclosures
+ Bird of prey show
+ Puppet theater for the little ones
+ more zoo than amusement park
+ Some animals are very trusting (donkeys and ponies)
+ large open deer area for hiking
+ you can rent barbecue huts (reservation required!)

Neutral:
o You have to be able to walk well, the way from the parking lot "up" to the park can be a bit difficult for older or disabled people.

Cons:
/

Conclusion:
Always a great experience. The well-tended grounds are fun, you don't have that strange feeling in your stomach like in a zoo. The toboggan run is great, as are the climbing playgrounds. A visit is definitely worth it!
Very nice park for the Sunday outing

It was very nice there with my family
But it would take 30 minutes for the toboggan run. Queue
The box boats were very difficult to control

Beautiful animal and amusement park, also for adults, for example, the coaster and the summer toboggan run are fun. Also nice for walking through the forest past the enclosures. Unfortunately, Corona outdoor enclosures with birds of prey closed otherwise good

Have fun for young and old in the middle of the Palatinate Forest. Nice attractions, especially the toboggan runs and the fantastic playground with a very large climbing house. The offer is rounded off by the many wild animals that can be observed, including wolves and birds of prey.

It is not an amusement park in the classical sense because the supply of rides is rather low. For families with smaller children it is perfect. There are animals, slides and summer toboggan runs. Since it was located in the forest, the air was incredibly refreshing.

A very nice amusement and animal park for families with children from 2 years. Playgrounds for all ages with loads of play equipment. A dream for the kids ...

The bird of prey air show was very interesting and exciting. The puppet theater was designed to be attractive and fun for all children.

The slides and bobsleigh runs are the icing on the cake ...

We had a lot of fun and would love to come back.

A great experience for young and old.

You can stay here all day long.
In the restaurant Rotsteig you can enjoy delicious Palatine dishes.

A little outdated but charming family park. Children love giant slides and the summer toboggan run. I only put 2 * because I find it sad that some animals in the park are not treated very better: the wolf enclosure is really too small and we were shocked to find raptors tied to a very short rope in the middle Sun . How can we treat living things like this! For a country like Germany which advocates respect for animals, this is not glorious. It seems to me urgent to remedy this.

We were there today, Monday, for the first time. Despite the holiday season and many visitors, the park was not crowded. Everything is distributed in the spacious area. The grounds and rides are very well maintained. There are plenty of places to rest and have a nice picnic. The playgrounds are large and provide appropriate equipment for all ages. The puppet theater for the minis is nice and entertaining. HIGHLIGHTs are of course the toboggan runs. Also for the big kids !! There are animals and plenty of space to walk. All included in the entrance fee. Only pet food and the children's bikes cost extra.
The snacks are delicious. Sausage and fries at normal prices. Ice and drinks are also available. If you can not do without healthy food, you bring something to yourself. The toilets are clean and there are rubbish bins at all corners. Top! Free parking is available. If you are looking for an amusement park with many attractions, do not go here. If you want to spend a few nice hours in the nature, combined with varied play opportunities for the children, is in good hands here.

Very beautiful park with unlimited play areas and for all tastes, small animal parks, small shows and a few attractions ... on the other hand, catering is expensive and of poor quality.

Nice little theme park for kids.

Nice little theme park for kids.
Disappointing were the changing possibilities as well as the comfort. Unfortunately, even in the motorcycles once again a euro for 2 minutes driving time cashed. Sounds optimized. Partly a bit older but you can see it is always invested again.
Otherwise everything was fine
