A really, really nice park for families with children. It is not an amusement park like the Holidaypark is, for example, but really more geared towards children up to the early teenage years. However, they are excellently employed there with spacious and well-divided playgrounds and smaller rides. There is a lot of seating and barbecue areas. A few wild animals to look at and now and then also feedings and a bird of prey show. Everything a bit limited during corona times, but still worth a day trip. The only drawback, in our opinion, was the culinary offer, with rather overpriced, not so delicious fries and sausages, the friendly staff in the park still lifted the stairs a lot. But the rest, the look / design and proper cleanliness are overlooked. Especially since, as already mentioned, you can prepare and eat your own food that you have brought with you.
I am already looking forward to further visits to the Kurpfalzpark. Even in bad weather, no problem, but still look good

In addition to the zoo and the very good bird of prey show, pedal boats, chain carousel and a large playground can be found here two summer toboggan runs. One drives on rails, the other like a normal summer toboggan run in a tub. The track is very long. You can drive here as long as you want. The ticket price alone is worth it, bearing in mind what single trips usually cost on summer toboggan runs. But you should explain to children exactly how driving works. You have to accelerate and brake yourself. Full attention is important, so you do not drive up slowly moving people. We have already seen a child who crashed into the train station without any brakes and had a bad head injury. Anyone who is afraid to fly out of the bend should only take the train on rails. She also drives in the rain. However, the train in the tub must stop driving in the rain. There is free parking in front of the park entrance as well as larger, also free parking on the highway. They are signposted. From early November to mid-April, the rides are closed and only the wildlife park is open. Some of the rides are closed in October even during the week. Exact times are available on the website.

Admission for adults too expensive. Except for the toboggan runs there is nothing for adults here. For children the offer is good. That's why I do not understand the high prices for the adults.

Food is misspellable, Currywurst, Bratwurst, Pommes - Done! And the sausage was cold too. At the entrance there is a restaurant, 19.90 for the daily meal .....

The playground is huge and a highlight.

For my son (4 years old) the park was absolutely perfect. The rides and shows are really recommended. The toilet facilities were clean and the prices for an ice cream or a currywurst are reasonable. We would love to come back.

The adult entrance fee is way way too expensive. Adults don't get much out of the park. So really overpriced. The chained birds such as B. eagles and owls is terrible. That must be banned. These two things meet and the park is a super children's paradise.

Great park with wildlife, two summer toboggan runs, adventure slides, two really huge game towers, kine playgrounds, chain carousel. Due to the constant heavy rush of toboggan runs, job opportunities for children would be great. The food portions are manageable. Animal feed available for one Euro. Parking is possible in the immediate vicinity. Strong gradients and gradients. People with wheelchairs need support here. Free admission for children under four years only with proof of age, otherwise 14 Euro entrance fee.

We love to come to this beautiful place! We like the combination: a lot of nature around it (beautiful Palatinate!), Professional birds of prey show and amusement park offers. Since the Palatinate Park is manageable, you can sometimes even go to the big children by appointment where you go, you will not get lost. That would be difficult in large amusement parks. Nevertheless, you have enough opportunities to spend a whole day there.
We have already seen some birds of prey show in Germany / Austria. This time, a very nice Dutchman has made the show. He was very informative, brought a lot of humor and included the audience nicely. All around great! A thousand thanks for this particularly great part in the Palatinate Park!
We are looking forward to the next time!

Was better.
We went there to see the wild animals but there were none. Only the goats, rabbits, raccoons, lynxes and wolves could be seen. Deer and deer none. Only 2 empty yawning otherwise in the enclosure. Very disappointing.

Very nice ... leave nature ... aaa but a lot of wasps :( no matter where you were. That was very annoying. Despite caution, both children were stung :( Help from the staff immediately, that was great. But the real fun factor was gone by the constant intrusive attacks of these animals. What a shame! We will try our luck next time in not so nice weather;)

Great park for kids of all ages! There are a few wild animals in spacious enclosures (e.g. wolves, wild boars, lynxes), a great bird of prey show, many rides, a great summer toboggan run, a huge playground with a toddler area and much more! Only the food offer in the snack bars is pretty poor .. but quite cheap. The admission price of 16 per adult is already quite high, but with what is offered for it, really ok. We got the annual pass right away and will come more often now!

For families an unqualified recommendation. Very clean and well maintained park. All attractions included and new! Despite hundreds of thousands of uses neither worn nor old. Worth every penny, a wonderful oasis of recreation for adults, as the children can let off steam completely detached.

A beautiful nature park with varied opportunities to spend time. The staff is friendly and helpful. This facility has a large number of parking spaces and can also be reached by public transport. Small meals and drinks are offered, but you can also cater for yourself and use the many places to have a picnic. Successful all round.

Has not changed much over the years. The maze, which on my last visit consisted almost entirely of bars, is well overgrown. There is also a new railway that was built next to the old one. There used to be raccoons where remote control boats used to be.

Super park, you can take a cruise and there are animals too. An all-day program if you go with kids because there are plenty of playgrounds inside. There are a lot of people, so we have to wait a long time if we want to go cruising or carouseling, for example. It's worth a try once.

Very nice park for the whole family. Price performance is ok. Playgrounds for young and old, interesting animals, the barbecue areas are really great, fired up on time, you don't have to worry about anything, just put on the food you've brought with you and eat it. We'll be back .... Thanks to the park management ...

Were in the Kurpfalz Park today. Was a disappointment, the entrance fee (15 euros per adult) is not worth the money. The gastronomic offer is a flop. The park is beautifully situated in the Palatinate Forest, but that's about it.

Beautiful and Recommended.

1 star deduction ONLY because of the support of birds of prey ..... on a string .... the whole day ..... nowadays I think it is no longer up to date. The other animals also have very nice and generous outlets there.

Also really for big and small something!

The park is great especially for children. Many playgrounds especially the falconry demonstration was great. But the entrance fee for adults I found too expensive 10 euros would have done it. But Superb park.

A beautiful and nature-loving park with many animals (wild boar, deer, hawks, wolves, lynx, goats, donkeys ...) and activities (summer toboggan run, carpet slide, rope swing, pedal boat ...). The park is great for families but we were there as a couple without children and had a very nice day.
16 Euro admission per adult

Brilliant! Especially with younger children who can use little (roller coaster) attractions in amusement parks. Slides and summer toboggan run as well as the huge adventure playground are the main attraction alongside the many animals.

A very nice park. Dogs are allowed in with. Only a small part is closed to the dogs.
Great playgrounds where both the small and the larger children are not neglected. There are plenty of opportunities to sit down and relax with great views. There are many sunny but also enough shady places.
You even have the possibility to grill there. There are several barbecues.
Parking is also quite good.
Overall good value for money

For fair money, the whole family can have a lot of fun here, especially with children under ten! The picnic and barbecue facilities (reserve in advance) directly at the playgrounds enables a relaxed meal!

The park is beautifully integrated into the existing nature (forest). Very well-kept area. Unfortunately there are not so many animals to see. 2 wolves, a deer and 3 lynxes were the highlight. The bird's eye view was not shown.
For children there are numerous rides and beautiful playgrounds. A clown also does a magic show twice a day in a small circus tent.

Always worth a visit. Absolutely reasonable price-performance ratio.
Many driving options for young and old. In addition, many domestic animals. The bird of prey show, the puppet theater and the hands-on circus are always well received by the kids. Thanks to everyone involved. We always like to come back!

Rather, what the smallest, but admission not cheap. For the older then the summer toboggan run, this is fun, but longer queuing. I think it's best during the week in moderately good weather.
