Helpful only because helped husband fill out paperwork otherwise story on my husband wasn't true or accurate and Andrea the head one who took over his case isn't very knowledgeable if you want someone to fill out your paperwork fine but they don't know anything beyond that if your okay with that then have at it.
Was helped by a person name andrea told us we didnt have to do anything with enrolling from one medicare plan to the next since my plan was being discontinued and that the plan she found wasnt even available in my area so come to find out I have no coverage til Feb 1 2020 so my meds this month will cost me over $300 so guess who isn't getting meds this month I will NEVER go back there I dont even wanna give it a one star
