We see a product and ask, although the delivery time is 6-8 days, whether the product actually has this delivery time and write it on the order that we will only order if the product is available by 09/16/2019.

This was confirmed by telephone and in writing, and payment was then requested. After they had received the payment within 3 days, an email came that the product would not be available in the warehouse again until 19.09.2019.

You couldn't talk to the manager either, he wouldn't take care of things like that.

A theater back and forth and only at our pressure, they will now see whether there is another solution where we probably have to pay on top and there is also no discount.

We will NEVER order anything here again !!!!!
That is a cheek.

I'm really happy to have chosen KSi. My personal contact Kevin gave me good advice and gave me many helpful tips, without which I would have chosen somewhere else unsuitable products. The clothes were super fix with us and we received even a test copy in advance. Now, after almost a year, the garments are still in good condition. I've experienced the last provider already differently.
The USB sticks have become so great that we almost do not want to give them out of our hands! ;)

Despite goods paid in advance, the delivery took 1 month. Very bad complaint management: Conflicting statements of the employees: goods sent, sometimes not, sometimes delivered (to a wrong address), sometimes not. Employees did not understand logical connections. Only after penetrating inquiries was searched for the ordered goods. A pity. The whole thing cost a lot of energy and time

Incredibly bad store - was ordered for a large sum and when the interest for other articles was there, the support, partly with the same person was so extremely bad that even the colleagues played a game with us and said to each other, they are not interested in placing an order anymore, although clearly stated in our message that we are just waiting for the damned visualizations and if they can not do that, then we will refrain from making a purchase. That each child can visualize with logos, we already know from the pre-order. Clear: refrain from this shop

Have ordered items, then a bill including shipping costs received. The bill was paid and a week later came the package, so far so good. But there was also another bill with renewed shipping costs
On my request I was told that it is unplanned to several packages so the cost -> but it was only one (almost 7kg) -> Next answer was then: "We get the freight charged by our manufacturer and give this to you. " Shipping costs in total 44

As a "mail order" you should already be able to state his costs and not in retrospect, his customers off the head - I would like to know beforehand what all costs me in total ...

The finished product was then manufactured and sent to us. We got a decent credit on the invoice amount and thus kept the item. Otherwise we would have the item picked up for disposal again.
Unfortunately too late - but at least such a compromise was found.
But the rating has increased from 2 to 3 stars ... but there is no full score for the process!

Unfortunately, we did not have any good experiences.
We placed an order (for us) for an event where we wanted to distribute the items. We were told a specific delivery date. This was NOT respected. ONLY on my own, telephone demand, I was informed that the item is not available and we are offered a free cancellation. That's nice, but we would have preferred the items delivered on time.
The 2nd star is only available for fast and easy accessibility of the support.
Otherwise, as a trader, I can not recommend the company!

Unfortunately very annoying! The delivered goods are OK and therefore there are still 2 stars, but 2 mishaps do not make it possible for me to give more stars.
1. Unfortunately, the delivery date was not met
2. Of the 60 watches ordered, only 56 have been delivered.
I have given the support then the opportunity to comment, but unfortunately this conversation has brought nothing. "Unfortunately, we can not do anything", it said! :-(
So here I do not order again!

ADDENDUM: KSi has contacted me in retrospect and offered to reimburse the missing watches. The amount and the credit for the 4 missing watches I could register yesterday in my account. Thank you for the goodwill. Therefore, you like to receive a correction of the rating and 4 stars in the overall rating!

Super help with the design, fast and competent. From release delivery within 3 days, although the order was pay only the goods were sent immediately. The pressure just super sharp and beautiful. How long the goods last, I can not judge, because once some people have to sit inside. I highly recommend it. Many thanks to Mr. Koblitz who made this design great and gave us great advice. PERFECT

Actually, we had printed pens with the intention of printing pens. The order confirmation came immediately after the payment by Pay Pal, as far as everything was fine. Approximately 1 week later came the ballpoint pen pattern, but only four of the ordered five, one of the pen was already broken, at this point one wonders how then, which then looks at several hundred pens. Upon request, customer service stated that the ordered sample is already on its way. The next day, 25 pens arrived instead of a ballpoint pen pattern and e-mailed the request for the balance of the 24 pens, although it can be seen in their own order confirmation that they were never ordered. After renewed contact we were provided a return label. As far as all right, one week later came a package from the company KSI International, with 20 catalogs and a delivery note from a foreign company. The customer service of KSI wanted to actually take care of a pickup of the package, but the package is still not picked up, which is far from bad. Today, however, came a warning from KSI on an open account of 24 pens, which were long since returned, since they were never ordered. Other companies will give away coupons if they have delivered a product that is broken (in this case the one sample ballpoint pen), but KSI International sends a reminder about never ordered goods.

Update: After this recession here we generously-have finally gotten a corrected bill and permission to destroy the catalogs. Unfortunately, it was not enough for the credit ...

Miserable service, delivery dates are not complied with, goods are defective, requests are not responded to. Even on complaint details no reaction. Those who want to save themselves unnecessary time and trouble, should refrain from cooperation.

At first I was a little disappointed because the two lounge chairs for the wedding apparently weren't delivered on time. After a few emails with the Head of Sales and his employees, you did it wonderfully. We were able to hand over the printed wooden deck chairs to the bridal couple on Saturday (order on Wednesday!). A word about the product - the deckchairs are of high quality, very stable and comfortable to sit on, and the print is clean.

Ugh bah ... chaos and helplessness combined with poor service. If you have to rely on the gang, you are abandoned. Weeks after the cancellation due to lack of delivery capability, delivery is still threatened regardless of the cancellation. I prefer to go to reliable partners.

Bad service.

In part, simplest inquiries drag on for weeks. The advice, especially for people who do not regularly order branded goods, is not helpful.

As a good consultant you have to recognize something and actively advise customers, especially on errors must be pro-actively pointed. This has not happened in our case, with the result that massive misprint has arisen.

Incidentally, the environment is happy about the plastic waste. A high on the idea of sustainability.

Very good support during the selection and orderin...

Very good support during the selection and ordering process. Personal contact, quick in responding. Out of three companies, they were the only ones to successfully ship our orders to Norway without getting stuck in customs. I can very much recommend them.

Not recommendable!

We ordered products that should be available on time for an event. Despite our multiple indication of the deadline, we were neither informed about a delivery delay, nor did the delivery arrive on time.
Even with our daily, multiple calls to support, where we asked for delivery information / a tracking link, we could not be notified of any delivery information, even promising recalls were never met.
Upon our subsequent complaint, the facts were presented as if we as a customer ourselves were guilty, as we allegedly did not communicate the delivery date properly and we were met with a mini-discount on our next order ...

All in all a very customer friendly experience. Thumbs up.
