Not professional at all. They claimed that my iphone is functioning after replacing the lcd screen. When I went to collect they said that the iphone is disabled and hv to wait for 30 mins for it to be switched on. As they were closing very soon, I didnt wait for 30 mins. I decided to pay them first as they said everything is OK. I trusted them as their boss is a cikgu. When I went back the phone keeps rebooting (Apple logo appears) every 2 mins. I sent back to them to rectify but after 2 weeks the same problem appears. They refused to refund my money. Now they claimed there is problem wt motherboard. When they replaced the lcd, they would hv known that it couldn't start properly and there is another problem. In the first place, they shdnt replaced the lcd and shd informed me of the underlying problem and let me decide whether to proceed wt the repair or not. They simply went ahead to replace the lcd and now I am left wt a phone that couldn't function. Worst, they refuse to refund. The charge is also more expensive than others. Pls don't send yr precious phone to this shop for repair. It is a nightmare.

Just be there to see the wide range of house hold items and toys they have for kids as well so many items atimes i have to make a list before I go there so i dont get carried away and they have good English speaking staffs and attendants thanks

My iPhone 6 Plus has gone to the store and can't charge. The lower charge head is x-transferable, too. In the coach shop is also handy. Apparently the charging ic was damaged by the teacher

Alhamdulillah .. even after the warranty period expired, due to the ration by teacher Basri, the laptop sy problem was solved without additional charge. Tq cikgu.

i went to the store to get my laptop lcd fixed. but when i collected my laptop, my laptop suddenly couldn't detect any wifi except for phone hotspots which is kind of weird because i only changed my lcd. i went back to the store to find out the solution for this problem but they wanted to charge me to check the wifi card of my laptop. they explained my laptop condition only through a phone call, i asked them to send me in a text form so i could tell my family about it, but they just keep explaining in phone calls, so after few discussions, they said that they would charge me for free since i am a student. they asked my permission to open the laptop cover because they said they will check my wifi card and the connection line of the antenna wifi with the wifi card. when i texted them to ask for my laptop updates they asked me to go to the store. so i went to the store again to collect my laptop, they only showed me the antenna wifi and the parts of laptop which is motherboard, fan, RAM. they said they didn't check my wifi card because they said there are different models of wifi card (they should tell me this beforehand) i asked for them to assemble back the laptop cover as i need to use my laptop. they said the fastest way to get my laptop connected to the wifi is to buy a wifi dongle. i was disappointed because i thought i can use my laptop normally without needing me to buy any adapter for me to use the wifi. basically thats the solution i received, and we had no choice except to buy a dongle and leave the store. definitely not returning to the shop again.

The repaired done on my phone was excellent, i was in a rush but the staff ask me to take my time n check my phone properly to see any defects, it was nice of them.
