Unprofessional staff,they don't have knowledge to explain on question asked. Forcing on symphony product when I asked for Orient air cooler. The salesman is not bothered on customer request. Conclusion: Vijay sales is just a hype
I bought an LG washing machine 8 kgs. on 1st May 2018, the express assurance that it would be delivered within 24 hrs and the installation completed within 24 hours after delivery. While I received an SMS ythe very next day, stating that the machine had been despatched, it is 9.00 p.m. on 3rd May and the machine has not even been delivered. This has been a repeated behaviour of Vijay Sales, where the sales person makes false promises and once the order is placed the customer is left to constantly follow up both, for delivery and installation.
Vijay Sales is always my preferred stores for buying Appliances & Electronics for past many years. Good deals & supportive staff.
Not all products are available here, pricing is also not comparative enough.

The store is too small and have very less collection of products to display. If you are going for EMI, definitely not a place to be. They (Bajaj Finserve) made me stand for more than half an hour just to start the procedure and more half an hour to finish. The staff (Mr. Manoj) is very rude. He back answered me blaming the system, as i requested him to hurry up. Worst Experience ever.

Do not purchase any product from Vijay Sales. After sales service is zero from them. I bought smart LED TV from them and it was under warranty. I am facing issues with the same and from last 1 year I am continually following them for my concern. The person visited only once at start and even though my product is under warranty he charge me 1100 Rs as visit charge and promised me that my complaint will be solve within 15 days as that time they were not having the part to replace. That's the last time I saw that man from Vijay sales and after that from last one year I am only who regularly taking follow ups but getting zero response. This is a fraud company and always gives you wrong commitments. I already lost my 40k and requesting you all not even think to buy any product from Vijay sales.
The staff is not very professional. They just want you to purchase from them, they don't enjoy questions which u can gauge by their body language and face expression.

Staff is good. But price is higher than the other near store like kohinoor and reliance mall. You can try to buy electronic product but i recommend to ask final price and go to kohinoor and reliance mall for diffrent in price . You will get better price compare to vijay sales. Every time im just go to inquire the product price and buy from kohinoor and reliance mall . You can also try. You will get better price offer expect vijay sales

Worst customer service I've seen. Try to mislead customers to boost sales. The staff ignores phone calls when asked regarding the delay in delivery. Should seriously step up their game, with the rise in popularity of e-commerce platforms.
