Good place to buy electronics and household appliances. But do check the price on the vijay sales website for the same product once. They charge higher than what is quoted on the website

Bought a fridge and got the delivery the very next day

Very very service given by Store manager book on 1st Dec 2020 received an MFD defective product of Sony...home theatre...demo same day defective received very very bad service given... on 17th I went to store to get the product.. after 7 days On 23nd from Sony demo person and same day product was found defective...wait for replacement...

I have been a regular customer of Vijay sales since long and bond is getting stronger over the time. There are few good changes I found as well as I found few behavioural change in attitudes of newly appointed staff. But what makes me visiting Andheri, Prabhadevi and now Santacruz shop is a trust and yes there are very good n polite sales personnel like Hitesh Khule who knows how to treat customer n ensuring a repeat business from them. Keep it up. Today I happened to visit santacruz shop n pleasantly surprised to see him after long time when we used to visit Prabhadevi shop.

I am purchase tv and sales person told me next day you get the delivery at your home and the same person will install the tv and atls you start the tv but now I will wait for again next day to use my tv. Almost 3 days to complete to start the tv

Good and supportive staff.Locality is very good,easy to find.Vast variety of Electronic goods.Bajaj fineserve people there are also cooperative. One thing I must mention, there should facilities for physically disabled persons like wheelchair,etc.

Staff service are becoming worse. No courtesy little to no manner. A straight forward answer a big NO. No smile , grumpy ppl. The same grumpy ppl become so polite ppl when good looking gals arrive. No use complaining to higher authority all are with them. Just assurance tht something will be done.

I buy LG TV model number 43UN73 at 30th Oct it received 31th 0ct 3pm but till no one come for demo and installation. Poor service vijay sales and LG.

Don t ever purchase any TV from Vijay sales Santacruz west branch or either any other centre. They are very bad at their service and even follow ups. They will try to sell those TV which are outdated in the market by enticing you with various offers. I had purchased a Videocon TV & it was under warranty when it got spoilt & when I had launched a complaint, they did nothing to solve the issue. Every time when I used to call them, they always use to say, the parts is in warehouse & it will available in the next week. Since last 8 months they are telling the same answers. Now Instead of repairing the led TV screen which got spoilt they are telling to purchase a new TV in some Videocon Dhamaka offer.

When a TV has to be repaired it has to be repaired & why does any customer has to spend to buy a new TV from that same Centre which fooled you last time. The Vijay sales as the Seller has to be fully responsible as the Vijay sales had told me that whenever any issue happens to the TV, Vijay sales will take the responsibility to solve it and not to resell another product where the customer has to pay

The Vijay Sales took our complaint & the engineering came to check the issue of our TV in the month of July who took Rs 350 Rupees from us & had told that the lcd screen will be replaced in 15 days. I think this was a fraud person sent by Vijay sales because he took the amount and has never returned back and when we try calling there is no reply
Last week when we had gone to Vijay sales outlet, we had dispute with the Floor Manager named Mahir, for whom we had told to give us the address of the service centre and the person name who had come to our house and we they have not given us his info from Vijay sales and they had told they will give us the email & contact details of the service center.

In Dec they again tried us to fool again by saying the Dhamaka Offer & when we told that we don t want these offers but we want our Led Screen to be replaced. They tried to push us again with these cheap methods to purchased TV and I missed some of their calls. Just because I missed some of their calls, they said that our complaint is closed. How can you close a complaint when we don t accept your rubbish offers as if you want to fool us again.

In Dec month the Vijay sales customer care team told us that they are giving us offer to buy a new Videocon TV by exchanging the old Videocon TV but with a price that was not acceptable, they say that Videocon has become bankrupt and still they are selling Videocon TV to fool other people again. They connected me to some service manager who told me in a rude way that Videocon is not closed. I have the call recording for the same. Vijay sales is still dealing with such fraud service managers and trying to fool other customers also.

That Dhamaka offer explained by Mr Mahir Floor Manager was still again a method to fool us again. The price that he mentioned us higher than the price that was mentioned on internet. He said that this was the reply that he had got from his concern person & he just communicated with us

I don t want any such reply from your ORM team that we value your feedback and will try to improve services as you replied to some other customer. Also don t try to write other answer that must be in my review which might not be helpful in any case. Better replaced my led screen or reimburse me the cost of led screen. This is the only solution the I expect from Vijay Sales. It has been 8 months and my led TV screen is not replaced.

Don t try to push down my review by putting fake reviews on the top to supress my review.
