Been there to purchase TV and washing machine. Staff showing the TV was not at all aware about simple features or functionality.

Simple question like no. Of usb and HDMI ports, which OS for smart TV and many more. Every time on asking questions he used to ask us to wait, go find someone for answer and return .

Pathetic service for washing machine as well. Went to the first floor for washing machine units. There was no one to assist. There were people standing doing nothing. But whenever asked for help, would say coming coming.. and would go here and there.

Pathetic service, if you want to throw your money, throw in a garbage instead of vijay sales, never make there commitment for delivery...! Dont pick up there call and corporate office is not ready to listen...! I am filing case against them

Worst customer service provided ever. Product delivery was assured next day but was not delivered evev after three days. I'm still waiting for it. Every authority including the manager lied about the dispatch of the product. I even doubt if their products are genuine coz the management for sure is not

Fraud Played By Philips India ltd in Cohoot with Vijay Sales

Customer harrisment after people comming from outside they are forced to be waited out of the showroom in the heat of the sun .

No complimentary gifts are given when they are available we have to ask every time we purchase here compared to other vijay stores.....

Kind attention : Be alert and before purchasing a product which needs to be installed at your home or any home product. This people just make you fool after you have made the payment. I order a window ac from here, where i was supposed to get the product in company packaging and with the manuals and remote and all. I just received the product in some chips container/cartoon and i got a used ac remote and the after sales service wasn't satisfactory for me. Just pathetic. And it was my first purchase from here. And their reply to was like sorry sir after this we won't let it happen to other customers. So please be informed and get avoided from this store/branch. I hope this review may alert you.

I have visited so many times to Vijay sales to purchase electronics products with my family there is really amazing service they given to us and having a trusted customer care they provide us with all facilities
