Waiting for an hour before it's your turn ... and people with an appointment go for ... okay, so make an appointment to extend your subscription .. Then I think you are no longer a walk-in store .. Become a real business to see if we can renew a subscription elsewhere ...

I'm so angry what a service. I offer my phone for repair, you will be lubricated with a virus scanner. Unfortunately, Mrs. Wad was not right about the virus. Yesterday I picked up my own phone again because it was repaired. How surprising my surprise is that my Samsung S5 mini phone showed the same cures less than a km on the way home. Close the battery cover properly. GrGrgr. At home I want to put the virus scanner on my phone so it didn't work. Lots of phone calls made and nobody knows what to do with it. Go to the kpn store. Here too they do not know the product. Now wait until Monday and then call until I weigh us. I no longer want the virus scanner. And no good about the phone to tell about starting in July to put everything back to factory settings. Samsung indicates that it should be removed every time and then start again. For that I do not take out a subscription with device for 38.50 a month. I MISS SO HI BOYS KNOW THAT THEY ARE TALKING.

Helped very well and friendly. Both the first and the second time I was there. Plus point they give you a clear explanation and take the time for the customer and they listen to what the customer has for wishes. I definitely recommend it to others and will definitely go back if I need something again !!

Hi, I bought a new mobile phone, I could always come back for any questions I had. Have been back because converting from old to new phone failed. Was there at half past nine and stood outside with 10 minutes because it was corona and privacy and only 2 counters so go. So very bad service. No advertising really disappointed.

I wanted to call the KPN XL STORE..but what appears ..!? The KPN STORE FOR TELEPHONY cannot be called! The KPN STORE FOR TELEPHONY has no telephone number! It is also not possible to transfer to the KPN STORE FOR TELEPHONY via the 'Central Customer Service' (JAKKES). As a garden & park trader who does not sell lawn mowers ..! CAN NOT BE TRUE!!

when one has to wait outside in my case for more than an hour, that's not the best advertisement. It is also indicated as business or private, but there is only 1 entrance so it is mixed up. In this situation I will not refer anyone to KPN xl.

After having stopped by yesterday and had to wait a ridiculously long time I left and thought I will try again today. Again a ridiculously long wait and that while I actually immediately came to buy something without any negotiation. The employee asked the customer if this was allowed in between, but no, they were also in a hurry and so I had to wait again. Well not, I left and went to Kronenburg. I was able to buy something immediately and within 5 minutes I was outside again. Those pleures XL store close nicely.

Exaggeratedly friendly (was not yet 1 step inside) reception! Certainly against the stubborn further treatment of his colleague! Wanted to extend my subscription only got the price from the screen and I asked why I had to pay & 10.00 more for the same subscription and the same device .....? Well he didn't know either! Fortunately, there are even more telephone providers

Great help. But I don't like the new 'layout' in connection with the Corona measures. Especially the customer-friendliness leaves much to be desired. Monitor difficult to read and all. Perhaps 'safer' for KPN employees, but certainly not for customers!

After more than 10 years of being a customer, a simple to solve case became very difficult for the location manager. That is why my previous five star review has been changed to three stars and then actually for the employee who tried to solve it but did not have the authority. After complaining to the head office and threatening to cancel all my subscriptions, they suddenly came up with a solution
