Discovering KTCOLLECTION has been the find of a life! I received a pair of earrings as a gift several years ago and loved them so much I searched the jeweler online and found KTCollection s treasure trove of jewelry. KT has become my go to source for gifts where I find items for everyone from age 10 to 110. KT pieces are beautiful, unusual, and affordable. I have purchased costume, semi-precious and precious jewelry from them and I have never been disappointed. Of course when buying a gift from KT I always find something for myself as well. Whenever I am wearing a KT piece people always notice and want one for themselves. It is an amazing shop, with very knowledgeable staff. Love this store! The jewelry is gorgeous and I always get a ton of compliments on my KT pieces. Every woman needs to have the seven-way necklace! The staff is always so nice, taking the time to help me pick out just the right ring, bracelet or necklace. I feel like I'm shopping with girlfriends. Prices are very reasonable too.

I passed by this lovely store last week and Lillian was kind enough to help me and answer all my questions. I specifically was looking for a nice, delicate everyday necklace, I could wear alone or layer. My request was in needed to be solid gold. Lillian showed me a number of beautiful pieces and I feel in love with the wishbone necklace. My other request was for a change in the clasp. I only have one hand and use my mouth to put on or take off the necklace and needed a clasp which could handle that treatment daily. Not only was Lillian wonderful in her suggestions but Kate (the owner & designer I believe ) emailed me numerous times to be sure they could provide what I needed. Kate even called to confirm when I was ready to purchase. The level of service and kindness they provided me, did not go unnoticed. I will be passing on their name to all my friends and I'm certainly headed back to purchase earrings in the near future, Remember you get what you pay for. This beautiful shop offers wonderful dainty, quality pieces at a fair range in prices. Not only that, the service is very personalized, not what I would get from Bloomingdales or another big department store. Many thanks go out to Kate and Lillian for making this purchase so fun! I finally stopped in after months of admiring their windows. The staff was helpful but did not hover. I fell in love with a bracelet but needed it sized up. They assured me it could be done rather quickly. After buying a few other lovely trinkets, I left, assuming I would have to pick up with bracelet in a couple of weeks. To my surprise, I received a text from Harper a few short hours later that it was already finished! The jewelry is lovely and not something that you find everywhere. It s a lovely place to admire the beauty and prices are within reach!

This is my absolute favorite store on the UWS! I live in the neighborhood and love shopping local. I always find myself stopping in, either just to browse or when I need something to complete an outfit. I love accessories - be it earrings, bracelets, scarves, handbags, rings....and this is true heaven for an acccessory-aholic like myself. The pieces are truly unique, and there is literally something for everyone, as there is a wide variety of price points, styles, and designs. But, perhaps the most important reason why I love this store is the owner and her amazing staff. Katie is super sweet and friendly and her passion for what she does is clearly evident. She has a great eye, is super talented and loves to help. Everyone in the store is super helpful and equally as nice as well.

I started shopping at KT Collection years ago when they opened their first location on 75th and Columbus - my neighborhood at the time. I have several of their signature necklaces, handmade earrings and bracelets, and get soooo many compliments when I wear their pieces. The jewelry will last a long time if you take care of it (i.e. don't shower too often with the necklaces or the dipped chains will tarnish). Any time I've had an issue the owner and/or store staff has been more than helpful to either fix or exchange and item. I can't speak to any experience with the costume jewelry because I've only purchased handmade/original gold and/or silver items. I'm now living on the West Coast and still order from KT online...which I'm about to do today because I get a $10 birthday discount! I'm happy that KT has done as well as they have - going from street fairs to a successful brick and mortar and online business - and I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

This is a great store, cozy and fun for browsing, and picking up colorful pieces to update my jewelry. I didn't expect to be able to buy jewelry in this neighborhood, the prices are very reasonable.

If I could give no stars I would. Don't buy their costume jewelry, it's a waste of money. I bought two necklaces that quickly discolored after not even wearing them that often. When I brought them in to show what happened they actually said it was my fault for not taking care of them properly. Apparently keeping them in plastic bags helps preserve the faux finish. Who keeps jewelry in plastic bags? Did they suggest that when I bought the necklaces? No, of course not. They even had the nerve to offer me a discount on something else, as if I would ever buy anything from them again.
