I wanted to sell part of my collection. A total of almost 400 games, consoles and accessories from Atari to Nintendo, almost everything was included. I took photos for hours and should then send them by email.
Since there were too many photos I sent a link to a google drive folder. According to eBay classifieds, someone would then contact someone with a price proposal.
But that doesn't happen ... instead, I received an email that I should put all the items individually in the shopping cart via the purchase page. That would probably have cost me a whole weekend ...

People if you want to sell a lot look for someone else, because here one hand doesn't know what the other is doing ...

Many products I received where defective when they where described as being in great condition, when I gave a neutral review on ebay they apologised and sent me a game of my choice (10 eur max) then they asked me to change my review, as I didn't want to do it out of principle they kept pressuring via private messages, at that point I felt really bad because I accepted that "apology game" but actually it felt more like a bribe. I wont support a company that uses such practices.

I've been ordering from Konsolenkost for years and can only say positive things about the shop. So far I have had a complaint, which was carried out without hesitation. If you want to buy used games and consoles from a reputable place other than eBay, you can recommend console food without reservation.

Actually, I've always been very satisfied so far. Great selection and fair prices. Unfortunately, it has happened to me twice that a product was sold out due to an error in the shop and I had paid anyway. This will only be communicated 1-2 working days later, so that you have the feeling that a draw will be drawn to determine who will receive the product. The offer with a replacement product for 5% more is actually quite good, but on the one hand you should pay attention to the redeemed discount vouchers (I had ordered something for 95 , redeemed a 10% voucher and paid 85, I got a replacement of 90 offered, which is below the actual price) and it feels like you want to collect the money and lure you so that you can then also get other things sold.

If there is really a bug in the shop, then I was just unlucky. But the customer service is very nice and accommodating. Even so, only quasi 3.5 stars at first.

I ordered a Nintendo 3DS XL. This was stated as NEW VALUE. I was very happy until I unpacked the package. Then, unfortunately, the bitter disappointment. To be specific. I feel ripped off. I bought a 3DS XL in "NEW" condition. I got a 3DS XL that has scratches and dents on the sides, has a dent on the lid, the battery compartment was not screwed on correctly, the SD card is missing ... The way the scratches on the side look like the 3DS XL has to be hit the floor. In my opinion it is not new. Sorry but that borders on fraud. I want to send it back, but it's not that easy. In the customer portal, after clicking on "return article", I land on a 404 page (page not found). I am extremely upset.

When will finally be offered for pickup? For the shipping costs you get a new game. - Especially for people in Berlin that would be a lot easier and even better for the environment. Then I would buy even more with you that can not be difficult. Other companies in Berlin manage to offer that as well. Why not you?

I have (unfortunately) ordered several games, for example for the Playstation 2 and also GB-Color, here and there were always inconsistencies with regard to the item description and condition. The discs were always significantly scratched than specified and sometimes don't even work, the GB-Roms are, in my case, the old Pokemon generations concerned with the problem that the internal battery needs to be replaced in order to save the game that the battery was specified as I had to find the opposite when I tried it out for the first time, the customer service did not really take care of me at the Playstation 2 games at the time and I do not expect better handling now and if I swap it again a ROM that will be defective, thank you again to wait, that was my last confrontation with this shop.

The games flew around without a protective cover in the package. Only a bit of paper made sure that the games were fixed on the bottom of the package. I found it rather impractical.
