Rung to place an order, polite and seemed very efficient, told they would send me an email to confirm what I was after, after all that it s as far as it got, no email, wasted time giving my details, address etc, sad really. Ordered the parts I required from another firm in the end, when a working van is off the road it costs money!

Brand new Luton, Roller Shutter Faulty due to inferior quality materials and manufacturing. After numerous emails and conversations with Martin Denton, refused to acknowledge or do anything about the problem. Superior attitude and zero customer relations. Had to resort to TP Engineer to repair at my own cost who reported, the problem IS inferior fittings and poor materials which caused the problems. Next stop complaint to Financial Ombudsman.
