Konsolenkost GmbH Review

I have made several orders in the past month to this company, the products are not shown as they truly are (no actual photos of what you buying). None of the Game Boy's I have bought from them have ever arrived in reasonable condition and I ended up over paying for something I wouldn't in the first place. I was expecting that as a known company they would be doing due diligence on what they are selling, they stick a Warranty Seal on the product but check nothing, otherwise how can you explain a DEAD WORM inside the game boy?
What kind of hygiene standard is going on in this company, specially now that COVID-19 is going around?

Earned 5 stars. Have ordered a few times at Konsolenkost something and can only say it has always worked wonderfully. The packages arrive very well packed and fast. The selection of products is great and the prices are okay too. Unfortunately I can not say anything about the purchase. The communication with the support works perfectly! They are friendly and tried hard for the customers.
Little nice story by the way:
Have a broken Sega Dreamcast Contoller get (may happen), this was not replaced but they have sent me directly a new, the broken is now a nice decoration :).

Very easy to navigate website and lots of choice in pridutos and prices. I already bought it twice. A product should be arriving but my first order ordered the fatal fury oara the neo geo cd, it was all right: the packaging was in excellent condition and the manual also only that the game was not the Fatal Fury but the Samurai shodown 2 I sent an email and I was treated well by the customer service and returned the game hoping that yenha arrived to good port and that the exchange is on the way.

Attention, only the mail order company at the address cannot buy anything. But people there are nice.

I can only recommend console food. Very fast shipping and the choice is huge. If there are problems we act quickly and very nicely. Simply top. As I said at the beginning, I can only recommend console food.

First purchase definitely positive experience. Had bought used modules for SNES, which arrived quickly and safely packed. Would have been nice if console food would make a little more responsible for the second-hand games that they buy and sell. Testing them only on function is a bit low, proper conditioning / cleaning would surely do the old sweetheart good. At least where possible. And avoiding any glue that could leave residue to mark the games - better keep in bags that will then carry the tag.

All in all, everything went well, games are running and you can certainly do one or the other retro bargains at Konsolenkost.

I have placed a larger order. The goods were delivered quickly in 2 packages. Unpacked and then found that some software was not working, the console did not play it. Perfect service, flawless goods, fast delivery, absolute top address when it comes to games and consoles. Second-hand goods are so perfect that I really had to look for defects, but what I didn't do, I preferred to gamble straight away, all important and necessary parts were there, neatly packed. I ordered / paid on Thursday and it was there on Saturday, that makes a processing time of 1 working day, which I find incredible. I ordered the first time on console food and I am very satisfied. The item was shipped quickly, arrived earlier than expected, and was as described.

Bought controller for 40 euros, almost completely unusable. Pinching the buttons, it took me an hour to get them because the sync button bugs. Some buttons don't work at all. what a pitty!
