Actually, I've always been very satisfied so far. Great selection and fair prices. Unfortunately, it has happened to me twice that a product was sold out due to an error in the shop and I had paid anyway. This will only be communicated 1-2 working days later, so that you have the feeling that a draw will be drawn to determine who will receive the product. The offer with a replacement product for 5% more is actually quite good, but on the one hand you should pay attention to the redeemed discount vouchers (I had ordered something for 95 , redeemed a 10% voucher and paid 85, I got a replacement of 90 offered, which is below the actual price) and it feels like you want to collect the money and lure you so that you can then also get other things sold.

If there is really a bug in the shop, then I was just unlucky. But the customer service is very nice and accommodating. Even so, only quasi 3.5 stars at first.
