I ordered a Nintendo 3DS XL. This was stated as NEW VALUE. I was very happy until I unpacked the package. Then, unfortunately, the bitter disappointment. To be specific. I feel ripped off. I bought a 3DS XL in "NEW" condition. I got a 3DS XL that has scratches and dents on the sides, has a dent on the lid, the battery compartment was not screwed on correctly, the SD card is missing ... The way the scratches on the side look like the 3DS XL has to be hit the floor. In my opinion it is not new. Sorry but that borders on fraud. I want to send it back, but it's not that easy. In the customer portal, after clicking on "return article", I land on a 404 page (page not found). I am extremely upset.
