NEVER respond to emails, do not call back when they promise multiple times, and are totally bored, impatient and rude on the phone. I was nominated for an apartment, had all my documents in order and complied with the requirements, but I got a total nonsense excuse for not getting the apartment, which clearly showed that they had never looked at my documents (while they were there so I had agreed that the previous tenant could nominate someone).
Avoid this broker!
They do not reply to emails, nor phone calls. And if they do, expect an unprofessional attitude. Shockingly bad service
