Worst service, never belive their estimated time, thay take thrise that time

I thank the riders who get us anything that we want at our doorstep. They are the best!

Placed an order with Johnny & Jugnu using Cheetay. They didn t accept the order I called to check the reason they said they are no longer accepting orders from Cheetay because their riders don t show up for DHA Phase 5 and 6 orders. What a shame! You should either take down Johnny and Jugnu from your list of restaurant or talk to your riders. You re wasting your customers time.

I was so done eating the same old food everyday in the lockdown when I finally found that Cheetay is still doing deliveries. Finally I can have that pizza I have been craving for so long! Thanks Cheetay for being there during these hard times!

Its an excuse of a company ran by our people exactly like we run things yes unprofessionally. if your location and time is convenient and profitable they will deliver if not you can go %%#@ yourself.

Their call center guy clearly told me that they dont offer services that far i.e. in dha Lahore.
The only problem I faced was that their app or marketing doesn't mention that they will bail on you if you live a bit far from the center of the city,
and their signup process is horrible to interact with, it wasted 20 minutes of my time.

A very useful app for ordering anything, whether it's food or grocery. Great Job!

BAD SERVICE....they give me a wrong order and on my complaint the support agent told me that our rider ask the restaurant to call you that savour food special choice wasn't available and the savour food didn't call you. Since when did savour foods Islamabad starts calling their customers and telling them something wasn't available so basically it was a lie, and even I did not got the special choice order but they charged me for special choice and didn't give me the money back either. Pathetic and non-professional service.

Very bad experience un-educated delivery staff they will argue over pin location, they will ask for directions verbally where as it should not happen. The riders will tell you "Sir sorry aaj internet nahi chal raha" most recent order the rider refused to come on the 3rd floor and kept on insisting i cannot come upstairs. Cheetay is charging for delivery most of the time and i expect my food to be delivered at my door step just like Food Panda. I will never recommend this service to anyone. Deleting the application for good.

I waited for 2hrs their rider switched off his phone and when I tried to reach support at cheetay chat rep named by ISHWAR PARMESHWAR started lyung to me that he spoke to rider and He is on His way, when I asked him.why is he lying then blocked me from chat further i hot never refunded plus i never got my food..
Be aware of these scamers unfortunately made an online payment which is not being refunded because no one is talking...

Terrible terrible service, they cancelled my order minutes before it was supposed to be delivered, twice in a row. Never using it again.

Can you believe this? Rs.599 delivery charges. Careem delivery bike provided the same service to me in Rs.180.

Tech startup striving to change the food delivery services in PAKISTAN Market

Very very very very bad services every time!!! Today , I ordered since 12:30 Pm but I did not receive any order from cheetay still 3:30. Please don't do that if you can't handle the clients. And You don't need to commitments if you can't perform. And please change your brand tag line. Because every time we are facing Khawari.

3 hours since order placed and until now even no delivery boy assigned, totally wasted my iftar party. Other order that was delivered after 3 hours had almost half the quantity of food already taken out from packed boxes, totally rubbish, nobody should ever use it maybe they serve the left over food from iftar parties that's why so late and untidy and reduced food quantity... WORST !!!

Cheetay. Pk company is very good, its service is very high with extra ordinary work. and whatever order you make, Company give its delivery to customer, in the set TAT time.

Dont have any lower starring option here or i would've given it. Most pathetic service i have ever encountered. Cheetay dont value their customers, all that matters is numbers to them. Food panda far superior than cheetay so dont waste ur time ordering from cheetay.

Dogs are better the cheetas. At least they are fast.

Fit hai! Zabarsast hai! Dost ab poochtay hain kya scene hai, main kahta hoon ghar pay bheto please aur cheetay say order karo! Nikalna nahin! Relax karo!

Items are always missing. Delivery always takes at least 1.5-2 hours. At this speed, they can't be "cheetays"; maybe tortoises.

Riders always spill drinks etc and no one compensates for that. Not many restaurant options. Vouchers don't work. They can never excel in this industry.

I payed with my card to order food for iftari but due to problem with "the driver" they cancelled my order when only half hour was left till iftaari and we had to make our own food in that amount of time. It is not the first time they came up with a lazyass excuse, once i ordered food and it was above 10000 the lady from cheetay called me to confirm he order and i did so but after 2 hours or so i got another call that my order had been cancelled because my order had exceeded its limit. I have to say it is the worst food app of pakistan and i would suggest that if someone wants to order please use foodpanda. I also want to request the restaurants thart if they want what is best for them and their customers they should remove cheetay and add any other food app and i guarantee it will be much better.

Non-Professional. I ordered a book on sale and after confirmation and few days later they told me that its not available. You should know that online sale is also a legally binding agreement and breach of agreement without offering any compensation can be taken to court. I am thinking of doing it.

Today was second time that I ordered at their website. I wanted delivery from Nishat Cafe, Lakshmi Chowk at 6:30pm. I placed order around 12:30 pm and got a call confirming the order at 12:33.
Food is still not delivered at 7:40 pm.
I called the rider at 5:45 to confirm and he said he was assigned order at 5:30.
Website says the restaurant takes at least 55 minutes for preparation.
I called the customer services but their response was even more pathetic.
My family has already eaten whatever was available at home and I am going to call them again now to cancel the order. Let s see what they say.

Ordered from Arif Chatkhara for DHA delivery. Amazed with the quality of customer service. Received confirmation call, online tracking and warm food from the hotpot, although the restaurant is 45 mins drive away.
Very please with Cheetay s customer service, would highly recommend.

My favorite app for shopping because they have the best deals and discounts in town!

Really pathetic service. My order was delay 2 hours, no coordination between office staff n their raiders because rider was not updated about order after 4 hours. I won't recommend this to anyone.
Please use other services in town agar apni izzat bachna chatay Hain.

I prepaid for my order online and there were missing items worth 2000 pkr in the order. They have refused to return my money for the missing items no matter how many times I complain.

Very very poor service, Took 2 hours to deliver from Barkat market to Kot Lakhpat. The company can save time by placing the order from the office, and the driver just go there pick the order and deliver it.

Very convenient and reasonable delivery service. Some times you get a bad rider who delivers the order late but mostly the delivery is on time plus they have nearly all restaurants listed on their app which is very good.

Worst app ever. They'll cancel the order after hours of waiting. Will never notify about the cancelation until and unless you msg and ask them. They will always say restaurant has network issue. And when you will call the restaurant they'll say they are not accepting orders from cheetay since ages . they are professional liars. I have uninstalled their useless app.

I placed my order at 6pm and call customer service center 7pm no body picked my call , than I called again around 8 pm and that I have not received my order yet , excuse of delay was traffic and I live in wapda town which is 10 mins drive from Dagwood. It s 8:51 pm I have not received my order. There application sucks too. This probably the worst service in pakistan.

Really satisfied with cheetay services.yesterday experiencing fastest delivery of my order within 30 minutes.

First time I ordered from cheety they delivered within time estimation

Ordered optp via cheetay, arrived late and casually a burger was missing. No response from the rider or cheetay. Worse service to order from.

Stale food, wrong order, very difficult to reach help centre only to receive fake commitments. No response on email or call back from them at all after I was told about immediate response on email or call back within 3 mins

My Bill Was Rs 551 & Cheetay Charged Me Rs 700. & Forcefully Rider asks for tip Without Any Hesitation. So in My Opinion i Experienced Worst Service Ever.

Worst experience. After 1 hour the app started showing that i have received the order. I contacted there agent and he told me that we were unable to contact the restaurant. Most pathetic service they are providing. I will suggest everyone to use foodpanda or place order directly to the restaurant.

I am not sure about other areas but don t use Cheetay in DHA Lahore. They will accept your order and then cancel after 30-40 minutes due to rider availability issues. It happened with me and my friends multiple times. Instead of earning a bad reputation they should halt their services in this area.

Worst website. Their rider don't know the route and if you odero some food they will deliver that cold.

There should be a zero star rating because that is what they deserve
